Bug Abuse? I Swear I'm Just Playing Normally!
Chapter 73 - Gold, Silver, and White—The Triple Su Yuening Enters the Fray
Zheng—Zheng!
The terrifying white hair slashed through the air like blades, piercing straight through the paranormal entities.
At this moment, Su Yuening in the sky was, without a doubt, a true white-haired monster.
The real Su Yuening on the ground could only stare in utter shock.
She turned her head toward Bai Wan. Only to find him gazing up at the sky with sparkling eyes, absolutely thrilled as he looked at the spectacle of white hair and chicken feathers—like a man whose dream had just come true.
Su Yuening couldn’t help but shout:
“BAI!! WAN!!!”
What the hell is in that messed up mind of yours all day?!
“Ahem, ahem…” Bai Wan noticed her glare and suddenly felt a little sheepish. He hadn’t expected his usual thoughts to be materialized by his Awakening skill.
But still—“Bankai: Scattered Chicken Feather” was really cool. And the white-hair attack? Exactly how he’d imagined it.
Very accurate execution, honestly!
…
Meanwhile, the Armored Titan and the Colossal Titan continued their assault on the principal.
As expected of the principal of a paranormal campus—it wasn’t easy to deal with. Within the haunted school grounds, it could apparently control all buildings at will. The library, teaching blocks, and other structures began sprouting eyeballs and came alive.
Now sentient, these buildings moved to restrain the titans and aid the ghost principal. Seizing the opening, the principal lunged at Bai Wan, ready to teach this rebellious student a lesson.
Shhh!
A wave of terrifying ghost aura spread, blanketing the sky.
Bai Wan frowned—this ghost aura was even stronger than the painter’s…
So this is the difference between an old veteran paranormal entity and a newly emerged one. Even though the painter is fierce, it’s still a newborn paranormal entity. There is a gap.
But Bai Wan wasn’t afraid. Although he couldn’t fully control his awakened skill yet, it would automatically protect him in times of danger.
Sure enough, the airborne Su Yuening noticed the incoming threat and immediately swooped in.
Swhoosh! Swhoosh!
A rain of chicken feathers descended, enveloping the ghostly principal.
But the principal wasn’t one to be bullied. Ghostly aura surged over its body, shaking off the feathers completely.
BOOM!
It then thrusted a giant claw toward Bai Wan.
“Su Yuening” stood in front of him, calmly saying: “Ninjutsu: Hairy Jizo.”
Whoosh!
Her white hair instantly wrapped around her like a protective cocoon.
Bang!
The ghost principal’s claw struck her hair. It blinked in surprise.
What the… this white hair is tough!
“Su Yuening” swiftly formed hand seals again. “Ninjutsu: Thousand Strands of White Hair!”
As soon as she spoke, her hair shot forward like a barrage of silver needles, launching toward the principal.
Zheng—zheng—zheng!
Seeing this, the principal didn’t dare underestimate it and raised a defense of ghost aura.
Shing! A dark mist wrapped around its body as the needles collided with the shield.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Each strike made the ghost principal stagger backward, the hair needles were incredibly powerful and relentless—but still not strong enough to pierce through its full defense.
Off in the distance, the real Su Yuening was on the verge of social death.
What the hell is with this edgy version of me?!
“Bai Wan!!! How old are you?! Can you please grow up a little?!”
Hairy Jizo?! You think I’m Jiraiya now?!
To make matters worse, she realized that her doppelgänger had gone completely bald after firing off all that hair.
“???”
Lose all your hair = baldness.
Wow. Bai Wan, your fantasy logic is actually kind of airtight? Why don’t you go write your own damn novel?!
Su Yuening was speechless. What insanity went on inside his head all day… Truly, it was the kind of brain only a lunatic could understand.
…
While “Su Yuening” was battling the principal, the one-eyed teacher and the unsanitary one-eyed swordsman were still locked in a fierce duel. The ghost teacher had already begun suppressing the green-haired man with her overwhelming aura.
But just when he was on the brink of defeat, he’d mutter random nonsense like, “I made a promise to my comrades,” or, “I’ll never lose again,” and somehow grow stronger on the spot.
Is this guy seriously power-leveling in front of me?!
Still, the one-eyed teacher was a powerful paranormal entity.
Boom!
She knocked the swordsman flying again—and to prevent him from pulling another nonsense comeback, she chose to abandon the fight and charge toward Bai Wan instead.
Her instincts told her—everything going wrong here had something to do with him. If she eliminated Bai Wan, everything would stop.
But just as she neared him, a buzzing sound filled her ears, followed by a screen prompt:
[A wild Arcanine appears!]
Before she could react, she was suddenly transported to a strange area—across from her stood a flaming wolf, blazing with heat.
Below her were four glowing options:
[Item] [Attack] [Skill] [Run]
What’s going on?! I’ve been dragged into a turn-based RPG?!
She’d played games before while alive, so this familiar screen completely left her dumbfounded.
…
Rustle, rustle!
Back on the battlefield, “Su Yuening” was now bald and had to rely on chicken feathers for combat. But that wasn’t enough to keep up with the ghost principal.
She paused for a moment, then retrieved the scattered white hair around her—finally restoring her hairline. Then, without hesitation, she sprinted toward the river next to the school.
The ghost principal frowned, confused by her sudden flight.
Splash!
She dove into the river—and emerged moments later to the principal’s utter shock.
Poof!
She didn’t come out alone—there were three of her now! One gold. One silver. One white!
“???” The ghost principal was completely baffled.
What kind of magic trick is this?! One white-haired woman dives in… and three colored versions come out?!
The trio of Su Yuenings synchronized their hand seals and declared:
“Triple Hair Assault: Thousand Strands!”
ZHEEEENG!!
Golden, silver, and white hair surged toward the floating principal like a multicolored storm of spears.
The real Su Yuening gawked, curling her toes into the ground from secondhand embarrassment. Watching three versions of herself chant “Triple Hair Assault” with dead-serious expressions—she couldn’t take it anymore.
She literally laughed. “Pfft… Triple Hair Assault… Bai Wan, you win.”
The triple-color attack was ferocious—golden, silver, and white strands pierced through the air toward the ghost principal.
Now taking things seriously, the principal pulled out a metal discipline ruler from its pocket and swept it at the incoming attack.
Clang clang clang!
The hairs were blocked and scattered, gold, silver, and white flying through the air like confetti.
While the three “Su Yuenings” kept the principal occupied, Bai Wan moved stealthily behind the scenes. He cast one of his debuffs straight at the ghostly principal—
Misfortune.
Whoosh! A wave of invisible energy struck the principal. Given they were inside Bai Wan’s bugged domain, any negative status effect was amplified.
Three seconds after the Misfortune landed—lightning crashed from the sky.
CRACK!! CRACK!!
Thunderbolts struck the ghost principal directly. It looked up, flabbergasted.
A lightning strike… on a clear day? But…not a single cloud in sight.
Before it could even comprehend what was happening, the bolts kept coming—slamming it down into the ground.
BOOM!
It crashed into the earth, forming a massive crater.
Just as it tried to crawl out, it sensed something—The air felt… wrong. Distorted.
Then it saw them—translucent spheres, countless of them, hovering silently all around.
Invisible to the eye at first, now shimmering faintly in the haze.
And in the distance, someone shouted:
“Killer Queen has already touched everything around you. Switch on!”
The ghost principal: “???”
“W-Wait a minu—”
Before it could finish, a random Piranha Plant popped up and bit into its leg with a grin.
“I—”
click.
A faint sound—like a switch being flipped.
Then, silence.
BOOM!
A massive explosion ripped through the ground beneath it.
BOOM! BOOM!!
Dozens more followed in rapid succession. The entire haunted campus lit up with detonations—dorms, classrooms, the auditorium—every corner was rigged. The surrounding buildings collapsed in an instant.
