Matthew Morgan was silent for quite a while before eventually saying, "Do you want to be made permanent?"

"What?" Chloe Grant didn’t understand.

Matthew Morgan added, "If you want to be permanent, think about how to make me happy."

After saying this, Matthew Morgan hung up directly.
