CHAPTER 1252: PART 3: FIGHTING AGAINST ISSAC (INNER HALL)

From MC’s Perspective:

Issac got hurt. He clutched his stomach in pain. He couldn’t believe a simple brute punch attack was able to damage his internal organs. He had spewed blood as well.

On the other hand, I’m watching the scene from the other end. My right hand was still hurting from the burn marks.

Yet I was able to hit him without making direct contact with his fist.

Hereafter, I had to be careful with each and every step. I don’t know what other tricks he has.

---

Above the Fighting Platform:

Dean Jerome saw that both Zack and Issac were injured. Unlike the previous two, Issac could hurt Zack Lockwood more.

If Zack was not careful, he might be seriously injured. But he was not surprised by Issac’s injury either. He knew Zack was using blood force to hurt his opponent.

The blood force is a violent element. It’s normal for Issac to spit blood after getting hurt. But he didn’t think Issac would be defeated like this.

The Purple Mark Guard was silently watching the duel. He hadn’t made any comments so far. He was clear that Zack wasn’t going to use his inheritance force unless he was forced to.

Right now, Issac had a chance. He was able to hurt Zack. If he could do it continuously, then Zack might use his inheritance force out of anger.

---

Viewing Block 1:

The Faction Leaders inside the block were watching the duel. From the two simple clashes, it was clear to everyone that Issac was different from the others.

He had injured Zack in his first strike. It had taken Ben multiple attacks to injure Zack before. Here, Issac got clear chances.

He could really force Zack to use his inheritance force. Then the fight would be interesting.

Faction Leader Clifford was silent. He and the main elders had given their permission that Zack could use his inheritance force without any hesitation.

He thought it was up to the kid. If he wanted to win, then he could always use the inheritance force to defeat the opponent.

At the same time, Faction Leader Elmer was paying attention as well. He was slightly disappointed because the narrative had changed.

Zack had won the previous two duels without using the inheritance force.

Now, he made everyone think that he could defeat the opponent only if he used the inheritance force right away.

Dew Water Faction Leader Monica was watching the duel with a stern look. She had been stressed out lately.

Earlier, she had thought only other elemental warriors could force Zack Lockwood to use inheritance force.

Now she thought Issac had a better chance. She wanted to see Zack using his water element to defeat the opponent.

Then she and other elemental warriors would join against the Thunderflame Faction Warriors.

The Bloodline Faction Leaders were discussing among themselves. Francesa was listening to the words of Bethany, but Francesa herself was worried about Zack.

---

Viewing Block 2:

Main Elder Austin and others were watching the duel. After seeing Issac’s strength, he thought they were right to give permission to Zack Lockwood.

If Zack was injured, he could still use the inheritance force to turn around the duel. But he didn’t know whether his disciple was ready for that.

From yesterday’s discussion, it was confirmed that Zack would try his best not to use the inheritance force. He had already started feeling guilty.

He had been looking for purple lightning inheritance everywhere. So far, he had come across other lightning elements.

But not purple lightning. Because he knew Zack had a purple lightning seed with him. It was difficult to use other lightning inheritance. It would be a waste of energy and time.

More importantly, it would be a waste of the purple lightning seed.

Main Elder Ann was watching the duel with a serious expression. Unlike the others, she was not thinking much about the outcome.

She only wanted Zack to be safe without injuries.

The other Main Elders were silently watching without much talk.

Fighting Platform:

Issac brought his weapon outside. To everyone’s surprise, it was not an ordinary weapon. It was a long metal chain.

Upon seeing that, everyone was taken aback. They had never seen anyone using this weapon before.

But they didn’t know that the weapon was chosen by Issac himself. His element needed a point of contact to work. Otherwise, it would be considered harmless.

He had personally customized this weapon for his own use.

On the other hand, I raised my eyebrows. I was expecting him to bring out the weapon, but not the customized chain.

This information was not mentioned anywhere online. Under his gaze, he saw Issac grinning from ear to ear once again.

Boom!

Issac then swung his chain. With a booming sound of wind, he covered the chain with his element. In a flash, the chain was covered with flames.

The temperature inside the platform shot up in an instant.

Seeing that, my expression turned serious. I had avoided making direct contact so far. But I thought this one would be difficult.

My perception was still active. Even with perception, it was hard to predict the chain swing.

Boooooom!

All of a sudden, Issac used his element beneath his feet. An explosion occurred. The propulsion pushed him forward.

Swoosh!

In a flash, his body charged toward the opponent. I was watching from the other end. My gaze never left the chain.

Even if I managed to avoid a direct confrontation, the chances of being hurt by the chain were still high.

Just as I was thinking over this, Issac swung his blade at me all of a sudden. He didn’t wait for anything.

Boooom!

The metal chain moved in the air with a booming sound while fire sparks splattered on the ground.

These fire sparks caused small noises everywhere. It was clear that this flame element was exploding upon contact.

Swoosh!

At the same time, I started moving away from the spot using perception. But the tail end of the chain was still coming at me.

Suddenly, I sidestepped to avoid the trajectory of the metal chain. But Issac made a slight movement with his hand.

The whole metal chain rebounded. The tail end, which was going in another direction, suddenly turned toward me.
