Aien Feran’zin had his emerald eyes squinted. "Sir Aldric! Did you see how that woman survived from my attack because I seemed to have missed it."

"Hm." Aldric Evergreen pondered! His eyes examining Zephyr. "I can’t make out how she survived your attack either! Aien."

"It should’ve been impossible! Impossible by all rights for someone so weak to dodge an attack launched by one of the Evergreen Knights! Let alone survive it when the attack was made like an ambush."

The old mad named Aldric rubbed his chin! His bright eyes focused on the three figures standing before them.

"Interesting." His lips curled! Intrigued.

"Mm. If even Sir Aldric can’t seem to know how that woman survived your attack Father. Than is it perhaps a high-level artifact that this woman used to come out unscathed."

"It can’t be the anything other then this! Correct. And on top of that this unknown artifact is strong enough to actually escape Sir Aldric’s perception too."

"It could be.. Indeed it’s entirely possible Jaden. However if that’s the case.. then that means these unknown individuals atleast have a high-level rank 1 pseudo-divine grade artifact with themselves."

"Meaning we have to be carefu- "

"HoHoHo! Aien Feran’zin! Are you perhaps forgetting who I’m. So what if they have some stronger artifact with themselves."

"My mere breath would be enough to completely and thoroughly obliterate these unknown mortal weakling."

Aien and Jaden Feran’zin both smiled.

Aien looked at the old man who despite being septuple his age didn’t look past someone in his fifties.

Aldric was also a Frost Elf with silvery-white hair and the same matching eyes! His skin was pale but with a slight bluish tinge to it!

His back was straight! Face wrinkled! But he still had a decent physique! In addition to that Aldric was also dressed in a bluish-silver suit!

His mere presence exuded both nobleness and grater strength with his eyes sparkling with authority.

"Forgive me Sir Aldric. It seems that after loosing my son my mind isn’t working properly! I seem to have become quiet paranoid."

"No need! Aien." The old man shook his head.

"I can understand. As your son still died despite being protected by two Ascension Level 87 guards. In fact it should be I who should thank you instead."

"Because even if I was at your mansion! If you hadn’t asked for my presence and for me to accompany you! Regardless of; If you had asked just for the sake of it or not. The reason doesn’t matter."

"What matters is the fact that because of your request Knight Aien! My Evergreen Family had now gotten such a fortuitous encounter to aquire a second phase artifact without doing anything or paying an exorbitant price."

Aldric laughed in joy as he patted Aien’s shoulder.

"Haha.. And for that. I’ll surely talk with the Lord Patriarch to properly give you a suitable reward for your unexpected and huge contribution to the family! Knight Aien."

At the mention of a reward! Aien Feran’zin’s eyes immediately gleamed with greed. He did not even care about the death of his son anymore!

Now he wanted to kill these three mortals for the reward itself.

’What a good son you were Riaz that even after your death you left father such a great gift. I’m so proud of you! My Boy.’

"Hm. Senior Aldric! I want that woman." Cian uttered.

"I mean! Knight Aien can kill both that mortal man and that Elf. I do not care. But I want that woman. I’ve never seen a woman more beautiful than her in my entire life."

At his words everyone;

Aien! Jaden! Aldric and Rose! All finally focused there gazes on the three individuals again.

"Alright. Master Cian." Aien Feran’zin nodded.

"Who amongst you is the one responsible for my younger brother Riaz’s death." Jaden demanded in a cold voice.

"Who amongst you is the one who launched this attack?" Black questioned back! His tone threatening.

The five individuals blinked in shock!

Then came anger! Then there auras all exploded simultaneously! Well except for Aldric and Rose!

All three; Aien! Jaden and Cian used there individual auras to there fullest extent without holding back!

Not even holding back even a tiny fraction of it! All to suppress the audacious mortal and show him his place.

However soon they noticed that nothing! Absolutely nothing was happening to him. But this basically confirmed there suspicion of the mortals actually having a pseudo-divine grade artifact with themselves.

"Mortal I was the one who attacked just now. What are you going to do? Beg me to seek your forgiveness?" Aien Feran’zin smirked.

Black immediately had his gaze fixed on the Evergreen Knight! He smiled!

His lips curled mockingly, cruelly.

"You ask what am I going to do? That I’ll beg ’you’ to ask forgiveness from me?.. Heh.. Haha.. Haha.. "

"Oh! You’ll indeed beg me! But I won’t forgive you! You’ll cry but I’ll laugh! You think being strong will save your from me! That having a measly Pseudo-Divine will save you from me! Human.. Hahaha.. "

Black laughed in a broken manner! His eerie laughter echoed through the empty area! It rippled through the space!

Then it came!

A wave of dark-goldish-silver energy spread through the air! And as it brushed past every single individual present in the area!

Be they be on top of the buildings! In the skies! Outside of the empty area! Even the five individuals in the empty area.

Everyone felt a shudder in there very soul! It was the aura of the man standing there! Laughing; Menacingly! Maniacally! Sinisterly!

The aura was weak indeed! But it was dense! It was heavy! It was something- No! It carried something that made them feel his lesser.

The aura was a reflection of the man’s immense prowess!

It immediately and thoroughly suppressed the aura released by Jaden! He wobbled in shock! Feeling himself be suppressed so easily.

The three rank nine individuals weren’t doing any better either.

As there aura which was supposed to be the reflection of there ascension rank and there levels was actually equivalent to a mere newly ascended law awakening stage Mortal!

A rank seven individual.

They couldn’t believe it! There minds recoiled in shock! For a second they even had the thoughts that they were nothing but mere ants before this man.

Only the pseudo-divine was completely fine but his mind was also in shock and fear! An individual with such a dense aura clearly couldn’t be normal!

He was afraid that there family might have offended someone that they really shouldn’t have! All because of a mere Knight!

Even his previous greedy thoughts were gone! His mind reeling in complete fear.

"You’re wrong! Human. No! No one! Nothing will save you from me. Absolutely no one can save you. To dare touch my woman! And laugh before me! To mock me." He uttered with a smile! His eyes calm and narrowed menacingly simultaneously.

Black was angry- Alright!

Okay! He understood that he had killed the Feran’zin Family youngest son! But instead of sending there eldest son to get revenge and get killed by him!

The father himself came!

And the bastard didn’t come alone either. No! How can he do that! He had to bring a motherfucking pseudo-divine with himself.

It was totally against the script! Black should be growing right now by killing these minor characters!

But here he was standing against three; rank nine mortals! A pseudo-divine! All because he killed a mere rank six forgettable characters.

Though Black didn’t show it but his mind was indeed not doing good! How can it be when literal Divine’s were after him!

And Black nearly lost Zephyr! The woman who’s been with him since the beginning all because of this shit.

Therefore if stronger characters doesn’t mind coming after him then why should he mind using and asking his maids for help!

Not when they were his to began with!

There soul! Body! Mind! There essence! There very being was his! And his alone! So why should he mind using them.

They are also his strength after all! Indirect or not!
