CHAPTER 100: CHAPTER 100: INJURED

All of Isabella Weaver’s guilt vanished into thin air.

Eat, eat, eat! Let him eat himself to death!

How on earth did she just find this man pure and kind?

Hallucination!

Alexander Parker lamented about how plain the instant noodles were, but he still finished them all, wiped his mouth with Isabella Weaver’s sleeve, and said, "Cousin, I’m not full."

Isabella Weaver only hated that she didn’t have the combat skills of Harry Hunter; otherwise, she’d knock Alexander Parker out and send him back to the Parker Family.

She could only give in: "What else do you want to eat?"

"Chicken feet!"

In the middle of the night, where was she supposed to find chicken feet for him?

Isabella Weaver suddenly thought of an idea: "Cousin, why don’t you buy some chicks, raise them at home, and when they grow up, eat the ones you like? Wouldn’t that solve the chicken feet issue?"

"Hmm, that’s a really good idea, Cousin, but there’s one problem. By the time they grow up, your cousin will have starved to death."

"I didn’t mean for you to eat them now. If you want to eat now, you’ll have to go back to the Parker Family. I definitely don’t have any here."

Alexander Parker was heartbroken, grabbing Isabella Weaver’s hand and bringing it to his mouth, biting while saying, "Cousin just wants to drive me away. I haven’t seen you in a long time, I miss you, I want to sleep with you. Hurry up and get a divorce, and I’ll buy you a bigger ring."

"Cousin, that hurts!"

Isabella Weaver’s face turned pale; she couldn’t free her hand, and couldn’t help but cry out.

Alexander Parker looked down and saw that, somehow, he’d already bitten through Isabella Weaver’s finger, with drops of blood oozing out; it looked like he hadn’t held back.

"I’m sorry! Cousin, I didn’t mean to, I couldn’t control my strength!"

His face was full of guilt and regret, but the urge to bite off Isabella Weaver’s finger grew stronger!

He didn’t dare linger, jumped straight out the window without using the door, and his figure quickly vanished into the dark.

Isabella Weaver’s forehead was already covered with a fine layer of sweat, partly from fear and partly from pain. She was very worried that Alexander Parker might really lose control and bite off her finger, but fortunately, he didn’t.

She casually wiped the blood off her hand and instinctively touched her neck.

When she was fourteen, Alexander Parker had once tried to strangle her. That was the closest she’d ever come to death; as she neared suffocation and was in immense pain, she subconsciously called him "Cousin."

In that state of madness, Alexander Parker, for some reason, suddenly became clear-headed for a moment, hesitated in his actions, and gave Isabella Weaver a sliver of hope.

He really is better now; not only can he quickly snap out of that state, but he also knows to leave!

Nevertheless, Isabella Weaver was still a bit fearful; every second spent with Alexander Parker felt like she was teetering on the edge of death.

That night, she slept very restlessly, constantly feeling like someone was in the room, but when she opened her eyes, there was nothing.

When she got up the next day, there were dark circles under Isabella Weaver’s eyes, and she had a severe headache.

Her chronic lack of sleep only made her headaches worse.

She splashed her face with cold water repeatedly before feeling a little better.

"Knock, knock, knock!"

There was a knock on the door, and Isabella Weaver wiped her face and opened the door in confusion.

"Connor?"

"Young Madam, Young Master prepared breakfast for you."

Connor smiled broadly, clapping his hands as people filed in behind him, each carrying a food box, which quickly filled her table once opened.

"Young Madam, please enjoy!"

Connor bowed respectfully, waved his hand, and the group exited in perfect unison. He closed the door and left.

The entire process took no more than two minutes. Isabella Weaver was still in shock, and Connor had already driven off with his people.
