Everyone heard that Zack Lockwood was the winner. He had defeated the Blazing Fire Faction Warrior, Ben.

The old man referee immediately took Ben, who had fainted, to the infirmary. On the other hand, I walked out of the fighting platform.

My gaze fell on Issac and the female warrior. The two of them were jumping so high earlier. Now they looked scared. Their expressions had totally changed.

Feeling my gaze, they averted their eyes. Then I took back my gaze and started walking toward the office.

The Faction Leaders were all stunned. They didn’t expect to see a sudden shift in events. Zack had defeated the opponent with a surprise attack.

“Did you forget that kid was being attacked by your warrior at the last moment?”

“Zack just used one move to defeat your warrior. So there’s no need for you to get angry over this,” he said.

Elmer said nothing, but he was visibly angry. He didn’t refute Clifford’s words, but what he meant was something else.

Zack had purposely injured Ben. But he couldn’t say much about it now.

Elmer then said, “I’ve got two more warriors. I don’t think he can pull off the same trick tomorrow.”

After saying that, he left the room.

“Wow!”

“That kid knows how to make people angry. I’m even somewhat upset. That kid fooled everyone. I’m going to warn my warriors not to fall for his trick,” Faction Leader Bethany said to Francesca.

Faction Leader Francesca could only show a helpless smile. As she had suspected earlier, Zack didn’t want to use his Inheritance power at all.

So that Zack could make use of his element. If he had used his purple lightning element, the opponent would have been defeated in the first few minutes.
