Jack, whose fair complexion, white teeth, and red lips gave him the classic looks of a ’pretty boy,’ blushed furiously at her words. "AN!"

She patted Jack’s cheek. "Alright, come on, let’s have some red wine to celebrate. Don’t look so glum, as if someone took advantage of you. Your performance earlier wasn’t like this at all."
