CHAPTER 308: CHAPTER 308: DOMINANT MATES (2)

Trevor’s forehead pressed to his, sweat slick between them, his grin nothing short of wicked as his voice tore out hoarse: "Then take it. All of it."

The words burned straight through Lucas’s chest, unraveling whatever scraps of composure he had left. His body arched up to meet each brutal thrust, his legs locking tight around Trevor’s waist, dragging him deeper, harder, until every movement struck at nerves so raw he could barely think.

The knot pulsed thick inside him, swollen and unyielding, each drag and grind a stretch that bordered on unbearable. Pleasure blurred into pain, pain into pleasure, until Lucas couldn’t separate the two, until all that spilled from his lips were broken cries that scraped raw against his throat.

Trevor growled low, primal, every sound from Lucas pulling him deeper into the frenzy. His hips snapped forward, faster, his body bowing over Lucas’s as if trying to bury himself so far inside that no one could ever take him out. His pheromones surged, a suffocating wave of cedar and steel that drowned the air, coating Lucas in pure, dominant possession.

"Mine," he snarled against Lucas’s mouth, swallowing his answering moan in a kiss so rough it left both of them gasping.

Lucas shattered first, his body clenching tight around the thick knot, release tearing from him in a hot, blinding rush that streaked between them. His cry echoed sharp, his nails carving deeper lines into Trevor’s back as every nerve lit white-hot.

The sudden clamp of him was Trevor’s undoing. He rasped, hips slamming once, twice, before burying himself as deep as the swollen knot would allow. His release came violent, endless, spurting in thick waves that filled Lucas so completely he felt split in two, his belly heavy with the heat of it.

They were locked, tied in the most primal sense, Trevor jerking and groaning with every pulse, Lucas sobbing softly against his neck as each fresh wave spilled inside him. The scent of their joined pheromones saturated the room, intoxicating, the air heavy with proof of bond and climax.

Trevor finally sagged against him, chest heaving, his mouth brushing blindly against Lucas’s damp skin. He murmured something low, broken, too quiet to be words, as though language itself had failed him.

Lucas, trembling, still clenching weakly around the knot, let out a laugh, thin, wrecked, but real. "Gods... you’re insatiable."

Trevor’s answering sound was a rough chuckle, jagged with exhaustion but threaded with love. "Only for you."

The world narrowed to the rhythm of their breathing, harsh and ragged, until slowly it began to ease. Trevor stayed pressed against him, their bodies locked together by the swollen knot, the heat of it pulsing deep inside.

Lucas shifted weakly, a half-hearted wriggle that made him groan at the sharp sensitivity. "Trevor..." he whispered, his voice hoarse. "Too much."

Trevor’s arms only tightened, his chest heaving against Lucas’s back. His lips brushed his temple, soft where moments ago they had been feral. "I know," he murmured, his voice low, reverent. "I won’t move. Not until you’re ready."

Lucas let out a shaky breath, the tension in his frame loosening by degrees as Trevor’s steady warmth wrapped around him. The alpha’s pheromones, once wild and overwhelming, now smoothed into something softer, cedar and steel dulled to a grounding calm that coaxed his omega instincts into rest.

Every few breaths, Trevor’s hands shifted, stroking circles into Lucas’s back, his thighs, and the tremble in his muscles, which was soothed away bit by bit. "Breathe with me," he whispered, forehead pressing gently to Lucas’s. "Slow. Like this."

Lucas tried, mimicking his rhythm, and after a few shaky attempts, the air came easier. His eyes fluttered shut, exhaustion softening the sharp edges of his smirk into something tender, unguarded.

Trevor felt it the moment his mate gave in fully, no longer fighting the knot, no longer straining to stay in control. He pressed another kiss against his temple, lingering. "That’s it," he said quietly, pride and devotion threaded through every word. "That’s my love."

For long minutes, they stayed tangled in the sheets, the night air cool against sweat-warmed skin, the city beyond their windows nothing but a distant hum.

When Lucas finally stirred again, his voice was softer, a little clearer. "You’re heavy."

Trevor chuckled, the sound rumbling low in his chest. "You didn’t mind it earlier."

Lucas hummed, eyes half-closed, his lips brushing against Trevor’s collarbone as he spoke. "Earlier I was too busy trying not to black out." His smirk curved faintly, crooked and lazy with exhaustion. "Now I can feel every pound of you crushing me."

Trevor shifted just enough to ease the weight without pulling away, his knot still binding them. His violet eyes softened, his fingers brushing damp strands of hair from Lucas’s forehead. "Better?"

Lucas tilted his head into the touch, his smirk easing into something quieter. "...A little. Though I’d never tell you this in public, Your Excellency..." his voice dipped into mocking formality, "you’re comfortable."

Trevor’s answering laugh was low, husky, still roughened from the night’s strain. He pressed another kiss to Lucas’s temple, a touch almost reverent. "Then I’ll consider that my greatest honor."

They stayed that way, entwined, until the slow, inevitable easing of Trevor’s knot finally freed them. Lucas exhaled with a soft groan, the tension in his body loosening all at once.

Before he could collapse completely into the sheets, Trevor shifted. Strong arms gathered him up, lifting him as though he weighed nothing. Lucas blinked, his smirk returning faintly as his cheek rested against Trevor’s chest. "You’re kidnapping me again."

"Bath," Trevor said simply, his tone leaving no room for argument. He carried him through the adjoining door as the wide marble tub came into view. With a casual flick of his wrist, he pressed a small button near the wall, the quiet chime signaling staff outside the wing. Their task was simple: clean the chaos they’d left behind.

Lucas let out a lazy laugh, tilting his head back to look at him. "Of course. Only the Grand Duke of Fitzgeralt would have a button for cleaning up his own sins and use it without caring about others seeing this."

Trevor set him down at the bath’s edge, unhurried as ever, the corners of his mouth curving faintly. "If they see, they’ll only know you left me ruined. Which is true."

Lucas snorted, though the sound softened as Trevor turned the water on. "Ruined? You? Please. You look like you could walk into a council meeting right now and terrify half the capital."

Trevor’s violet eyes caught his, warm and wicked in equal measure. "Only because I’d be thinking about this. About you."

Lucas rolled his eyes, though his lips twitched into a reluctant smirk. He sank into the water with a hiss of relief, the warmth wrapping around sore muscles. "Gods, you’re insufferable."

Trevor slid in behind him, strong arms looping around his waist, pulling him back until his damp hair brushed Trevor’s jaw. "And you love me for it."

Lucas leaned his head against his shoulder, letting himself melt just a fraction. "...Unfortunately for me, yes."

Trevor pressed a kiss to the damp curve of his temple, content, as the water lapped softly around them.
