Hajime stood silently in his underground lab, lit by a soft blue glow from the crystal lights embedded in the walls. The air was calm. His armored figure loomed beside the large surgery table. On it, Sakura lay still, already under the effects of his psychic-induced sleep.

Before she dozed off, Hajime had spoken gently to her.

"Don't worry. When you wake up… it'll all be done," he had said.

Sakura didn't resist. She gave a quiet nod, trusting him completely, then closed her eyes. Her breathing slowed as Hajime turned off her pain receptors one by one. Her body relaxed deeply, completely unaware of the operation about to begin.

Hajime hovered a hand above her chest. There was no tool, no machine. His mind did everything.

He had prepared a unique gene-seed, one created specifically for Sakura. Itsr Seed Type-01F. It's also made with Sakura cells, as the based. This way, there would be no rejection. The Seed Type-01F would act as the base for everything that followed. Once integrated, it would help link all the enhancements together naturally, matching her biology.

With calm focus, Hajime began the procedure. His psychic biomancy gently inserted the seed into her system, not cutting or harming, but guiding it into place like water flowing through stone. Once placed, the gene-seed began to stabilize. Hajime stood still, waiting, his mind checking her vitals closely.

As time passed, the gene-seed synced smoothly with her body. A faint glow surrounded her as Hajime continued.

He then began the second phase.

One by one, he implanted the nine advanced organs, adapted for her chakra-based biology. They were subtle, hidden inside, but powerful. Each was designed to do a specific task, and together they would take Sakura's body far beyond normal human limits.

The Second Heart gave her improved endurance, and a second heart if ever needed.

The Ossmodula made her bones stronger, firm enough to handle intense speed or sudden impacts.

The Biscopea slightly improved her muscle output, letting her have high dense of muscle without needing massive size.

The Occulobe sharpened her vision, she can see in low-light conditions and near-darkness almost as well as in bright daylight.

Lyman's Ear refined her balance and protected her from genjutsu tricks that could disorient her senses, even make various extreme posture without falling.

The Preomnor was a simple, effective filter, a second stomach layer that neutralized poisons, drugs, and harmful food toxins.

The Haemastamen improved her blood's oxygen and chakra flow, making her body more efficient even in battle or long missions, and have high recovery of stamina, or chakra.

The Catalepsean Node was a strange but useful piece, a neural addition that let her rest lightly while still being alert.

And lastly, the Larraman's Organ, which helped close wounds faster, boosting her recovery speed naturally without relying on outside healing.

Hajime didn't rush. Each time he implanted an organ, he paused to allow the Seed Type-01F to do its work, adjusting, syncing, and blending it naturally into Sakura's system. There were no sparks, no pain, and no resistance.

While Sakura remained asleep, Hajime turned toward a side table. He began preparing something else.

He had made three special types of food for her recovery. A protein bar, rich in nutrients for muscle development, tied to the effects of the Biscopea. A calcium bar to support her bones, especially useful with the Ossmodula. And finally, a nutrition liquid, packed with vitamins, minerals, and chakra-supporting agents to assist with the rest of her body's needs.

When he was finished, he turned back to Sakura.

Her breathing was steady now, deeper than before. She was beginning to stir.

After a few moments, her eyes blinked open. At first, she didn't understand where she was. She looked around and slowly tried to sit up on the large surgery table, but her body was weak. Her limbs shook, and before she could fall, Hajime stepped forward and gently caught her in his arms.

"Easy," he said. "You just woke up. You'll feel a little weak."

Sakura nodded slowly. Her face was flushed and tired, but her eyes were clear. "I feel… strange. Hungry."

"That's expected," Hajime said. "Your body needs energy to support the changes."

He guided her to sit upright and placed the three food items beside her. "This will help."

Sakura looked at the bars in her hands. "It smells like… strawberries?"

She took a bite, and her eyes widened. "It tastes like strawberries… it's delicious."

Hajime let out a light smile. "I figured you wouldn't like bland taste bars."

Sakura quietly munched on the protein and calcium bars, sipping the nutrition liquid in between. Though tired, she was already regaining strength. Her body had accepted everything. There was no fever, no pain, just… calm adaptation.

After a few bites, Hajime sat down beside her.

"You'll grow a bit from this," he said casually. "Probably end up around 1.8 or even 1.9 meters tall. Depends on how your body reacts over time."

Sakura blinked. "Really?" She smiled. "I've always wanted to be taller."

Hajime nodded. "You'll be stronger, too. The Biscopea will help with your muscles."

Suddenly, Sakura she forgot about the biscopea, as she was looking forward to be stronger, now it was finish, she looked worried. "Wait… does that mean I'll get bulky? Like Raikage-level muscles?"

Hajime chuckled. "No. You'll just have more density in your muscles, not size. You'll stay light, but powerful. Don't worry, you won't become a bodybuilder."

Sakura let out a small sigh of relief.

After finishing her food, she stood up and stretched her arms. Though still a bit shaky, she felt lighter. Her hands glowed slightly as she gathered chakra, and to her surprise, it formed almost instantly.

"My chakra… it's refining faster. A lot faster."

Hajime watched her calmly. "Good. That means the implantation is stable."

"In this rate… I could double my reserves in a day," Sakura muttered, amazed. Then she turned to Hajime with a slight grin.

"Hey… can I have one of those armors too?"

Hajime raised a brow. "You want armor already?"

Sakura nodded like a child asking for a toy. "Well, if I'm going to be by your side, I should look the part, right?"

He gave a small smile. "We'll see. Finish your recovery first."

As Sakura sat back down, resting against the edge of the large table built more for someone his size, Hajime quietly watched her. She wasn't just stronger now, she was becoming someone who could stand on her own in the battles to come.
