CHAPTER 26: CHAPTER 26: YOU DARE OFFEND SOMEONE LIKE HER?

There are over a dozen crew members and stunt coordinators waiting here, even standing outside the car door in the rain.

Assistant Lisa dares not say much, fearing the wind from opening the door might blow in, and if Shi Yunyin catches a cold, she would be hard-pressed to escape blame, so she doesn’t dare open the door on her own.

The stunt coordinator and several underlings waited outside the car for about ten minutes without any movement inside, so they had to call the RV driver, only to be told that Shi Yunyin would come out soon, asking them to wait a little longer.

The stunt coordinator’s assistant whispered behind him, "Brother Qiang, should we urge them again? It’s raining so hard, we can’t just stand here like this..."

"Wait a bit more." The stunt coordinator wiped the rain off his face, asking the assistant to move the umbrella closer over his head, but it still couldn’t block the strong wind and heavy rain.

Two of the underlings behind quietly murmured, "This one inside is making too much of a fuss, the car’s been parked for almost twenty minutes but she’s not coming out, is she planning to take a nap first? All of us are just waiting here?"

Another underling said, "Don’t speak recklessly, do you still want your job? Seeing this RV, you know how famous the one inside must be. This RV is currently the most expensive in the country, renting for over ten thousand a day. Other stars usually can’t rent something like this for filming."

"It’s just over ten million, but that Rolls-Royce this morning is at least ten times more, and you didn’t see Shi Su putting on any airs. When I poured her a cup of hot water, she smiled and thanked me."

"Shut up, do you know who Shi Yunyin is? The youngest Best Actress in the country! One of the industry’s four little stars! Her fiancé is also the president of Four Seas Entertainment, half of the entertainment world is connected to her family, and you dare offend such a big shot?"

Shortly after, the car door opened, and Shi Yunyin’s assistant stepped out first with an umbrella, carrying a lot of bags, and turned back to hold the umbrella towards the car door.

Shi Yunyin slowly walked out without even glancing at the people who have been waiting outside for more than twenty minutes, much less explaining why it took so long for her to get out of the car. As soon as she walked down, rain blown under the umbrella caught her on the neck. She cast a chilly gaze at her assistant, Lisa, who had been holding the umbrella steadily, but the wind was just too strong, so she could only apologize with a face full of remorse and quickly walked inside together with her.

The stunt coordinator and those underlings stood awkwardly by the car, exchanged a few glances, and hurriedly followed inside.

Upon entering the venue, Shi Yunyin casually took off her thin coat and tossed it onto Lisa, who already had her hands full, then turned to look at the few soaked people standing like drowned rats: "I just wrapped up a film a few days ago and have been recording a show these past two days, haven’t had time to read the script yet. It won’t affect the action trial, right?"

"It won’t affect, it won’t affect at all." The stunt coordinator quickly stepped forward: "Mr. Chen has already told us, Miss Shi, that you really have no schedule to take on this film’s lead role, but you still set aside a few days at Mr. Chen’s request to make a cameo appearance. It’s our crew’s honor. We’ve already prepared the actions you’ll need to try, follow our instructions and you’ll be fine."

Lisa suddenly chimed in beside them: "Yunyin, you haven’t seen this film’s lead actors list yet, do you want to take a look now?"

She then quickly pulled the list out of her bag and handed it to her.

But Shi Yunyin ignored it.

"There are so few people in and outside the industry anyway, those with connections have already talked to me in advance, what else is there to see? Do I have so much time?"
