ALPHA’S REGRET: FALSE MATE, TRUE LUNA
TRUE 336
Helena sat on the sofa in Dennis’s office, dressed differently from her previous arrogant appearance.
She was bundled up tightly, her eyes showing a hint of timidity.
Assistant Hazel was somewhat puzzled–how had this person changed so dramatically?
“What’s the matter?” Dennis didn’t answer but asked in return.
“I…” Helena stammered, unable to speak. She was afraid Dennis would despise her and hade out of insecurity.
“If there’s nothing, don’t call me.”
Dennis hung up the phone and irritably told his driver to drive away.
Anyway, he had achieved his goal today. If Ferris wanted to pretend to be poor, he would expose his hypocritical
facade.
Vargan Group.
Helena stared at the disconnected call, her face red with anger.
She looked at Hazel impatiently: “Where exactly did Dennis go?”
“I don’t know.”
Hazel replied matter–of–factly.
She truly didn’t know–since returning to the country, Dennis had been unwilling to tell her anything.
“I’m Dennis’s fiancée. Do you believe I could have him fire you?”
Hazel pressed her lips together and said nothing.
Helena stood up, threw her bag hard at her, and left on high heels, unwilling to ept this.
She hadn’t gone far when someone blocked her path.
“Helena.”
Nigel stood with his hands in his pockets, looking roguish: “I know where Ferris went.”

Helena narrowed her eyes: “Where?”
“Aurora’s residence.”
Nigel had his own methods and had been deliberately keeping tabs on Dennis and the others.
“That bitch! She said she wasn’t seducing Dennis!” Helena clenched her fists.
Nigel wanted to see his two bsisters /bfighting each other so he could benefit from it.
Helena pulled out a card and handed it to Nigel: “Your fee. Keep watching Dennis and that bitch for me.”
“Don’t worryb./b”
“bIf /byou do well, I’ll convince Dad to help you start apany,” Helena said.
For five years, Nigel had believed her, only to discoverter she was just writing empty checks. The current Nigel naturally wouldn’t believe her nonsense.
“No need. Just give me some spending money when you have it, sis,” Nigel smiled.
“That’s certainly no problem.”
Helena rolled her eyes–how did she end up with such azy good–for–nothing brother?
After getting in the car and leaving, she pondered how to teach Aurora a lesson.
She asked her assistant: “What kind of work does Aurora do?”
“She has a small medical research studio with someone called Milo. It barely sustains their living,” the assistant replied.
A small studio?
“Give her studio some trouble. I want her studio to fail.”
She thought with her capabilities, dealing with a small studio would be particrly simple, pletely unaware of my true background.
b“/bUnderstood.”
Helena still wasn’t satisfied: “Get some people ande with me to find Aurora.”
She had been assaulted–how could Aurora remain pure and innocent?
Chapter b336 /b
Dennis liked her because he was attracted to her apparent innocence, wasn’t he?
Meanwhile.
Living room at home.
Ferris sat properly.
I sat across from him, interrogating: “You said you owed a lot of money–where are the IOUS?”
