CHAPTER 65: CHAPTER 64: ROAMING AROUND AREA1

They were enjoying the movie when Layton Lewis and Mr. Henry came back to the living room. It seems that their talk is finally over.

Layton Lewis sat beside him and Mr. Henry also sat beside Mrs. Sarah.

Both of them watch the movie together with him and Mrs. Sarah.

After the movie ends Mrs. Sarah decided to cook something for everyone. While Mrs. Sarah was preparing food, Layton Lewis invited him to go out and see the gardens of Area 1.

Layton Lewis went out to get a hover car for them to use. It is smaller than an aircraft and mostly used in short instances only. Most of the hover cars are only for 1 person but the one Lewis brought was a 2 seater.

As soon as they were seated in the hover car, Ryzel asked, " So did you finish your conversation with your dad?"

"Yes, it’s done. We actually talk about our compatibility. The federation wanted a more detailed report regarding the recovery of my mental state and they also wanted to know the detailed rank of your mental power."

Ryzel knew that a lot of people, especially the higher ups were concerned about the mental state of Layton Lewis. They needed Layton Lewis to be healthy for him to continue leading the troops on the frontlines.

They knew it would be a great loss if Layton Lewis was gone as his talents and power were really the greatest in his generation. There was still no one that could surpass him so they needed him to be as healthy as possible.

"I understand why they want a detailed report of your mental state but why do they want to know my level? And isn’t the detailed measurement only for the military?"

Ryzel knew that the army was using a more precise equipment to measure the physique level and mental power level of each individual but if you aren’t part of the army they wouldn’t b able to use it. The general public only knew that the levels are from F to S.

"Well technically you are already part of the army as you are already married to me so you can already use the equipment in the military.

The other’s wanted to confirm how strong your mental power is. You are able to match me and even able to start treating my mental sea immediately so they wanted to see how strong your mental power is," Layton Lewis explained.

"Okay, so when are we going to do that?" Ryzel asked.

"They wanted to do it as soon as possible. So, is it possible to do it tomorrow? But if you are already tired because of traveling around we can do it later," Layton Lewis said while looking at him.

"No need. We can go tomorrow," Ryzel said.

They were indeed going out a lot but Ryzel was still feeling okay so he can still go out for another day.

He also knew that the others must be anxious so it was better to do it earlier.

Their marriage is also in just a few days so it is better to finish whatever they are busy with so that he could still rest before the wedding day.

He knew that it would be a very busy day on his wedding day so it is better to store energy to use it on that day.

"Okay, then I will inform them that we are going to the military headquarters tomorrow," Layton Lewis said as he continued controlling the hover car.

With Layton Lewis controlling the hover car they immediately went to visit the gardens.

Layton Lewis drove the hover car before reaching the gardens they are talking about. Ryzel saw that the garden was very wide with different flowers and plants in it. Most of the plants planted in it were also the rare flowers and plants that were hard to see in one place.

The gardens also have a lot of space making it suitable for a wedding. Seeing how spacious it is Ryzel doesn’t have any qualms using it as a venue. He wouldn’t even be the one preparing so he doesn’t have any problems.

As there was still some time before lunch they decided to visit more of Area 1.

Layton Lewis acted as a tour guide and showed him around Area 1. He saw a large training ground in the west side of the area while the west was full of natural things. It is a forest with a lot of trees and plants in it. He also saw a river and a fall in it.

The forest around it resembles the one in the mental sea of Layton Lewis so it should be the basis of the Layton Lewis mental sea. It shows that the forest was deeply connected to Layton Lewis when he was young or even before he awakened.

Layton Lewi should have a deep memory about the forest as it even manifested in his mental sea as its core.

They roamed around Area 1 using the hover car of Layton Lewis and saw a lot of things.

The part of area 1 he saw was not all of the area 1 but he still saw most of it. Area 1 is well maintained and beautiful. There aren’t a lot of living houses around it so it was obvious that not a lot was living around it.

According to Layton Lewis most of the living area for the Vespertine family and others was in Area 2.

After an hour of roaming around Layton Lewis received a message that the food is already ready so both of them went back.

As soon as they entered the house, Mrs. Sarah immediately called them to eat.

"Ryzel, Lewis come here and eat, everything is already prepared."

Ryzel and Layton Lewis went to the dining room and saw that a lot of food was prepared. When they were still in the hover car Layton Lewis already said that most of the foods they were going to eat were actually made by his father.

According to Layton Lewis, his father was a better cook than his mother so most of the time he was actually the one preparing the food.

Ryzel saw that the table was full of different dishes. A lot of vegetable dishes that guides are able to eat were prepared. It was obvious that the table was prepared to cater more to the taste of guides.

As soon as they sat around the table Mrs. Sarah immediately said to eat up.

"Ryzel don’t be shy and just eat whatever you wanted," Mrs. Sarah said while looking at home.

"Yes, of course. I will certainly eat my fill," Ryzel replied.

Mrs. Sarah actually doesn’t need to worry about it as he wasn’t really shy about it especially when it comes to food.

As soon as his plate was filled with food by Layton Lewis he started eating. The dishes really taste good so Ryzel ate his fill until he was full.

After eating they went back to the living room and started watching another movie.

As they were watching Mrs. Sarah received a message that the designer was already on his way to area 1.

They waited for a bit before the designer arrived. As soon as he saw the person who entered the living room, Ryzel knew that the person Mrs. Sarah was one of the top designers in the federation.

It seems that Mrs. Sarah invited Mr. Thomas. He was a very famous designer and known for his eccentric tendencies. He wouldn’t accept any commission privately and as long as he doesn’t want the person he won’t do a cloth even if he was threatened like it.

"Hello Thomas, long time no see!" Mrs. Sarah greeted.

"Hello, Sarah it seems that your temper still remains the same," Mr. Thomas also said.

"They know each other?" Ryzel asked Layton Lewis in a whisper.

Layton Lewis also whispered back and said, "Yes they have known each other for a long time. They were friends when they were still in their school days and remained in touch with each other until now."

As they were whispering with each other the others already exchanged words.

"So I am going to make suits for them?" Mr. Thomas asked while looking at them.

"Yes. I’m sure both of them meets your strict criteria so please make some to make them more beautiful," Mrs. Sarah said.

"Yes, indeed both of them even exceed my standards, especially your child’s partner," Mr. Thomas said while looking at Ryzel with sparkling eyes.

"Oh, that’s Ryzel Hanes, he was the partner of Lewis. Ryzel, this is Mr. Thomas."

As soon as Mrs. Sarah introduced him to Mr. Thomas, he also said his greetings.

"Hello, Mr. Thomas, nice meeting you," Ryzel said politely.

"Hello, Ryzel! Don’t worry I will surely make suits that would be perfect for both of you. Do you prefer certain styles or anything?"
