Building The Strongest Family
Chapter 263: All Futures Leads To Us
CHAPTER 263: ALL FUTURES LEADS TO US
The air in the Main Palace glass chamber still shimmered faintly with the residual glow from Evolon’s last dazzling display.
Silence stretched between every Osborn not the awkward kind, but a heavy, reverent hush reserved for moments of divine revelation.
Blue veins of data-light pulsed along the walls like a great digital heart, each rhythmic beat reflecting off their stunned faces.
Julian’s knuckles were pressed against his lips, unreadable. Margaret beamed at Arthur, pride shining in her eyes.
Billy stared ahead, lost in thought yet burning with intensity. Even Ashley, the ever-restless troublemaker, sat motionless, still recovering from her earlier public roasting.
And there was Evolon, hovering serenely with his translucent form flickering gently like a beacon of calm amidst the storm of emotions swirling around him.
No gloating or grandstanding, just patient mechanical serenity.
Arthur observed them all with quiet amusement before rising slowly to place his palms softly on the edge of the crystalline table.
The Osborn Crest shimmered beneath the glass, reflecting beneath his fingers.
"Now that I’ve introduced Evolon," he began smoothly, "and you’ve grasped just a fraction of what he can do, it’s time to dive into today’s agenda."
Everyone’s focus sharpened instantly; chairs straightened and postures stiffened as anticipation filled the room.
"We’ve arrived in Varenya. This is our territory now." He gestured broadly across the room and into the very air itself.
"But this... this is only the beginning! From this moment on, we,the Osborn Family, will no longer compete within borders; we are stepping onto the global stage!"
Eyes widened as they absorbed Arthur’s words.
Olivia blinked twice in surprise; Edward leaned forward slightly; even stoic Richard gave a small nod of approval.
Arthur’s gaze swept over them all like an eagle surveying its domain. "The world is dominated by ancient consortiums and old-money dynasties, elite financial cults masquerading as banks. That ends now! We will go global! We will not just compete; we will surpass them!"
His tone was not one of mere motivation,it resonated with an unmistakable sense of inevitability.
"Which brings me to you," Arthur said, turning his attention to Uncle Philip seated three chairs away.
Philip Osborn straightened up attentively in his silver-threaded suit.
"You are the President of Osborn Capital," Arthur continued confidently. "Under your leadership operate Osborn Bank and Osborn Securities among other subsidiaries. From today onward, we are going global."
As he spoke, Evolon extended one arm gracefully,a wall lit up with vibrant visuals: world maps, graphs, demographic forecasts, all illustrating potential growth avenues.
"I want Osborn Bank to expand across every nation on this continent, every city, every town, and yes, even a branch in the most remote village you can imagine. By the end of this year, I want us to hold at least 30% of Noctis’ banking industry in our hands. That’s my minimum goal!"
As he spoke, the data shifted in real-time, with Evolon overlaying potential expansion routes like a digital map of ambition.
"In Varenya," Arthur continued, his eyes burning with cold determination, "Osborn Bank must become not just the top bank but the only bank. I want every citizen’s income, their pensions, mortgages, student accounts, everything to flow through us."
Gasps rippled around the table; shock painted every face.
Margaret’s lips parted in disbelief. Ashley’s jaw dropped slightly as her wide eyes took it all in.
Even George, usually so composed, blinked twice as if trying to process what he had just heard.
"And by the end of this year," Arthur added firmly, "I want Osborn Bank to be the lifeline of this nation."
Evolon chimed in with confidence. "With aggressive yet optimized expansion strategies, local branch deployment per province and high-frequency client acquisition algorithms,we can achieve 42.7% national market dominance within just 94 operational days."
Philip blinked rapidly. "This... is actually possible?"
"With me," Evolon replied smoothly, "possibility has been replaced with certainty."
Arthur didn’t smile; instead, he stepped forward slowly, his obsidian black suit glinting under the lights like armor ready for battle.
"Uncle Philip! Osborn Capital will not merely operate banks or investment firms,we’re going to run the most powerful financial publication in the world!"
Julian leaned in closer with curiosity dancing in his eyes. "A newspaper?"
"Not just any newspaper," Arthur clarified passionately. "A platform,a beacon! Evolon, explain."
Evolon projected a new set of holograms: simulations of global stock markets and charts pulsing with live data that seemed almost alive.
"Utilizing my predictive computing capabilities," Evolon explained confidently, "I can simulate economic changes and stock trends months, even years in advance with an accuracy deviation of less than 0.0001%."
It paused dramatically to let that sink in.
"By publishing these forecasts on our own financial network," Arthur continued with fervor igniting his voice, "we won’t just report news; we will create it! We’ll shape it!"
Gasps filled the conference room again, this time louder than before. Olivia clutched her armrest tightly while Edward stared at his older brother as if he’d just declared himself a god among mortals.
"Imagine," Arthur began, his voice low and rich with promise, "what if a stock tip from our paper sent shockwaves through the market? Picture this: a headline so powerful it sends corporations spiraling downwards while an endorsement catapults shares into orbit. Even the god of stocks would have to consult our platform before daring to make a move!"
Philip exhaled slowly, his mind racing ahead a decade. "If we pull this off... we won’t just be competing with the old families; we’ll bury them."
Ashley finally found her voice, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "This is insane!" she whispered, barely able to contain herself. "If we succeed, we’re going to rule the world!"
"No," Arthur replied softly, turning toward the window.
The Varenyan skyline shimmered beyond the glass, its horizon ablaze with ambition. "We’re not just going to rule it,we’re going to remake it."
"And don’t say ’if’,that word isn’t in my vocabulary," Arthur added firmly. "This is going to become reality sooner than you think."
For a moment, Billy remained silent, staring at the glowing data before him,the pulse of holograms dancing in his pupils.
Just months ago, he had been kicked out of his family; if he hadn’t grown up and learned from his mistakes, he might still be bagging groceries at YoruMart.
Now? He’s being asked not just to witness but to shape the rise of a financial empire that could outlast nations.
The room fell silent again but this time there was no skepticism; only awe filled the air.
And Evolon watched over them all like a divine sentinel in an age defined by steel and silicon.
