Becoming a Billionaire after Divorce
Chapter 34 Completely Take Down Wu Xiaoli
CHAPTER 34: CHAPTER 34 COMPLETELY TAKE DOWN WU XIAOLI
Only two people remained inside the house.
Wu Xiaoli felt somewhat at a loss. Today, she had tied her hair into a single ponytail and wore a purple headband. Her black camisole peeked out from beneath a white apron, displaying an impressive cleavage. In an instant, she had transformed into a charming little kitchen maid.
Seeing Sun Dasheng staring intently at her, her ears turned red, and she quickly averted her gaze.
"I also made some tremella and lotus seed soup in the kitchen. I’ll go get you a bowl."
With that, she hurried into the kitchen. Her steps were light, her waist twisting like a dancing silver snake, and the sway of her hips sent a thrill through Sun Dasheng.
He followed her in. She stood before the stove, lifting the lid of the soup pot with one hand while tasting the broth with a spoon in the other. Her lush lips sipped the soup, her pretty eyebrows knitting slightly, as if it were a bit too salty.
"AH!"
She hadn’t realized someone had crept up behind her until a pair of strong arms wrapped around her waist, pressing his body against hers. Startled, she almost dropped everything.
Then, a gentle voice came from behind her. "Don’t be afraid, it’s me."
She stopped resisting, the blush on her ears spreading to her neck like a bank of sunset clouds.
"Keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t mind me."
Though he said that, his mischievous hands didn’t stop, instead growing even bolder. Suppressing her shame, she ladled a bowl of soup.
She held it out behind her. "I added a bit too much salt, so it’s a little salty."
"It doesn’t matter. As long as you made it, I’ll love it."
Her arm grew sore from holding the bowl, but he still hadn’t taken it.
"Stop fondling me and drink your soup," she said, her patience wearing thin.
Seeing her pretty face scrunched up, Sun Dasheng grew even more playful and leaned his head on her shoulder. "You feed me."
Wu Xiaoli felt numb at his words, but what could she do? He had just solved a massive problem for her family. Enduring her displeasure, she held the spoon and twisted her body to feed him bit by bit.
After he finished the soup, she freed herself and went to wash the bowl and spoon. But the scoundrel embraced her from behind again. This time, he was even more brazen, pulling at his pants, ready to take her.
Wu Xiaoli grabbed his hands firmly, refusing to let him have his way.
"Do you want justice for your brother?" Sun Dasheng asked.
"What do you mean?" Wu Xiaoli stopped struggling, her wide eyes staring at him.
Sun Dasheng freed one hand, took out a spare phone, and played the recording of the negotiation from the living room. "With this, not only can your brother get all his money back, but you can also send those despicable scammers to prison."
"Give it to me!" Wu Xiaoli lunged for the phone.
But she was no match for Sun Dasheng’s speed and grabbed at empty air.
Seeing his teasing smile, Wu Xiaoli bit her lip and said, "Let’s go to the bedroom."
Receiving his cue, Sun Dasheng made his move. But he didn’t listen to her suggestion.
Why go to the bedroom? The kitchen is much more interesting.
She braced her hands on the countertop, clenching her teeth. A grand battle began then and there.
Sun Dasheng noticed a change in his body; he was able to come several times. Could it be that the system’s upgrade to Level 3 didn’t bring any external changes but was subtly improving me internally? I used to have the Power of One Kidney, but now I have at least the Power of Three Kidneys. His strength had surged tremendously, which excited him.
They left their mark everywhere: the kitchen, the living room sofa, the bathroom, and the balcony of the upstairs bedroom. They continued from high noon until nightfall. Finally, Wu Xiaoli was completely exhausted and fell into a deep sleep on the bed.
Just then, Sun Dasheng received a phone call.
"Bro, are you still at home?" It was Wu Xiaojun’s voice.
"Yeah, what’s up?"
"Hurry and come out! I’m at the community entrance and I just saw Wang Jiadong’s mom."
Sun Dasheng straightened himself up and quickly left. Wu Xiaojun was leaning against the car.
With a teasing look, he said, "Bro, my sister’s something else, huh?"
So the kid was standing watch for me. Not bad, he has a promising future.
Then he drove away.
That saying by Zhang Ailing was right after all. At first, she was resistant, then she played hard to get, and finally, she was completely cooperative. Clearly, he had won not just her body but her heart as well. She even explained in bed, "I’ve been separated from my husband for a long time, and I won’t let him touch me in the future." Wasn’t that a clear confession of her feelings for him?
Back at home, the three girls were on the sofa watching TV. Sun Dasheng didn’t bother them, simply taking a shower before sprawling on the bed and falling sound asleep. Today was truly exhausting.
「The next morning,」
He woke up feeling full of life. The days of being sore after sex were a thing of the past.
"Uncle, let’s get to the company," Li Sili urged.
Li Sili seemed more concerned about the company than he, the boss, was. She must be nervous about her first time as an internet celebrity.
"No rush. We’ll go after breakfast. The office doesn’t open until nine, and it’s just past seven now."
Sun Dasheng went out and bought breakfast for everyone. They ate and chatted, seemingly without a care in the world.
「Nine in the morning. Xinli Media.」
The office was still mostly empty. There were very few daytime internet celebrities. Sun Dasheng had implemented an eight-hour workday at the company, but the hours were flexible. After all, traffic peaked in the evening.
Sun Dacheng was very diligent, waiting at the company entrance early in the morning. When he saw Sun Dasheng arrive with the three beauties, he hurried over to greet them.
"Director Sun, good morning."
"Have you eaten?" Sun Dasheng asked.
"I have. Breakfast in Shanghai City is really expensive. A bowl of noodles costs more than twenty yuan, much more than back home," Sun Dacheng complained.
"Well, it’s a big city!"
With that, the group entered Sun Dacheng’s office.
"So, tell me, how did the traffic-driving campaign go yesterday?" Sun Dasheng asked casually.
Li Sili tensed up, her ears perked.
Hearing the question, Sun Dacheng pulled out a data sheet. With a delighted expression, he reported, "We invested one hundred thousand in Dou+ for the video yesterday. The data is brilliant—over one hundred thousand likes, more than ten thousand comments, and several thousand shares.
"Your foresight and strategies are truly exceptional, Director Sun. We used the highest quality 2K video on the platform, and the viewers loved it. They asked us to post more of this type of content," he said, clearly buttering him up.
"Wow! Uncle, we did it!" Li Sili exclaimed, leaping off the sofa. She bounced over to him, grabbing his arm and shaking it excitedly.
He actually pulled it off?
Sun Dasheng smiled and asked, "How about follower growth for the account?"
"Not bad, we gained tens of thousands of followers," Sun Dacheng said proudly, a sense of accomplishment welling up inside him. Running these short video operations isn’t so hard after all. If I’d known, I would have gotten into this years ago. I might have made it big by now.
"And Li Sili’s account?" Sun Dasheng inquired.
The purpose of the feeder account was to funnel traffic to the individual streamer’s account. This was a deliberate part of Sun Dasheng’s plan; in truth, it would have been perfectly feasible to post the stress-relief videos directly on Li Sili’s account.
"That... doesn’t look too optimistic for now. We’ve converted less than a thousand followers," Sun Dacheng’s voice fell.
"Aww..." Li Sili’s delicate lips formed a pout, her unhappiness clear.
"We could replace the old craftsman with her. If she appears herself, it will leave a more memorable impression on viewers and lead to a higher follower conversion rate," Sun Dacheng suggested. "It just might be a bit tough on her."
"Uncle, I can do it! I’m not afraid of hard work," Li Sili pleaded, hugging his arm coquettishly.
Clearly, Sun Dacheng’s suggestion was exactly what she wanted to hear.
