Ralph Koch, with a composed face, held onto Chloe Grant with one hand and forcefully pushed open the door to the operating room with the other.

They walked through the small lounge set in the interior, finally arriving at the door of Matthew Morgan’s operating room.

A nurse approached, dressing them in sterile gowns, with hats and masks properly put on.

Just about to enter, Chloe Grant unintentionally caught sight of the doctors and nurses in surgical attire in the corner.

Standing beside them were two men in suits, guns pointed at them.

"They’re my people inside."

Ralph Koch, too lazy to explain more, made it clear with one sentence.

The nurse opened the door to the operating room for them.

Inside, the doctors and nurses were extracting a bullet from Matthew Morgan’s back.

Ralph Koch wanted to leave with Chloe Grant, but Chloe refused to go.
