Speaking of school, Im not gonna be able to do a 3 chapter update next week. Because it's exam week.

Yet here I am, spending my time just to write fanfic chapters.. sob.

Wolgram, a dog-wolf like Mabeast with spikes protruding on their spine.

And— it was this very same witch beast that had terrorized the main character in the show, as multiple of them bit him, and planted their mana/lifeforce draining curse on him.

"『El Huma』." I muttered while raising my hand. And as if to respond to my words, my fire quasi-spirit Hino positioned in front of my palms, before pulling in the atmospheric moisture and turning then cooling them down into multiple icicles which fired towards the newly arrived group of Wolgram.

*Puchi* *Puchi*...

The sounds of piercing could be heard, as the icicles lodged into the Mabeast's body.

Still, that didn't bring them all down, as two of them were still rushing towards me.

I responded by swiftly swinging the black novice blade I had gotten beforehand, which I had my yin spirit, Inori inhabit beforehand.

Its effects? 『Shamak』, which robs whoever I wound, of their senses sans their sense of touch.

I was honestly surprised why this worked, considering that 『Shamak』 needed to cover the target with this black smoke to take away all their senses.

but then, I remembered that I wasn't in Re Zero, this was the world of Draconic Deus, where any magic is possible as long as you have a great imagination, especially for devils.

*Fwish!*

*Splurt!*

Blood was spilt, as the two Wolgram were wounded. Then, they whimpered and growled, then tried to attack me but failed, as their attacks fell on air instead.

The two of them have lost their senses, albeit for a few seconds only.

But a few seconds were all I needed, as I hacked them down until they were lifeless.

"This one is the 30th, huh." I muttered, before I hurriedly took a bite of yet another Appa, from the basket of Appa's that I pulled beforehand.

"Still, I guess these 1 star items ain't so bad after all." I sighed in relief as I finished the Appa in my hand before I turned my head towards the forest which was now full of glaring red eyes that would make anyone freeze in terror if they ever saw this scene.

"Thankfully there's some kind of barrier stopping all of them to just blitz me with their numbers." I muttered with a frown, before I turned my head to the side, as now, there were 25 Mabeast who rushed out from inside of the forest.

"Dang, this is troublesome. I got the short end of the stick." I groaned, as I got into a stance. Raising my right hand once more, before using 『El Huma』 once again.

The ice shards formed, once more, before it flew towards the pack of Wolgrams. Sadly, only three of them were killed, which didn't really do much, as there were still 22 Wolgrams rushing towards me.

Still, I didn't panic, this wasn't my first rodeo with 25 Wolgrams rushing towards me.

Heck, it happened on the third wave, thirty minutes ago.

"But still…Rest time is getting less and less. I might not last at this rate." I frowned, before I once again raised my hand and muttered.

"『El Dona』"

This time, it was my earth spirit, Chika, that responded, as it positioned itself in front of my palm before glowing for a split second.

Then, in the blink of an eye, three earth spikes shot out from the ground, impaling six of the Wolgrams.

"Sixteen, huh. That's manageable." I muttered before I rushed towards the Wolgrams before brandishing my sword.

*Slash!* *Spurt!*

One after another, the Wolgrams were felled. Even if they successfully bit me, they were unable to activate their curse, as I cut their heads as soon as that happened.

Well, not like their fangs could penetrate my skin that's enhanced with 『Flow Method』

Soon, only four of them were left, and three of them jumped at the same time, positioned in my left, right, and front.

In response, I called out "『Ul Dona』." Chika glowed once again, before a dome of earth materialized out of the ground and covered me from the Wolfram's attacks.

"Explode." I muttered, and the Dome of earth exploded outwardly, sending the three Wolgrams flying, their heads crushed.

"Easy peasy." I grinned, as I stretched my body, before I suddenly thrusted my sword behind me, Impaling the last Wolgram who planned on ambushing me once I let down my guard.

*Thud* its body fell down, along with the rest of its pack, and soon, their body turned to dust, just like the ones that came before them.

It was really convenient, considering that bodies piling up in this clearing could become troublesome later on. As it would interfere with my movement.

"I wonder when I'll be able to come back… Honestly it's getting boring just killing these things, I'm practically invincible thanks to my spirits." I muttered rather arrogantly, because it was the truth.

My flow method in tandem with my Spirit enhanced leather tunic that contains my water and yang Quasi-Spirits, Mizuki and Yōka.

The effects they brought were Healing and strengthening my physical strength, respectively.

So any injuries I sustain basically just heal a few seconds later. Of course, I doubt that heals would do well for any major Inju—

I turned my head sharply behind me, as I felt a bloodlust that was multiple times that of the Wolgrams before.

Suddenly, the sky which was always perpetually on sunset had started to darken, as the sun was replaced by the moon.

Before suddenly, three towering Wolgram walked out of the forest, followed by a multitude of smaller regular Wolgram.

I paled in fright as I counted sixty of them, not counting the big ones. So in total, there were 63 Wolgrams.

"Damn…" I sighed in defeat, as I regretted my earlier words that had most definitely jinxed me.

Suddenly, a gate materialized in the middle of the clearing, my eyes widened, before I rushed towards it as fast as I could.

Because— outside or inside that gate of light was none other than the Gacha Altar.

So I would be safe once I entered that gate

And it seems that the biggest of the Wolgram bosses knew that as well, as it roared, before charging towards the door alongside the other Wolgrams.

"FASTER!"

"FASTER!"

I desperately called out, and yet, it seems that I still won't make it, as the Wolgrams were already near the gate and were about to swipe on it.

I was anxious, as I felt that if they swatted the gate, then I might not be able to come back.

"STOPP!" I called out instinctively, as I closed my eyes, not willing to see my hope of going home getting dashed right in front of me.

Still, I didn't stop running. I'll die either way, so why not take the chance.

*Bang*

"What the—?!" I opened my eyes in confusion and found out that I was inside the Gacha Temple. I looked back and the gate was gone, so I stood there, frozen, unsure of what just happened.

It took me a few minutes to get back to normal, sighing in relief as I opted to forget about what just happened for now.

Instead, I gazed back at the board that's still displaying the Re:Zero banner, and my eyes widened.

Because— the measly 2 Prismatic Diamonds that I had left over from the two

10X Pulls I did before has now been replaced by a mouthwatering 57 Prismatic Diamonds.

Tempted, I was.

I had to stop myself from using up all of them right then and there, as I tried to think about where the extra 55 Prismatic Diamonds came from.

And it didn't take long for me to think back on the Wolgram I just killed.

The only thing I needed to know was—

whether that place was a one time thing, or if it was a repeatable dungeon type.

And just as I pondered about it, a sudden bright light caught my attention. It came from one of the bigger torches that circled around the temple.

I didn't really think much about it before, as I thought it was just purely for aesthetics, but now— something tells me that my previous question will be answered if I just go near it.

I didn't hesitate much and went ahead and walked towards it, and as I arrived there, a screen suddenly popped up out of nowhere.

But unlike the one in seen the marble board near the altar, this one didn't have any images of any characters and didn't have any Pull buttons at all, instead, there were a few words written in them.

『 Use 30 Prismatic Diamonds to Unlock?』

"Yes" "No"

… I pondered for minutes, thinking of whether to press Yes or No, but then shrugged later on, and pressed yes.

Because— I had some Prismatic Diamonds to spare, and besides, I have this feeling that I won't regret pressing "Yes."

….

….

...….

"Okay, I take back my words, I regret it." My eyes twitched, as I looked at the board in front of me, right next to a small–medium sized arena, with a single Wolgram inside it.
