CHAPTER 86: CHAPTER : 86 : TELLING ABOUT THE SYSTEM!

"Sir... Will you please give her something to wear before our daughter wakes up and the others come in?" Lysandra asked, glaring toward him.

Aiden gulped, *System... please open the shop. Otherwise, she will kill me.*

The panel appeared in front of him, hovering, but could only be seen by Aiden.

He scanned through, scrolling the page. *Hmm... which one? I want to give her something modest that doesn’t show too much skin.*

"This one..." Nyxion said, pointing toward a modernized qipao.

It was deep, silky black with subtle golden floral patterns, painted onto the fabric, adding a luxurious, almost regal aesthetic. It has a classical Mandarin collar with a golden clasp fastening it near the throat. It has long sleeves and an extremely high side slit that reaches above the upper hips, which gives the dress a provocative, daring twist.

"Yeah... that looks good," Aiden said, inspecting it.

Then he realised that he was the only one who was supposed to see it.

He turned to face her, surprise evident on his face, "You can see it?" Aiden asked, perplexed.

Nyxion tilted her head cutely, "Hmm..."

"H-how? No one ever saw it other than me." Aiden said, confused.

"What’re you talking about?" Lysandra asked.

"We-"

Before Aiden could finish, Nyxion said, her voice sultry, "My Heartlord is just choosing clothes for me."

"Heartlord..." Everyone muttered.

"Mmm... Isn’t he like a lord, and he rules over our hearts." Nyxion said cheerfully.

Lysandra and the other blushed, "I can’t argue with that," looking away.

Surprisingly enough, it finally happened.

Aiden blushed.

For the first time, he came into this world, and he blushed.

"Master’s blushing..." Luna pointed, voice soft, eyes sparkling.

Everyone stared at him, and they couldn’t believe their eyes. Their strong and teasing husband was finally blushing.

"Give me a break. Don’t make a big deal out of it." Aiden said softly.

"Ohh... We haven’t even started, My King." Thristle teased.

"And I haven’t even started pounding more into you." Aiden shot back, reverting to his usual self.

Thristle blushed, looking away. "You’re so unfair." Her voice was softer.

Lysandra coughed, drawing their focus.

"What’re you two even looking at?" Lysandra asked, her eyes narrowing suspiciously.

Before Aiden could come up with an excuse, Nyxion said it.

"We’re looking at this glowing thing, hovering in front of us."

"You mean like a system?" Vegia asked.

"You know what a system is?" Aiden asked, surprise evident on his face.

"Doesn’t every Beast Tamer have a system?" Arisha said, tilting her head.

Luna, however, looked confused. "What do you mean by system?"

"Are you saying you have a store in it?" Thristle asked.

Aiden nodded.

"That’s a surprise. The systems I know of don’t have functions like that. It can only show your progress and let you store stuff." Vegia explained, tapping her chin.

Lysandra, however, looked angry, vein bulging on her forehead, "Sir... would you please give her what she asked for first before continuing. There is a child in the room." She said, stretching every word to emphasize her anger.

Aiden immediately said, "System... Give Nyxion what she asked for."

Then it happened. The clothes appeared on Nyxion’s body. The sleek fit made her look seductive, confident, and regal. It emphasized her every curve, and the high slit makes her exude raw sensuality, while the mandarin collar and the long sleeves maintained a sense of mystery and class. The combination of her deep complexion, silky dark hair, and golden eyes creates a femme fatale vibe.

Nyxion checked herself. Then hugged Aiden, "Heartlord, thank you. It feels really comfortable. I will treasure it."

Aiden hugged her back.

"I don’t wanna ruin the moment, but can we talk about your system?" Vegia asked.

Luna again asked, "Can any of you tell me what a system is?"

Thristle sighed, "It’s like a glowing panel which shows how strong you are and lets you store stuff."

Luna got the gist of it.

"Ohh yeah..." Aiden said, pulling away from the hug.

Without saying anything, he crawled onto the bed and lay beside Lysandra, hugging her.

Lysandra blushed, "W-what happened?"

"Nothing. Just tired." Aiden said, groggily.

Lysandra’s smile softened, ruffling his hair, "You’re acting like our daughter."

"I guess she gets it from her old man." Aiden teased.

I haven’t mentioned it, but everyone was wearing a night gown, and Aiden was in his night clothes.

"Aren’t you going to talk about your system... Or going to sleep?" Lysandra asked softly.

"I have enough strength to go on." Aiden muttered, then turned on his back.

*System... Is it possible to make yourself visible to others?* Aiden asked in his head.

Suddenly, the system turned vidible to everyone.

Everyone stared in awe, coming toward Aiden.

"This is my first time seeing a system." Arisha murmered.

"Me too." Thristle said.

"It’s glowing so much." Vegia whsipered.

Nyxion just giggled and hopped beside him, snuggling instantly.

Luna pouted, "Hey... I wanted that spot."

Nyxion just giggled and said in her sultry voice, "First come first serve."

Luna growled low.

Aiden explained all about the system. How it allows him to grow. How it allows him to level uo. How it gives him mission and reward for it’s completion. How it gives him the ability to turn his bonded beast into humanoid creature.

Luna and Arisha was listening intently while sitting at the edge of the bed. Luna was still pouting toward Nyxion. Lysandra was still ruffling Aiden’s head.

"Sir... Your system is really unique. I have never heard something like this." Vegia said, surprised and intriged at the same time.

Suddenly, they heart the rustling of the sheet.

Eues turned, toward Leona, who had woken up due to all this commotion.

She slowly got up, rubbing her eyes like the angel she was.

"Ohh my baby." Lysandra sang.

Aiden instantly sat up, "Hey kiddo, good morning." Scooping her up on his lap.

"Daddy, Mummies, good morning." She said groggily.

It was still mid night.

"Good morning..." Others said in unison, waving and smiling toward her.

Leona looked around and her eyes landed on Nyxion, "New mummy?"

Vegia and Arisha gave a nervous laugh.

Nyxion hearing her say ’mummy’, hugged her cheerfully, "Ahh... You’re so cute."

Leona giggled, laughing adorably.

Lysandra sighed, "This is chaos... Is every night going to be like this?"

"Because you married him," Thristle teased.

"Hey, don’t blame me for all this," Aiden said, ruffling Leona’s hair.

"Daddy, you’re warm," Leona mumbled, curling into him.

"Of course, I am. Daddy’s the warmest pillow ever," Aiden said softly.

Nyxion smirked, "Mmm... I agree with that."

Luna shot her a glare, "Don’t get too comfortable."

"Relax, wolfie. I’m just snuggling," Nyxion teased, resting her chin on Aiden’s shoulder.

Lysandra massaged her temple, "Why are you like this?"

"Because I can be," Nyxion said with a wink.

Vegia raised her hand, "Uh... can we please focus on the system? This is kind of a big deal."

"Yeah, yeah." Aiden leaned back, still holding Leona. "So, anyone got questions about it?"

"Does it... only work for you?" Arisha asked.

"Yup. No one else can use it. Even if someone somehow saw the screen, it’s bound to me."

"Then... that means you’re the only one who can summon missions, shop, or upgrade your beasts?" Vegia asked, fascinated.

"Pretty much."

Luna tilted her head, "So... does that mean we can’t see our own progress? Like... levels or something?"

"You can see your own stats if I let you, Luna," Aiden said, smiling. "The system’s just more advanced for me."

Luna nodded, satisfied.

Nyxion’s golden eyes sparkled. "Heartlord, can I make requests again?"

"Like clothes?" Aiden asked.

"Mmm... or jewelry."

Lysandra groaned. "No. No jewelry shopping at midnight."

Nyxion pouted but didn’t argue.

Leona looked around sleepily. "Can we eat pancakes now?"

"It’s the middle of the night, sweetheart," Lysandra said, kissing her forehead.

"Midnight pancakes sound good though," Aiden said with a grin.

Luna’s tail wagged. "I’ll make some!"

"No, no cooking right now. And you don’t even know how to cook" Lysandra put her foot down.

Thristle chuckled. "This is turning into a family picnic at midnight."

Nyxion snickered, "I don’t mind that."

Aiden rubbed his eyes. "Alright... questions about the system or are we all just gonna cuddle and talk nonsense?"

Arisha raised her hand. "Can the system evolve your beasts without bonding rituals?"

Aiden nodded. "No."

Vegia tapped her chin, curious. "This could change how beast tamers operate entirely."

"Maybe,"Aiden said casually.

"Why are you so calm about this?!" Vegia said, exasperated.

"Because I’m tired," Aiden muttered, resting his head on Lysandra’s lap.

Lysandra softened, brushing her fingers through his hair. "You’re impossible."

Leona giggled, "Daddy’s sleepy."

"Yeah, princess. I’m sleepy." He kissed her cheek.

Nyxion leaned closer, "You need rest, Heartlord. Let me." She gently pulled him toward her, but Aiden didn’t move.

"Not happening. Lysandra’s lap’s comfy," he murmured.

Lysandra blushed but smiled. "Good answer."

Luna pouted, "What about my lap, Master?"

"Also comfy. But I’m staying here for now."

Luna puffed her cheeks but let it go.

Thristle smirked. "He’s spoiled."

Aiden opened one eye. "Yeah, and you love it."

Thristle blushed. "Shut up."

Leona snuggled into his chest, yawning. "I love Daddy."

Everyone softened instantly.

Lysandra kissed Leona’s head. ’We all do, baby girl."

Arisha chuckled, "She’s going to have him wrapped around her finger."

"Already does," Aiden said, eyes closing.

Arisha glanced at the glowing system still hovering. "Do you ever turn this off?"

"Yeah, when I don’t need it," Aiden mumbled.

Vegia sighed, "This is insane... but amazing."

"Yup," Thristle agreed.

Nyxion smirked. "We should celebrate with shopping tomorrow."

Lysandra groaned again. "No."

"Maybe," Aiden muttered, half-asleep.

Luna gasped. "You said maybe!"

"Shhh," Aiden whispered. "Leona’s falling asleep again."

Everyone went quiet.

Nyxion whispered, "You’re really like a king with his court.’

"I’m more like a tired dad,"Aiden muttered.

’Both," Lysandra said softly.

Vegia stood, adjusting her nightgown. "I should... probably go rest. Big day tomorrow."

"Goodnight, Vegia," Aiden said softly.

She smiled faintly, glancing once more at him before slipping out.

Arisha shifted nervously. "I-I should leave too..."

Before she could step away, Aiden grabbed her wrist and tugged her onto the bed. She squeaked softly, landing beside him.

"Stay," he whispered, kissing her gently.

Arisha blushed deeply but melted into it, clutching his shirt.

Nyxion smirked. "Mmm... unfair." She leaned in and kissed him too, slow and teasing.

Luna growled softly, "Master..." She crawled over, pressing her lips to his, possessive but tender.

Lysandra bit her lip, then leaned down, kissing him as well, soft but full of emotion.

Thristle huffed. "If everyone else is doing it..." She kissed him quickly, cheeks red.

Aiden chuckled softly, resting his head back. "You’re all jealous."

"Obviously," Nyxion purred.

Leona shifted in his arms but didn’t wake, curled up peacefully.

"Shhh, don’t wake her," Lysandra whispered, brushing Leona’s hair.
