Wang Linjia glanced at Zhou Lifen’s costume and said indifferently, "It seems like Republic-era dramas aren’t being filmed here."

"Yeah, I was actually planning to drop by during the wrap-up to visit the set, but it seems I missed it," Zhou Lifen said, looking a bit helpless.

"Let’s go. We’ll visit the set again early tomorrow."

She apologized, but no one responded, so she simply went to change her clothes in the fitting room.

"Some people just have good luck. To star in Director Chen’s movie in the first shoot is truly enviable."

Mu Yan recalled the familiar back view she had seen earlier, realizing who it likely was.

Hearing footsteps fade away outside, she emerged from the fitting room.

Sister Wen looked at her face and asked, "Your complexion doesn’t look good today, are you feeling unwell?"

"It’s about to be that time of the month," Mu Yan replied.

"You girls should take care of your bodies. Don’t take everything for granted just because you’re young, or you’ll regret it later."

"I understand," Mu Yan nodded. Over the past few days, she had become familiar with Sister Wen.

Sister Wen didn’t talk much, but she was very kind, like an elder sister.

With the last floral decoration applied, her makeup was done.

After thanking Sister Wen, Mu Yan left the makeup room.

When she looked towards Chen Zhou, she saw a woman talking to him, with her side profile faintly visible.

It was undoubtedly Zhou Lifen.
