Bug Abuse? I Swear I'm Just Playing Normally!
Chapter 72 - Error Code, Nuking the Paranormal Campus
The massive ghost hand lunged at Su Yuening and Bai Wan. Su Yuening thought this was it, it was the end—Bai Wan had gone too far this time.
But suddenly, a terrifying surge of power erupted from Bai Wan’s body. In that instant, a flash of white light burst forth, and an invisible domain swept through the haunted school.
Whoosh!
As the ghost principal reached out with its hand, another giant hand shot out to meet it.
Boom!
Su Yuening’s eyes widened in shock—an enormous, blood-soaked and skinless titan had somehow appeared in front of them. Next to the bloody titan stood another giant, this one clad head to toe in armor.
The armored giant looked at Su Yuening and said, “I am the Armored Titan. That’s the Colossal Titan. Ning Ning, come home with us.”
Su Yuening: “???”
Huh? Where did these titans even come from? And why are they acting so familiar!? Who wants to go home with you?!
At that moment, the ghost principal also revealed its true form—a horrifying beast covered in white fur now stood in full view. The principal stared at the titans in bewilderment.
What are these things?
Then—everything broke.
Boom!! Bizarre things began materializing out of thin air across the campus.
Due to a lack of sunlight from the sunflowers, two of the Peashooter Fountains had already vanished. Only one remained, struggling to hold the line—but a single pool wasn’t enough to withstand the tide of ghost students.
Taking advantage of the situation, the ghost students grinned cruelly and charged toward Bai Wan. They only made it halfway before stopping dead.
Two pixelated figures—one red, one blue—were tumbling through the air. Then, massive red bullets started raining down on the ghost students.
Ch-boom!! Ch-boom!! Ch-boom!!
The terrifying spray of shotgun fire immediately forced the ghost students to retreat again. They stared in disbelief. They’d never seen anyone pull off gunfire while flipping through the air like that.
Is… is this scientifically possible?
One ghost teacher tried to sneak around while the pixel men were suppressing the crowd. It went straight for one of the pixel fighters, biting its arm clean off.
Crunch!
The teacher grinned viciously. Let’s see how you’re going to shoot now.
But to its surprise, the pixel figure wobbled—up, down, left-right, left-right, and stomped twice. Ding! With a flash, its arm reappeared. Above its head floated a symbol: ×30… which now became ×29.
The ghost teacher was stunned. Seeing that number, a creeping sense of dread welled up in its rotting heart.
Without warning, the terrifying shotgun turned its sight and locked onto it. While still flipping through the air—the pixel man fired.
Ch-boom!!
The ghost teacher was blasted far away in an instant. As it flew, it couldn’t help but cry out:
“Thirty lives?! You’re cheating!!!”
…
Meanwhile, the one-eyed homeroom teacher had already gotten close to Bai Wan.
Sizzle! Her hand reached toward him—
But was blocked by three swords.
Clang!
Sword aura collided with her ghostly aura in a violent clash!
The one-eyed teacher blinked, stunned, as another one-eyed figure appeared to block her path. He held a sword in each hand—and one in his mouth.
As a dutiful teacher, her instinctive reaction was, “Student, that’s not very sanitary.”
But the green-haired swordsman didn’t answer. His eyes flashed with killing intent as he rushed forward.
“Three Sword Style—Three Thousand Worlds!”
Shwing shwing!
The ferocious blade speed tore through the air like a tornado, slashing right at the one-eyed teacher. Faced with such a wild offensive, the ghost teacher had no choice but to raise a defense with her ghost aura.
Boom! Boom!! Sword aura and ghost aura collided repeatedly, crushing every pebble nearby into dust.
But she quickly realized that this unsanitary swordsman’s slashes were only growing faster.
Then he roared:
“I’m going to be the world’s greatest swordsman!!”
Hearing this, the one-eyed teacher, scrambling to defend herself, cursed in her heart.
What the hell! If you want to be a swordsman, go fight someone who uses a sword! I don’t even use a sword, you maniac!!
…
Meanwhile, the Colossal Titan and Armored Titan were locked in combat with the ghost principal.
The titans were simply too massive. Many nearby school buildings were completely demolished—just a slight movement from them could bring down a whole building. Now, only a few scattered structures remained. The haunted school was basically in ruins.
The ghost principal looked absolutely livid.
Yang Yujie and the others were watching in total bewilderment. They stared at the campus plunging into chaos, wondering if they were dreaming.
In the distance, titans battled a ghost principal. Closer by, they spotted what looked like… a Pikachu zapping ghosts with lightning.
A standing gray cat carried a brown mouse on its shoulder, the mouse wielding an eraser and swinging it at ghosts from head to toe. Any ghost that got near was literally erased—head, arms, torso, legs.
And when she saw two chefs from a cooking anime preparing a cook-off in the middle of the battlefield… she completely broke down.
That was the final straw.
“What the hell kind of fever dream is this?!” Yang Yujie, Chu Mo, and the rest of Team Evil stared at the campus-turned-madhouse, utterly terrified.
This… this is all caused by Bai Wan? The Family?!
“This seems like an awakened skill…” Li Wei said in disbelief. “But he’s only been through three dungeons. There’s no way he could’ve learned awakening already.”
“Didn’t the authorities possess a special crystal that allows one to temporarily use it?”
“So this really is… his awakened skill?” Chu Mo and the others were horrified, staring in disbelief at the scene before them.
The entire haunted school is about to collapse. What kind of godlike awakened skill is this?! Is he trying to destroy the entire dungeon?
He’s really dismantling the entire dungeon instance—solo. Is this man even human?
“We should stay far, FAR away from him,” Yang Yujie muttered, terrified. “If we get caught in the blast radius, that’d be really tragic.”
Chu Mo nodded—then paused a few seconds later.
Wait… caught in the blast? Weren’t we supposed to be his enemies?
They seemed to have forgotten that somewhere along the way. Or rather—the gap in power had become so overwhelming they didn’t even dare think of being enemies anymore.
…
Su Yuening was equally taken aback.
Bai Wan’s abilities were already strange to begin with, but after awakening? They were terrifying.
She saw all kinds of anime characters. Most likely, these were from the shows Bai Wan had watched, summoned into being through his subconscious. Because awakening skills came from a player’s subconscious mind.
If Bai Wan ever fully awakened and mastered his subconscious…That would be a truly unsolvable-level of power.
Then, Su Yuening instinctively looked to the sky—and froze.
Floating in the sky is… another…ME?
Su Yuening saw a second version of herself in the air. This airborne version of her held a single chicken feather. Then, she let go—and the feather gently drifted downward.
The airborne Su Yuening murmured:
“Bankai…”
“...Scattered Chicken Feathers.”
Su Yuening: “????”
She could only stare, mouth agape, as the falling feather suddenly flashed golden—and started splitting.
Dozens, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands… A breathtaking downpour of chicken feathers began to cover the entire battlefield.
Some ghost students were instantly buried under the avalanche of feathers. The area control was so intense it even drew the ghost principal’s attention.
The principal looked up and was left reeling.
What? What is this nonsense? Where are all these chicken feathers coming from?!
Not only were there countless feathers, but they were deadly—some ghosts were buried alive beneath them.
Su Yuening’s mouth twitched.
If all these skills came from Bai Wan’s imagination…then what kind of insane crap is this man thinking about all day?!?!
In the sky, the aloof Su Yuening wasn’t done. After unleashing “Scattered Chicken Feathers”, her white hair began to grow at an alarming rate as she coldly declared:
“White Hair Descends.”
Her hair multiplied rapidly—then launched downward like projectiles, striking the ghost students below.
