Chapter 1249: Summoned at the meeting!
CHAPTER 1249: SUMMONED AT THE MEETING!
Star University:
When the duel ended, the results began to spread like wildfire. The organisations outside Star University were eager to find out about the results.
The other Universities were already paying attention to the competition. After knowing the results of the second duel, they were surprised.
They didn’t know how Zack was able to win without using the inheritance force. They couldn’t help but wonder whether the opponents were weak.
But they were all selected after fierce internal competition. Unfortunately, they couldn’t watch the footage. Star University doesn’t allow internal footage to circulate outside.
They were only hearing from the witnesses. If what was being told was true, then they had to reassess the strength of the young warrior named Zack Lockwood.
Among the Universities, Dark Shadow University was the rival of Star University. They didn’t want any strong warriors in Star University to grow in numbers.
Because if it happened, then the voice of Star University would be strong among the forces. Not only that, Dark Shadow University had bad relations with Zack Lockwood as well.
So the news about Zack was important to them. They had tried to kill Zack some time ago. But they had failed to do that.
Now, hearing that Zack had won the duel, they decided to raise the threat level of Zack Lockwood.
Meanwhile,
There were other Universities that wanted to conduct a similar type of competition. If they did, then they would be able to find out the strongest warriors among them.

Thunderflame Faction:
The old Black Mark Warriors arrived at the main hall. They were surprised by this summon because they saw other old Black Mark Warriors there as well.
They were all looking at each other’s faces.
Faction Leader Clifford and the main elders were seated in the place. Sixteen Black Mark Warriors had appeared here.
"Does anyone know about Issac from the Blazing Fire Faction?" Clifford asked.
Hearing that, their eyes flickered with understanding. They understood what this was about. They knew Zack’s next opponent was Issac.
It’s just that Issac had always been low-key. They didn’t expect him to become one of the top three in the Blazing Fire Faction.
Then one of them stepped forward and started speaking about Issac.
Everyone began to listen. When he finished saying everything he knew, the other warriors stepped forward one by one to give their answers.
Some of them belonged to the same batch as Issac, yet Issac was able to stand out at this age.
Issac had shown the potential of becoming a Silver Mark Warrior.
About 30 minutes later,
Faction Leader Clifford told them to leave. Then the old warriors left the meeting hall. The faces of the main elders were solemn.
Because Issac was a strong warrior. He was not like Ben and Bella. Even without any techniques, his element could hurt Zack.
Nobody knew what Zack’s plan was going to be in response.
"Should I summon him here?" Austin asked.
Hearing that, Clifford hesitated. He didn’t want to disturb Zack. But Zack’s next opponent was strong. It would be better if they knew what Zack was going to do next.
"Call him," Clifford said.

From MC’s Perspective:
While pondering over the online posts, suddenly, I received a call from Master Austin. Seeing that, I sat up and attended his call.
Next, I heard that everyone wanted to see me. They were in the meeting hall. Hearing that, I was surprised, because I thought no one was going to disturb me.
But they had asked me to come. I told the Master that I would be there in a few minutes. I ended the call before getting out of bed.
I quickly went to the bathroom to freshen up and change clothes.
Ten minutes later,
I walked out of the residence and headed straight towards the meeting hall. Soon, I reached the meeting hall and walked into the place.
Then I saw the Faction Leader, Masters, and the Main Elders. I greeted them one by one. I could tell that everyone’s face was serious.
"Zack, what are your plans for the next duel?"
"You have defeated Ben and Bella. But defeating Issac won’t be easy next," Clifford said in a serious tone.
Hearing that, a look of understanding dawned on me. No wonder they had asked me about the next duel.
Then I said, "I have searched online posts about him. He uses a flame which has explosive attributes. I have faced this type of warrior before."
"It will be a difficult duel. But I believe I can win," I added.
Hearing that, Clifford and the main elders were taken aback. They had collected Issac’s information from the old warriors.
But they didn’t expect Zack to collect information online. Then they understood that Zack was not wasting time. He was serious about the duel as well.
Clifford eased his eyebrows. He had been worried that Zack wouldn’t take the third duel seriously, but today he knew Zack would, because of this opponent.
He thought the next duel wouldn’t be the same.
He asked, "So what are you going to do?
Are you going to use your inheritance force?"
Hearing that, I didn’t know what to say. Main Elder Austin and the others saw my reaction.
From my silence, they could understand that I still had the idea of not using the inheritance force.
Faction Leader Clifford saw through my thoughts as well. His eyes flashed with struggle.
Austin thought of something and said, "It’s going to be the last duel against the Blazing Fire Faction. But there are other Elemental Factions as well."
"He will have to use inheritance forces sooner or later. So I think we should be preparing for the worst case."
Quiet!
Hearing that, everyone quieted down. My expression grew solemn as well. I never expected everyone to feel this kind of pressure.
If not for Dean Jerome’s order, I would have told them the truth. If they learned that my water element was not related to any inheritance but to bloodline, then they would be happy.
Faction Leader Francesca knew the truth as well. I belonged to her bloodline family. I didn’t think she would mind whether I was a warrior of the Thunderflame Faction or not.
"Why don’t we send Zack to the warrior camp again?" Main Elder Ann said.
Hearing that, Clifford shook his head.
He said, "The Dean has given his word. The competition will continue."
After saying that, he turned towards Zack Lockwood.
"I don’t want to put any pressure on you. But Austin was right. Sooner or later, the truth will come to light."
"If you want, you can use your water variant force to win the duel. There is no need for you to go to extreme lengths to win," Clifford said.
Hearing that, I was shocked and replied, "Okay."
