The System Tower's Peak

Veldray Qual Ron feels satisfied thus far as he watches the Princess of Monsters make her climb through the System Tower. As she destroys the death knights one after another. Just patiently moving through the Domain.

Most of the challengers to the Death Domain give up on the Domain rather quickly out of impatience. But this one is continuing forwards, silently slaughtering the monsters as she goes.

And in the Time Domain, she defeated the boss of the Domain using the Primordial's own skill.

Which was a shock for Veldray to see.

That she has a Successor Skill from another Primordial that isn't the King of Monsters.

He continues watching he move through, destroying the death knights one after another with her Gaze alone. And yet, no matter how long she spends slaughtering them, she never gets tired of it.

Or at least, she never shows any impatience.

She just keeps up her hunt. Never ending it.

All the way until she arrives at the main catacomb of the Domain. Where she finds the Gravekeeper seated on a grand looking throne.

The Gravekeeper himself is a large undead wearing pitch black clothing with a large cloak over it all. He's holding a single spade made out of a shiny black metal and is overflowing in death mana.

But fortunately for the Princess, he isn't a major threat. Unlike the boss of the Time Domain.

After all, the easiest way to kill the boss of the Death Domain is through True Damage. With the destruction affinity being the most straightforward method.

Veldray watches her begin battle against the boss. Only to see Ashley largely ignoring a lot of the damage caused by the boss. No doubt thanks to obtaining a death resistance skill from the death knights.

A skill that, on top of her destruction resistance and her scales, makes it genuinely difficult for someone of her own level to harm her.

Especially with her new timebound regeneration skill.

But she's not the only one with an immense amount of endurance and potential to regenerate. Leaving the battle taking ages even if not much actually happens during it.

Hours pass. Then days.

And finally, entire weeks pass as she fights against the Gravekeeper.

All the way until she finally defeats the Gravekeeper while barely using any mana at all.

Then Veldray watches Ashley proceed to the rest of the Domain. Searching for every last secret in the Domain to complete the mission at a hundred percent.

After a while, he finally turns his attention toward the other users climbing the System Tower. Where he finds numerous people already further in the tower than her.

But not a single one of those have completed their Domains at a hundred percent.

The only ones who have completed one of the Domains at a hundred percent other than her are those who have one of the affinities that the Primordial of the Domain controls. Or are a Successor themselves.

And all of them are still behind Ashley in the tower even with that.

Veldray watches the other users in the tower for a little while before turning his attention back to Ashley again when she eventually finishes off the last of the undead and finds the Jewel of Death. Following which she returns to the selection room, at which point she chooses the next Domain to enter.

The Order Domain.

His eyes narrow for a moment, only for him to turn to look out of the System Tower when a powerful sensation spreads across the universe.

One marking the birth of another Unique Domain.

This timing…

Not once have two Unique Monsters been born within the same year in all of history. It's just never happened.

Normally they aren't even born within the same century, much less the same year.

But unlike the last Unique Monster, the King of Destruction, this next one is in a far away galaxy from Ashley's world. So there's no danger to her present.

It's not even on a newly initialized world.

The world the new Unique Domain is on is a world that's been in the System for over a century. And the Domain itself is a Class B one.

Veldray, also known as the Lord of the Frozen Dawn, focuses on the Unique Domain itself.

And when he reads its name, he feels vaguely surprised by what he finds.

Because the name of the new Unique Monster is the Empress of Twilight.

He turns his attention back to the System Tower again after seeing that.
