Mu Yan looked at the glass of wine handed to her, then at the young man in front of her, and apologized, "Sorry, I can’t drink."

"Which actor can’t drink?" The young man raised an eyebrow.

"I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Sun Hao. I’ve recently invested in a movie out of boredom. I was worried about casting the female lead, but after seeing Miss Mu, I’ve found hope."

Mu Yan looked at the confident man in front of her. Was he implying something?

"Sorry, Young Master Sun, Mu Yan can’t drink. How about I drink this on her behalf?" Qin Xi said with a smile at Sun Hao.

Sun Hao’s eyes flashed as he smiled, "Of course, but since it’s on her behalf, at least three glasses."

"No problem!" Qin Xi agreed straightforwardly and drank three glasses in a row.

"Great drinking capacity, worthy of Queen Qin." Those around cheered.

Mu Yan looked at Qin Xi with some concern. Could she really drink like this?

Many people came to Mu Yan to drink afterward, but Qin Xi stopped them all.

Catching a break, Mu Yan whispered, "Qin Xi, you’re drinking too much."

"Don’t worry, I’m not drunk yet. You just sit obediently by my side." Qin Xi whispered, her breath heavy with the smell of alcohol.

Mu Yan noticed Qin Xi was already half-drunk and suggested, "How about we go back first?"

Qin Xi picked up the glass again and stood up, continuing to drink with the people opposite.

Mu Yan wanted to say something, but Qin Xi was once again surrounded by people.

She clutched her handbag, ready to pull Qin Xi away, deciding she didn’t want the role anymore.

At that moment, Sun Hao came over again and said with a smile, "Miss Mu has a good friend."

Mu Yan looked at Sun Hao, not understanding what he meant by that.

Sun Hao handed Mu Yan a glass of wine, "I know Miss Mu doesn’t want Qin Xi to drink for you, so how about this—if you drink this glass, the role is yours."

Mu Yan looked at the yellow liquid in the glass, something seemed to be dissolving inside.

With that, he turned, intending to head towards Qin Xi.

Mu Yan’s face darkened, "Give it to me!"

"Miss Mu is a straightforward person." Sun Hao smiled, handing over the glass.

Mu Yan reached to take it, but her hand suddenly slipped, missing it. With a "bang," the glass hit the floor.

She looked innocent, "Sorry, my hand slipped."

Anger flashed in Sun Hao’s eyes as he sneered coldly, "Miss Mu truly doesn’t give me face?"

Mu Yan ignored him and walked directly towards Qin Xi.

This was a place of trouble; she should get Qin Xi away first.

But Sun Hao didn’t intend to let her go and grabbed Mu Yan’s arm, "Where are you going?"

Mu Yan turned her head and said coldly, "Let go of me."

"What if I don’t? Spend a night with me, and I’ll give you anything you want." Sun Hao sneered and pulled Mu Yan into his arms.

Mu Yan struggled and kicked towards Sun Hao.

"Ah!" Sun Hao screamed in pain and slapped Mu Yan on the face, "You filthy bitch, how dare you kick me."

He hunched over, clutching his groin, in extreme discomfort.

Mu Yan’s face got hit but managed to free herself from Sun Hao’s grip.

People in the private room noticed the commotion and started looking over.

Qin Xi walked over, glanced at Sun Hao, and asked, "Mu Yan, what happened?"

Mu Yan replied indifferently, "Nothing, let’s go."

She pulled Qin Xi and walked out, but Sun Hao was not willing to let it go.

With a face full of fury, he shouted at those beside him, "What are you all doing standing around? Go grab that bitch for me."
