CHAPTER 22: CHAPTER 22 QIN XI

The sky was gradually darkening, and the lights in the roadside shops were also gradually lighting up.

The taxi stopped by the cafe on the street, Mu Yan paid the fare, got out, and headed straight inside the coffee shop.

Mu Yan nodded, "I’m very sorry, you’re so busy, yet I made you come out."

"What’s with the formalities between us?"

Qin Xi gave her a teasing glance and curiously asked, "But I’m really curious, which deity brainwashed you, making you leave that witch Zhou Lifen; I thought you’d be with her for life."

Mu Yan’s eyes flickered, and she replied, "I just suddenly realized she’s not who I thought she was."

Some things, even to Qin Xi, she didn’t dare to mention.

She didn’t want her good friend to worry about her.

Everyone’s eyes once again focused on Mu Yan, she stepped forward and greeted everyone, "Hello, I’m Mu Yan, it’s a pleasure to meet you all."

Everyone said in succession, "Hello, hello!"

A young handsome man smiled and said, "Since Queen Qin said it herself, we definitely have to give face."
