Qin Siyuan nodded. "Alright, I’ll wait for you after school."

Shen Wanqing’s family was not well-off, so he rented her a two-bedroom apartment in town where he’d often visit.

Shen Wanqing smiled slightly, a picture of understanding.

Shen Wanqing’s eyes welled with tears. "But Anxi... I can’t bear to see her like this. She can’t keep failing."

Qin Siyuan’s brows furrowed.

Shen Wanqing then said softly and gently, "I’ll help tutor her."

Qin Siyuan reached out to caress her face. "Wanqing, you really are a good girl."

Shen Wanqing’s face flushed slightly, and she bit her lip.

The surrounding classmates were treated to another public display of affection.

Only then did Shen Wanqing, with a touch of reserve, sit down beside Gu Anxi; they were deskmates.

Qin Siyuan also left.

The afternoon lecture was Professor Gao’s specialized course, and his arrival often spelled a headache for the students.

The school beauty in white was sleeping in class again!
