Many would say tis not good to do,

A love as mine ''tween such as me and you;

Though those who go on God''s word alone say: true,

There is not wrong with love ''tween such as me and you;

Thus I will not yield, won''t quench, this love I have for you.

Though these words may never reach your ears, all said here is true;
