The day came to an end, and just when Leo was about to turn in to sleep, the door was knocked. The young man got out of the blanket and Snow also woke up. Leo opened the door and found Jock standing outside. He said, "Sir, there is someone from the Aries family who is waiting for you outside."

Leo raised his brow and turned to look at Snow who was also taken aback, but then the young man smiled and said, "Let's see who is so impatient."

He put on a night robe and fastened the rope around his waist before he walked out of the room. Snow sat up with her brows furrowed, but this was bound to happen. There had been signs that the Sigil Union was monitoring them because of the quick rise displayed by the Cardinal Family. She was worried that these people would hinder the pace of growth and Leo would be pressured by this.

Leo came out of the house and walked up to the maingate of the manor. The security guards had their guns ready to assault if the people outside tried to force their way inside the gates. Leo came to the gate and saw a man standing outside, the man was surrounded by guards of his own and smiled faintly as he said, "Mister Cardinal, I didn't expect you to come out to greet me personally."

Leo replied with a smile and looked at the crest of the war hammer embroidered on the left pocket of the man's coat and replied, "When I heard that someone from the Aries family has come knocking on the door, I decided that it was only reasonable for me to greet them personally and ask them to come back in the morning when we can have a nice chat, however, thinking that a mere butler dared to disturb my rest, you surely are audacious, or could it be that your master has instructed you to act this way?"

His words directly established the differences in their status, and wiped off the smirk displayed by the butler. The latter asked coldly, "Does that mean you will not give face to the Aries family?"

Leo replied, "You are not capable enough to represent the Aries family. It seems that you didn't understand the situation you are in currently. I am the Master of the Cardinal Family, while you are a steward that attends to the Masters of the Aries family.

I will give face to someone who is actually a representative of the Aries Family. You can go back and deliver the word to your master, if they wish to have a meeting with me, I am ready to meet them tomorrow for a lunch, and that is me giving them a lot of face."

That said, he turned around and said, "Jock, close the gate, if anyone barges in, shoot them in the knees and talk later."

With that he walked away from the threshold while the guards closed the gates. Jock looked at the butler and found that the latter was seething in anger as he looked at the back of Leo.

The butler clenched his fist and said, "Let's go."

In a high end hotel of the Angkor City, a middle-aged man was enjoying a massage, when the door of his presidential suite was opened and the Steward walked inside. The latter bowed and said, "Master Harley, we made contact with that person but he turned us away."

Master Harley raised his brow and asked, "Steven, go over the entire meeting without missing a word, and don't add anything from your side. I am aware of your fragile ego."

Steven shivered and then he began to narrate the entire incident to Harley. After fifteen minutes when Steven finished, Harley couldn't help but laugh and said, "Good, he is someone with a spine."

That said, Harley stood up from the table, and fastened a towel around his waist and he looked at the butler with a scornful look as he said, "Did you really try to threaten him with my Family's name?"

Steven gulped and stayed silent. He didn't have the guts to say anything because Harley was not someone who would forgive easily. Harley walked up to the man and slapped Steven across the face. The slap was so strong that it sent Steven to kneel down on the ground. The young man took a deep breath and replied, "Next time when you are sent out, don't act like a rabid dog."

Steven nodded while he winced and said, "That man has said that he would like to meet someone who can represent the family."

Harley nodded thoughtfully and said, "Good, I would like to meet him at lunch tomorrow."

That said, he walked out of the room and entered the jacuzzi thinking about how to address the new situation. After all, from the information at hand, he thought Leo was a rather soft personality. Well, it wasn't his fault, it was Leo who had concealed everything scary that he did so perfectly, that the people could not find out much about him.

Leo went inside the house and found Snow sitting on the bed, she asked, "Who was it?"

The young man replied, "A butler who was acting out of the line."

Snow nodded, and Leo narrated the whole thing. After some contemplation, the lady said, "You have made your intention clear, and if they are genuinely interested in meeting with you, they will reach out in the morning. I have a suggestion."

Leo got in the bed and said, "Go on."

The sun came out on the horizon like the usual, and the family got ready to face yet another mundane day, Leo teased Lily before he drove her to the school and Lily said, "Baba, remember this sunday my friends will come over, you need to be ready."

Leo chuckled and replied, "Fine, I will be at my best behavior."

Lily smiled and pecked his cheek as she said, "You are a good Baba."

Snow looked at the two of them with an amused expression and said, "I wonder, if we need to get a dog so that Lily can learn the difference in few things."

Leo was stunned and then he looked at his wife and smirked, "Aren't you getting a bit too snarky?"

Snow chuckled and then they headed to the office. As soon as Leo reached his office, he was approached by June who said, "Sir, a guy called Steven has been waiting for you in the reception lobby and he asked for a priority appointment with some Mister Harley Aries. I looked up the guy, he seems to be a big deal in the Pristine City."

Leo nodded and replied, "Confirm the appointment for lunch and book a private table in the Kosher Hut and inform the guy downstairs."

June nodded and replied, "I will arrange it all."

Leo leaned back in the chair and tried to speculate the situation. However, he knew that he had better things to do, and got to his work. He contacted the Utopia Research Center and asked them about the status of the latest project that he had given them. The reports were good, and the prototype had finished the testing phase, now they were looking for a few things to improve the design and by the end of the month, the product would be ready for mass production.

In the noon, June came to remind Leo, "Sir, the lunch appointment is due."

Leo nodded and picked up his coat as he walked out of the office, and said, "June, inform Snow that I am going out, and ask Percie about the car production."

June got to her own things and Leo left the office with his guard detail. He arrived at the Kosher Hut and found a luxury sedan already parked outside. He spotted a few guards, and got off the vehicle calmly. The guards in the surroundings wanted to came over, when Kyle suddenly pulled out his gun and similarly the other two did the same.

These guards were elites, but they were no match for Kyle and his team. Leo sighed and said, "Put them back, we are not here to fight a war."

Kyle nodded and then placed the guns back, a dozen of guards on the other side, couldn't help but hesitate. Leo walked up to the guard who was the least worried, and said, "You can go through the check. I apologize for the behavior of my brothers, they are easy to be triggered."

The guard nodded faintly before he patted Leo a few times and let him through the door of the restaurant. Inside there was just a waiter, who said, "Mister Cardinal, your guests have arrived and they are waiting for you."

Leo nodded and replied, "Thank you, please show me the way."

The waiter led the young man to a room, where Leo found a middle-aged man scrolling through the content of his phone and Steven standing behind him. The man stood up with a smile and said, "Good afternoon, Mister Cardinal."

Leo replied with a smile as well, "Good afternoon, Mister Aries."
