Abyss Knight
Chapter 21
Another sad wail sounded in kukas''s ear, and kukas didn''t care. He still waved his axe to chop the red eyed town residents.
The killing, the killing of eating fruit, dozens of small town residents were cut down by him like plants and trees. The corpses were scattered on the ground, and the smell of blood was flying everywhere. Some onlookers in the distance just shouted and hurried away, but they could no longer afford to fight kukas.
After shaking his head, kukas took off his helmet and wiped the blood on it. He carefully touched his cheek and found that the wound on his cheek was very long, but not deep, and had never hurt the muscles on his cheek. So he was relieved.
Quickly put on the vest for the wildebeest. After smearing some medicine, he put on his helmet, and then ran to the blacksmith''s place in the town.
The horse''s hooves trampled. Only the blacksmith''s place in the whole town was in chaos, and other places were extremely quiet. If ordinary people could not bear such strangeness, kukas seemed not to take it to heart and continued to run away.
Closer and closer to the place where the shouting and killing sound was. After bypassing a street, kukas saw countless small town residents gathered in one street.
With their red eyes, they waved their crude weapons like crazy and crowded towards a cavalry in the center. On the surrounding houses, someone carried pots and pans and other objects and smashed them at the cavalry in the center. They will not consider whether these things will hurt the cavalry wearing armor or the residents of the town.
"Kill!" kukas roared loudly.
The Tomahawk in his hand spoke highly. When the axe went down, he cut off the head of a civilian. The wildebeest charged, and those people couldn''t resist it at all. They were either knocked to the ground or pierced by spikes in their waistcoats.
"Where are the others?" after kukas rushed into the crowd, he was stopped by a large number of civilians before he rushed to the knight''s squire. The men flushed their eyes, uttered meaningless words, waved sticks, knives and forks, and frantically attacked kukas.
"Dead, all dead." the knight''s squire waved a knight''s sword and chopped down the civilians around again and again. Those civilians don''t have any fighting skills at all. With each knife, someone will lie on the ground and lose their lives. All around him were bodies. Not far away, there were the bodies of several squires lying on the ground. Their armor was picked up, incomplete, and their bodies were trampled to pieces.
"Be careful, there are lurks hiding here," the knight''s bodyguard warned kukas loudly. Before he finished, three black lights suddenly flew out of the crowd.
The black light danced around and pierced him like a poisonous snake. The heavy armor was torn by the three black lights like paper. The knight''s retinue roared, waved a war knife, and then chopped down three or five civilians. Finally, it fell off the war horse. In an instant, it was rushed up by some crazy civilians to cover up everything.
"The test of the lurk? Or premeditated killing?" kukas no longer had the heart to fight here after seeing the death of the knight and squire. He saw the three black lights and thought there were three lurks hiding here, so he had the idea of leaving here.
Wielding the Tomahawk, he cut open the siege of those crazy civilians. He didn''t care to think about why these civilians became like this, or how many lurks were hidden around. He just wants to leave the town as fast as he can.
Those small town residents couldn''t stop kukas from fleeing. After all, most civilians were at the other end of the street, and kukas didn''t rush to the center of them. Therefore, only relying on dozens of civilians in the periphery can not resist kukas.
After urging the wildebeest to escape the siege of these civilians like a strong wind, kukas turned his head and looked at the people carefully.
Just then, a man in a black cloak was watched by kukas in the crowd.
The man wore a cloak and carried a curved lacquer black wooden stick with a light blue gem on the top. Even far away, kukas felt the danger brought to him by the man in the black cloak.
"Mage! Damn it, it''s a mage." kukas''s body trembled. It was the first time he saw a mysterious mage. He thought of all kinds of rumors about mages. He was timid. He didn''t want to fight with the mage. At least he didn''t have such an idea before he became a real rider.
Just as kukas turned his head to watch, he saw the man in the black cloak suddenly stretch out his hand, which was very white and tender, and in his palm, there were two black and shiny twisted awls of more than one foot, like poisonous snakes.
A blue light burst from the blue gem. The blue light rolled in front of the black robed man. Then the black robed man threw two poisonous snake awls into the blue light.
Without any sound, the blue light suddenly disappeared, and then two black lights appeared in kukas''s eyes and flew towards him.
"Damn it, it''s not the lurk, but the mage. Damn it." kukas lowered his body and relied on his superb riding skills to avoid the two black lights. When he looked around again, he couldn''t find the trace of the black robed mage in the chaotic crowd.
"A mage appeared here and controlled so many civilians to kill knights and squires. Was he sent by the stuyvette Empire? But how could he appear in such a remote town?" kukas was shocked when the two black lights hit the house and broke two big holes in the house. The war horse ran wildly, and he quickly rushed out of the strange town in the sound of the horse''s hoofs.
"Leave here and find the knight to report this. Damn it, mage? One day, I''ll cut off your head with my own hands." kukas cursed again and again to vent his fear.
After rushing out of the town, kukas didn''t stop and ran as fast as he could to the place agreed by the chaluo knights.
In a short journey of more than ten days, he was completely crazy by the attacks of divine archers and lurks and sudden attacks.
"Damn mage, I didn''t offend you. Why did you bother me?" kukas sat on the horse, holding the ox horn and axe tightly in his hand, and said loudly to the man in black in front of him. "Tell me, who instructed you to stop me and kill me?"
This is what happened to kukas on the ninth day after he left the town and just killed a group of poorly dressed mobs in a forest.
A man in black suddenly came out of the woods and stopped him. Looking at the wooden staff in the black robed man''s hand and the strange smell from his body, kukas quickly recognized the identity of the other party.
"This is a hunting game. As long as you win, you will know everything; if you fail, I will tell you now that it has no effect. You who are dead know that these are of no effect." a strange voice came out under the black robe. The voice was gentle and hoarse. It sounded like the sound of rubbing waste steel against each other.
"What''s the game?" kukas took a deep breath. He clenched his axe again, put down his broken armor to cover his face, and tightened his legs on his horse''s belly, ready to attack at any time.
"The game of death." the mage in the black robe answered him. The sound was accompanied by a fireball the size of an adult''s head.
The black robed mage muttered a few words in a low voice. A burning flame appeared at the top of his staff. The flame rotated and finally turned into an adult sized head. After waving with the black robed mage''s staff, it roared and hit kukas with a flame tail of more than two meters like a meteor.
"Avoid?" kukas just abandoned the idea of avoiding in an instant. He had been attacked by the mage three or five times along the way, and the boring and repeated dialogue had been carried out three or five times. Previous experience told him that he could not avoid the fireball. The fireball could quickly change direction in the air. No matter where he ran, the fireball would keep chasing.
The battle axe waved and his feet clamped the war horse. The wildebeest ran like a strong wind and rushed to the place where the black robed mage was located.
The Tomahawk and the fireball the size of his head collided with each other. When he heard an explosion, the fireball burst. Kukas only felt a shock and burning all over his body. His breathing made him feel as if he was put in the stove.
The hot air ran down his nostrils and into his lungs, which made him very uncomfortable.
In the mage''s eyes, kukas split his fireball, and some flames stained his armor. Fortunately, for some reasons, the power of those flames was not great, so they were annihilated after burning a little on the armor. Otherwise, the real fireball skill falls on his armor. Even the defensive armor can be blown into a twisted iron block, which doesn''t hurt the armor as it does now.
Seeing that kukas was about to rush to him, the black robed mage was still not in a hurry. He stretched out his left hand hidden in his robe and pointed at kukas fiercely.
A colorful light flew out of his left hand. It was as long as a waterfall. Under the control of the black robed mage, it hit kukas''s chest heavily.
The corners of his mouth raised slightly, and the black robed mage watched kukas fall from the war horse. He had already predicted the result. According to the plan, he had to give such a heavy blow to the knight and escort kukas today. Only in this way could he complete his task.
After kukas was hit by the colorful light on his chest, he only felt as if he had been hit by a boulder on his chest. The severe pain made him murmur uncontrollably, and a mass of blood sprayed out of his mouth.
