CHAPTER 78: TRAINING 7 — ZEPHYR VS LIN-FANG!!!

Meanwhile Zephyr smirked upon hearing his pain filled cries.

With cold eyes and a cruel grin — she slashed her sword again in an arc leaving a thirty meters deep gash on the magical beast body while the blood gushed out like a fountain from the wounds inflicted on his magical beast seventy nine meters tall body.

Lin-fang flailed his body in mid air trying to get Zephyr off of his back while growling and howling in pain as she continously stabbed and slashed him, becoming a living nightmare for him.

"How are you still alive — Human girl!?" Lin-fang body shook with disbelief.

"My novel immolating flames should’ve completely burned you to cinders, they should’ve absolutely Incinerated you and reduced to ashes with its destructive might alone!?"

Furthermore currently she didn’t have any means to neither battle him in the skies nor stop him if he decided to run away through the skies.

She delivered another strike with her long sword yet this time it was rather close to his neck and the cut was even deeper than all the cuts she had inflicted before almost reaching thirty four meters deep.

Therefore because of this Lin-fang completely and utterly lost his mind as his heart shuddered in fear as though gripped by the hands of death itself.

"How dare youuuu.. " Lin-fang billowed in desperation.

That being the case as a last attempt when his mind had absolutely frozen in fear with only a single thought running in his head, to save his life. He decided to free fall with his back facing towards the ground to get Zephyr off of his back who was the reason for his fear of death.

Although he would surely be gravely injured upon hitting the ground bathed in a canvas of blood with such high speed and hight yet it was still better than dying and he had confidence in himself that he would surely be able to kill Zephyr afterwards.

Meanwhile Zephyr upon understanding Lin-fang’s suicidal thoughts finally got off his back and without batting an eye directly jumped towards a magical beast corpses using its body to absorb most of the momentum of her fall from more than a hight of one hundred and nine meters upon impact.

She wondered, that this was probably the last attack Lin-fang could’ve unleashed to save his life and end the battle in one shot, when her heart calmed down after she successfully dodged the attack.

Lin-fang fell to the ground with a defeated look on his face upon witnessing that his desperate attack where he put all of his might and energy into had still failed to complete its job.

With much difficulty Lin-fang’s head moved, his quivering amber gaze locked on to her small and slander figure. Than as though trying to mock her or maybe trying to reassure himself, He uttered.

"Don’t rejoice just yet Human, you’ll definitely not be able to kill me.. "

"Heh! Right about now, my brother Leo-fang should’ve already delt with that other human and should be here anytime soon, so you should worry more about yourself instead."

Meanwhile Zephyr didn’t know what to make of the idiot before her, should she laugh at the absurdity of what he uttered or should she feel pity for his supposed brother who would be here anytime soon for having such a delusional and idiotic brother.

His initially narrowed amber pupils widening with disbelief while he saw the severed head of his brother Leo-fang being dragged towards them through the bloodied and flaming ground by the other Human who had a totally neutral look on his face.

His mind shudder while his body quivered than going limp as his amber gaze fell upon his brother Leo-fang’s dead and empty amber eyes, the novel and majestic immolating flames on his mane having completely died down, thereafter his mind went blank when he understood the implications of what this ment for him.

Therefore he couldn’t help but stare dumbfoundedly at Black who finally stopped beside Zephyr.

"Are you alright Zephyr!!" Black asked in worry and concern. While Zephyr just smiled at him calmly and nodded.

Than his golden gaze that had warmed up earlier instantly turned cold again as it darted towards the dumbfounded Lin-fang.

"I heard that you wanted to take my woman as your slave, Huh? You’ve got some nerve cat.. I’ll give you that." He chuckled in amusement. Yet one could still hear even feel the fury burning within those golden orbs.

Therefore because of that fury, Black also unexpectedly released his unique progenitor aura which completely crushed Lin-fang’s spirit.
