Capítulo 838: Chapter 362: Idiot! Useless! Moron!
The Haitian Black Colonel was sweating profusely and had nothing to say in response to the General’s questioning. He stammered because he had just been playing a game of mixed sports with several pretty girls on the island when he heard the alarm and barely had time to put his pants back on.
“Useless!! Useless!! All you know is to fool around with women!! You’re of no use in critical moments!”
Assad, seeing him in this state, immediately knew this guy was unreliable and kicked him to the ground in anger.
The Colonel hurriedly scrambled to his feet, not daring to take a deep breath. The Officers beside him did not dare to utter a word.
“Who’s on duty today? Call him over?” Assad demanded.
The Colonel quickly instructed the Officer with him to call the person over, and the patrol team leader hurriedly brought people over.
Seeing the General so angry, they felt a bit apprehensive.
Facing the General’s questioning, the Black team leader stammered a response: “Reporting to the General, we just received the message and are currently coordinating with the intelligence department to inquire about the specifics.”
“What’s the situation exactly? Give me the phone! I’ll speak to them personally!!”
Assad cursed angrily then picked up the phone from the operator beside him, questioning, “This is Assad! What’s going on over there, where are the enemies now? Who are they? How many are there? What equipment do they have?”
Confronted with the General’s sudden questioning, the security personnel in the monitoring room held their breath, their minds blank, stuttering incoherently.
“Speak!!” Assad shouted again.
The security personnel, with a bitter expression, said, “Reporting to the General, we currently do not know the enemy’s identity, nor how many there are.”
“What do you mean? The enemy hasn’t fully revealed themselves?” Assad’s expression slightly relaxed, calming down, saying, “That’s also good. The other side should have been discovered by you all at the port area, are they those Cuban fruit and vegetable traders? I knew their movements were a bit strange. Now, follow my command! Immediately send the perimeter mercenary teams to attack them! Take out their ships! Sink them all to the sea!! The signal and power station troops are to remain on standby!!”
“No, General, two-thirds of our island’s signal and power stations have already been destroyed. The enemy has already landed on the island, we are still uncertain about their numbers and equipment.” The security personnel replied incoherently.
Assad’s mind went blank, what are you saying?
After realizing, Assad couldn’t help but loudly question: “You’re saying that all my island’s infrastructure has already been destroyed? The enemy has landed on the island? And yet you still don’t know who the enemy is?”
“That’s correct.” The security personnel felt a chill run down their spine.
“Damn it!! I’ve hired so many people to watch over my territory, and just in the time I’m messing with a woman, you’re telling me I’ve already lost two-thirds of my territory? And you still don’t know the enemy’s identity?”
Assad was so enraged that he laughed, his vision darkened, trembling all over, lost for words.
He thought the enemy was merely wandering along the coastline, attempting to invade the island, discovered by reliable subordinates before taking action. That would have been fine; it was still at the doorstep, and he could immediately mobilize personnel to strike, causing minimal impact.
Unexpectedly, they had already infiltrated right into his backyard!!
No one even knows who the enemy is!!
And now they’re just reporting the situation!!
Two-thirds!!
If the enemy had anti-material sniper rifles, they’d have already aimed at his head, if they had missiles, they’d already have blown up in his house!!
“Useless! Useless!!!” Assad, enraged, burst into fury, smashing a teacup and overturning the table.
The soldiers beside him, witnessing this furious scene, also felt they were on the verge of suffocating.
“Now it’s two-thirds point five, General!”
The security personnel in the monitoring room, not daring to breathe heavily, still reported the situation truthfully, with courage.
“What did you say!? What did you say!? Repeat it!!!” Assad erupted, almost questioning his reality.
“Because another camera in the monitoring room blacked out.” The security personnel cautiously said.
“Go to hell!! Idiot!! Moron!! I’m going to execute you!! Useless!!” Assad’s vision darkened again, nearly spewing old blood in anger.
