CHAPTER 859: POWER SUIT

Once he returned, Clovis immediately gathered everyone in the living room to discuss their next trip.

"We will begin our trip in 2 weeks. This is not a mission that we can easily complete, from what I have seen." Clovis paused for a moment. "Hence, I will give everyone a task.

"Melody, you are to study everything about the nuclear zone, including the map and route. Jay and Ragna will go with Melody. For this trip, I will only ask both of you to drive, so keep that in mind. Study the route and make your own preparations for it.

"Erwin and Aileen will focus on gathering the supplies, so you won’t have much to do right now, but during the mission, you two will work to the bone.

"Kanaria will handle the supplies as usual, while Luci takes care of the medical things. The nuclear zone is something we have never experienced before, so you two might need to work together. See if we need a special suit or something.

"Christina and Rin will try to research anything related to the nuclear zone, especially the creatures. Because we don’t have any information about them, there is no telling how they will fight. They might fight similarly to other beasts, but they might fight in a different way."

They didn’t have any problems with the assignment. Though, they couldn’t help but wonder about one thing.

The nuclear zone was known to be the zone that caused the beasts to mutate. They wondered what would happen to Reolf and Rea.

It looked like Clovis had the same worry, which was why he also planned to do his own research.

"By the way, I will help you enter that place." Vina raised her hand.

"You will?" Clovis didn’t expect Vina to help. In fact, he wondered why Vina was still here.

"Yeah. That’s my task after all. All the things you need to do in the shadows, just let me do it. That’s what Madam Silvia told me to do." Vina waved her hand. "Anyway, since you have made the decision, it’s time for me to leave."

When Vina was about to open the door, the door was actually opened from the opposite side.

"Heya!"

"..." All of them could hear the familiar voice.

"Hana?" Vina frowned.

Even Clovis was confused. Kanaria told him that Hana would return in 8 days, so why is she here?

Kanaria shook her head, not knowing anything. Reolf, who was here, didn’t show any change, knowing it was a familiar person.

"Hehehe. Did you miss me? You must miss me, right?" Hana grinned.

"Well, you looked oddly energetic. Where’s the usual calm temperament of the business lady?"

"Come on. I am here to feel relaxed." Hana waved her hand.

"But aren’t you supposed to return in 8 days?" Clovis asked while crossing his arms.

"Oh, that..." Hana scratched the back of his head. "How do I say it? Someone from that country wanted me to marry him or something to create a business empire that controlled the entire world. So, I just gave him my middle finger and came back."

"..." Clovis blinked his eyes a few times. "Who?"

"Don’t you know the currently ranked 7th company in the world, with a value of 27.1 trillion union dollars?"

"Exodus?" Christina recognized the company.

"Yep." Hana nodded. "Those people were so arrogant just because I am representing my own company, not my grandfather...

"They told me that even Clovis Hacfield couldn’t do anything far in the east because there was no foothold whatsoever. So, yeah, I just packed up my bag and left." Hana smiled, not having a single regret in her eyes.

Clovis smiled wryly. "Is that a provocation?"

"Well, think of it as you may. They, too, don’t have any foundation here whatsoever, so it’s not like they can do anything here." Hana shrugged.

"You worked hard." Clovis shook his head helplessly. "Will that escalate into a problem?"

"Not necessarily. The foundation I have set up in the east will be taken care of by the Three Swords. In exchange, I will be representing you to take care of their foundation in the west. Do you mind?"

"No, you can arrange it that way. Report to me if anything goes wrong."

"Okay. Oh, wait!" Hana suddenly came out for a moment and returned with a giant box. "Vina surprised me earlier, so I forgot to bring this in with me."

"What’s that?"

Hana had a smug smile on her face. She opened the box for everyone to see. "Ladies and gentlemen. Allow me to present you with the power suit."

Inside the box was a tight bodysuit. It had a weird pattern on the surface. Other than the suit, there was a small box in the back of the suit.

"This is a power suit made of nanomaterials. It is strengthened to the point it can reduce the impact from a Tier 7 beast. It also has the ability to boost your strength by 15%."

She looked around and asked before she could continue, "No one is here, right?"

Even Vina had left, so Clovis nodded. "Yeah."

"I have made this design because your unique ability has inspired me to do so." Hana smirked. "I am thinking about improving this first design by separating them like normal clothes. If you wear a suit like this, people will know you are wearing it, but if you just wear normal clothes like the ones from your mall, I think we can lower people’s guards.

"Of course, this is still the first design. Even then, I mix the color so that it won’t stick out too much when you are wearing it underneath the clothes. It’s for Kanaira anyway."

Clovis was a bit speechless. Now that he thought about it, Luci was inspired by his mall as well, and Rin somehow could produce something similar to the food from the mall. He couldn’t help but wonder if there was a different secret from Another World Mall that he wasn’t aware of.

Nevertheless, Clovis was overwhelmed by Hana’s stare. It was as if she was saying, ’I did well, right? Now, my reward. Bring me in, bring me in. I want to enter the mall!’
