Leo waited inside his office, it was evening when Kyle came back with the drive that contained crucial evidence against the officials in the Clover Nation. The young man checked it all thoroughly, and when he was done, he smiled and picked up his phone to call the one person who would love to help him.

The person was none other than Stellar Primal, she was not only a reporter but also had a lot of connections inside the ministry. Leo thought about it and decided that he would exploit the resources that he has on his hand. Stellar was a luxury resource.

The call connected and the lady on the other side asked, "Mister Cardinal, to what do I owe the pleasure? Please tell me that you have not called me for another favor, I am sure that the accounts are clear, you owe me more than me."

Leo chuckled and replied, "No, Miss Primal, I have called you to settle the accounts, because the data on my hand is so explosive that it can shake the very foundations of the ministry. Would you like to partake?"

Stellar was shocked, she knew that Leo wasn't someone who would joke about something like this, she asked, "How can I believe that this information that you have is authentic."

Leo replied calmly, "What if I told you that the certain leader from the city of Angkor, called, Jake Hyle, owns a few hundred acres of land in the countryside down south and currently his brother-in-law is holding the proxy authority to manage that property?"

Stellar was shocked, she had been the one investigating this very issue these days. She thought that Leo has found out about her intentions but the young man continued, "I have sent you an encrypted file. Download it and then read it after turning off the internet connection, and be quick, I don't have all day long for this."

Stellar was startled and followed his instructions. When the document opened after inputting the code, she was shocked, She couldn't help but ask, "Where the heck did you find all this?"

Leo replied, "You should stop counting the cores and just focus on the mango served on your platter. Also, just for your information, this is just one of the people I have on my list. There are about a dozen names."

Stellar was shocked, she could not fathom the things she just learned, however, looking at the evidence, Leo had clarified his motive. Even if he knew who were the corrupt, he would only focus on the ones that were connected to the Luger family. She was aware of the tides that were unleashed on the Luger family in the swastika country. She knew that the people were busy fending for themselves, but learning that Leo was still not letting them catch a breath she gulped, and said, "Leo Cardinal, I am aware that you dislike the Primals with a passion, but thank you for being an ally."

Leo smiled faintly on the call but he didn't say anything for a few minutes, before he asked, "Tell me what have you decided, Stellar?"

The young lady replied, "I will take this news. This will settle the accounts between us."

She was a person driven by the will to help the needy, and that was why she knew the value of this information. Leo smiled and replied, "Fine, this one news should be my repayment, but now I want you to patch me up with an honest person inside the internal affairs. I would like to sweep off the rug under Matilda's feet, and enjoy her crashing on the floor face first. Her pained expression is rather satisfying to watch."

Stellar chuckled and she said, "I can hook up a meeting in the evening, don't worry. The person would be clean so you can trust them."

Leo replied, "Fine."

Stellar then told him about the venue where they would hold the meeting, and then Leo informed Snow about the situation. Lily finished her painting and asked, "Baba, you are going out?"

Leo replied with a nod, and the little girl said, "Then what about the car ride?"

The young man smiled and replied, "My little ancestor, can you not talk about that here? Your mother will skin me alive if she found out. Also, give me two days, the car needs to be fitted with a proper seat and safety measures for you."

Lily sighed and replied, "I see, okay, then can we go there on sunday?"

Leo nodded and he stood up to inspect the painting. He smiled when he saw the art, Lily had improved a lot and her strokes have gained some fluidity. He asked, "Lily, where shall we hang this painting?"

The little girl looked around and said, "Baba, your office lacks the space to hang this. How about the walls outside?"

Leo thought about it and nodded, it was his office and he can decorate it however, he wanted, he led Lily outside and then under the supervision of the little girl he hung the painting on the glass wall outside. He then looked at June and said, "June, get someone to laminate this one with protection film and have the cleaning staff make sure they pay extra attention at this one. No damage will be tolerated."

June nodded with a smile and said, "I will drop the word that Young Miss painted this and they will all treat it like a treasure. Sir, you might not understand but our Young Miss is more popular than you and President Snow."

Leo chuckled and replied, "Well, that is how it should be."

Lily then raised her chin and walked in big strides as they headed to Snow's office. Leo had to inform her that he would be going out for a meeting with a person from Internal Affairs so she would have to take Lily home.

When they entered the office, they found Snow dealing with a few people from the finance department, and she was going through some reports. Leo and Lily sat down on the couch and began a game of chess. Snow saw them and choose to ignore because work was priority at this moment and the two didn't need her urgently.

Lily captured a few pieces from Leo's side and caught him off guard, but the young man retaliated and Lily pouted at him. When she lost the match she looked at Leo with resentment and clenched her tine fist before waving it in the void to show that her spirit was unyielding.

Leo smiled and bowed his head, at the same time, he turned to look at Snow who finished dealing with the people, and asked, "What is it?"

The young man replied, "Yes, I have to do something deal with for dinner. So, can you take Lily home?"

Snow nodded and asked, "The details, Mister Cardinal, you are missing details."

Leo told her the plan he had in mind and Snow nodded as she said, "Good, this is fine, it will work."

One hour later, Leo and Kyle came to the secluded place of the southern suburbs where a small private kitchen was located. This place served only patrons, and Stellar was the owner of this establishment. This was her private information exchange den.

When Kyle and Leo went inside the establishment, where Stellar was already waiting for them. After a few minutes, a middle-aged man stepped inside the place. He looked around and then he took out his pen before clicking it and came to sit across Stellar. The lady talked to him briefly and then gestured towards Leo who stood up from another table and came over.

The two men shook hands and Leo passed a set of documents, he said, "This is the first one, I hope you understand that we both cannot trust each other completely. If you take appropriate action for this one person, I will unveil the next."

The official frowned and asked, "Would that not alert them all?"

Leo nodded and replied, "Official Dio, once you startle the rat in the burrow, its people scatter and make mistakes. You will catch them all and catch them red handed."

Dio was shocked and he gulped as he commented, "Mister Cardinal, the implementations of this plan would call the higher-ups look into the source of this information, we all know how competent the internal affairs could be."

Leo smiled and replied, "No problem, you can point to me, I can use some credit to upgrade my family Sigil."

The two men looked at each other and chuckled as they shared a drink before parting. They had decided to clean things up and for that they selected the most violent plan possible. Blowing them all up but one at a time. This will create terror and set an example. Leo wanted this dominating effect on those who wronged him.

Leo stood outside the restaurant with Stellar beside him, and the lady asked, "You love to stir up trouble, don't you?"

Leo smirked and answered, "She should have thought about that before aiming for my daughter. Now she will see what violence and destruction means. She will lose everything that she holds dear and everything that defines her."

He was looking forward to the morning that would be the beacon of destruction.
