As an Uchiha I became the Jinchuriki of Senju Tobirama
Chapter 324: Ambushed by the Idiot Queen
After unleashing two fierce moves that suppressed Urashiki and Momoshiki—
Kaguya's confidence soared higher than ever.
'Kazuki… Kazuki gave me guidance on how to strike. It was really helpful, but… even without him, I probably could've made those moves myself, right? I have been studying hard, after all!'
She turned this over in her mind for a moment. Once she'd convinced herself with that answer, she glanced shyly at Kazuki, avoiding his gaze, and said in an awkward tone: "Don't get the wrong idea, Kazuki… I just… I just…"
"It's okay, Kaguya. Why would I?"
Kazuki took her hand, his pure black eyes filled with gentle encouragement.
"I've always been cheering you on because I want to see you stand up on your own. To see you overcome the weak version of yourself from the past."
"Go for it. I'll do everything I can to help restore your full power—so that you can fight Urashiki and Momoshiki at your absolute peak."
"Don't worry too much. I'll be here, supporting you from the sidelines."
Kaguya's heart warmed. "Kazuki, you're so kind…"
Kazuki gave a small smile and shook his head lightly. "It's nothing. This is what I've wanted to see…"
But as he noticed the faint trace of arrogance forming in Kaguya, the way she now thought she could handle things on her own—Kazuki decided to let her face Urashiki and Momoshiki directly.
After all, every spoiled child who's never lacked for anything eventually learns their lesson after a real beating.
And clearly, Kaguya needed just that kind of experience.
If Kazuki personally stepped in to discipline her, it would seem a bit… inelegant.
But Urashiki and Momoshiki? They were perfect for the job—ready-made enforcers who could teach her a lesson and help Kazuki stage a little drama to shake the hearts of the shinobi world…
Waves of chakra surged into Kaguya's body.
Meanwhile, Kazuki's appearance on the outside began to shift.
Suddenly—
His hair grew wildly, while violent streams of azure chakra swirled around him.
The excess white hair flared out like massive serpents, merging with the explosive chakra and wrapping around his entire body…
"Kaguya's unleashing her true power now. She's starting to push the limits of her vessel's durability!"
Urashiki took a cautious step back, narrowing his eyes. "Is she trying to go all out on us? Or has she found a vessel that can actually withstand her full strength…"
Momoshiki, wearing a sour expression, touched his face. Even with the regenerative abilities of the Ōtsutsuki, the injuries caused by the All-Killing Ash Bones couldn't be healed so easily.
He scowled as the pain from his face continued to sting.
"Urashiki, what are you so worried about? Sure, it's been a thousand years, and Kaguya's changed. But that doesn't mean she's a warrior like me!"
"She just got lucky with a sneak attack. Judging by her chakra output, it's really nothing special…"
"If you're scared, then get out of the way and stop being a nuisance!"
Hearing Momoshiki's abrasive tone, Urashiki frowned but responded politely: "Come now, Senior Momoshiki, no need to get so fired up… How could I be afraid of someone from a branch family?"
"But I do admit—Kaguya's progress is remarkable. Let's not forget, even Senior Isshiki fell to her hand. We should stay on guard…"
"That said, of course I'll stand with you against her!"
Just then—
Uchiha Obito, who had collapsed on the ground, slowly rose to his feet. The wounds left by the black rods piercing his body rapidly healed.
Dark markings began to spread across his form.
Kaguya's unleashed chakra had deeply provoked Isshiki…
Ever since Kaguya's ambush left him gravely injured, Isshiki had never stopped craving revenge—burning for the chance to erase that humiliation with his own hands.
"There's no need to fear Kaguya…"
Obito's voice had shifted—now identical to Isshiki's, deep and gravelly.
"I was ambushed by Kaguya because of my arrogance, not because she was strong…"
"Judging by those two moves she just pulled, her combat skills have only improved slightly. Which matches exactly what I expected…"
"After being sealed away for a thousand years and training in isolation inside that prison space, this level of progress is about all she could manage."
"She lacks real combat experience. Just a few more exchanges, and her true strength will be exposed…"
Urashiki turned his head and glanced at Isshiki, smiling lazily.
"So you're back on your feet, Senior Isshiki? By the way, what's going on with this shinobi world? How did you mess up back then? What's the deal with these mortals?"
"They're actually using techniques that amplify their power hundreds or even thousands of times. It's terrifying…"
Though Momoshiki didn't speak, his gaze shifted to Isshiki as well—clearly just as curious.
"Kaguya… you both know her physical attributes weren't weak. In fact, they exceeded the average member of the main family," Isshiki said grimly, staring at Momoshiki's not-yet-healed face.
"She defied the obligations of the branch family to serve the main family. While I was planting the God Tree, she ambushed me…"
"She pierced my heart with the All-Killing Ash Bones and fed my body to the God Tree to hasten its maturation. Then, she consumed the chakra fruit nurtured by the planet's natural energy—alone."
Momoshiki and Urashiki's expressions darkened.
This planet, the shinobi world, contained an extraordinary amount of natural energy…
The chakra fruit it produced—there was no way someone of their rank could just consume it for themselves. It was meant to be offered to the higher-ups.
That was why, after unexpectedly recovering the lost Ōtsutsuki artifact 'Karasuki' and discovering the planet's Dragon Vein temporal energy, Momoshiki and Urashiki had decided to come and reap a massive reward.
But now… could Kaguya, having devoured that chakra fruit, still be so easy to handle?
On top of that, it seemed she had learned some combat skills.
At that moment—
After a dramatic transformation, the phantom of Kaguya that had hovered behind Kazuki vanished.
Because Kazuki had become Kaguya.
Long white hair dragged across the ground, her sleeves billowed wide—and most striking of all, against the backdrop of her Byakugan eyes, a crimson Rinne Sharingan with nine tomoe gleamed on her forehead, exuding both bewitchment and nobility.
Urashiki's face grew even grimmer. He muttered under his breath, "Nine-Tomoe Rinne Sharingan? Just how much chakra did that fruit from this planet contain…"
"No wonder the higher-ups insisted we retrieve that chakra fruit," Momoshiki said softly.
"Looks like this planet's lower lifeforms and natural energy aren't so ordinary after all…"
Kaguya gave a cold snort—but inwardly, she quite enjoyed hearing their stunned reactions.
Yet she didn't have long to bask in it—because that voice she feared and dreaded most suddenly rang out.
Isshiki, using Uchiha Obito's body, stared at her with hatred, his tone icy.
"That woman's nothing but a fancy facade. Feel her chakra carefully—it's not that different from yours."
"After ambushing me, she merged with the God Tree. But to fend off the clan's pursuers, she split herself into two offspring, intending to raise her own faction…"
"These two offspring, empowered by the God Tree, had bloodlines nearly on par with Ōtsutsuki. But amusingly enough, she later fell out with them. They ended up fighting Kaguya—and even defeated her. They extracted the Ten Tails from her body and sealed her inside a miniature planet they created."
At this point, Isshiki couldn't help but scoff.
"Sometimes I wonder… how could I have been ambushed by such a foolish woman? Maybe I deserved that disaster…"
Momoshiki and Urashiki listened to the tale in disbelief.
Was there an arc more idiotic than this?
Splitting your own power to fight off enemies—sure, if it was to accelerate the absorption of natural energy from the planet, that would at least make some sense.
But these offspring didn't sound like mere clones. They were independent, sentient beings!
Stronger than Kaguya herself, even. Strong enough to rip the Ten Tails right out of her.
Just what the hell was this woman thinking?
Did she have even the slightest trace of common sense or logic?
Urashiki and Momoshiki fell silent, lost in thought. And they began to understand Isshiki's blunder a bit more clearly.
It was like… a clueless underling, so utterly dim-witted on a daily basis that it wasn't even an act—just genuinely incompetent…
And yet, out of nowhere, they lashed out viciously once—so unexpectedly ruthless.
If it had been them instead of Isshiki, Momoshiki and Urashiki figured they likely would've ended up the same—or maybe even worse.
