Her eyes were lifeless, but he ignored this and sent Fusion Aether into the woman’s body, only for it to transform. A bright light erupted, blinding him as a red color took over, emanating from the mage. She stood up and was cloaked in dark robes that gave off a crimson glow.

Raegar stepped back and was shocked at the result. As he had a Fusion Mage to use during battle, he felt the exhaustion creeping over him. He ignored this and sent his Aether into the other corpses. Changing them into powerful Fusion Warriors, they were bigger than his regular soldiers and looked ready to fight.

Dahlia nodded. ’’Exacty! Having someone who can deal with problems like these is a blessing from the gods, I was always negotiating with some angry noble who had an issue with how I run the empire,’’ she said, a tired expression crossing her face.

’’It’s over with now, and they should behave themselves now,’’ Raegar reassured. ’’If not, I’ll visit them at their homes.’’
