After focusing on exams whole week long last week, and then taking the ''Monster Keeper'' written exam Sunday of the same week, Ji Liu was able to travel to Wanqiang Metropolis yesterday for the field test since it is a week-long special vacation.

    The vacation was made so that student like Ji Liu who registered to join ''Souxun'' can take the field test in the forest since the training field facilities in the area surrounding Wanqiang Metropolis are still under construction.

    This test would gather people living around the metropolis and would be the very first test conducted so the scale is extremely grand.

    Ji Liu was among the crowd gathered in an open field while their monsters are in a different area. This is to avoid too much congestion since there are around 10000 people participating and each has more than 3 monsters tamed.

    A man who looks like Mr. Monopoly soon went on stage silencing and gathering the people''s attention and after taking a quick look at the crowd, the man soon spoke.

    "Welcome participants to the first ever ''Monster Keeper Examination'', I, John Morgan of the Terra Alliance, will be the overseer of the whole field test."

    The people were shocked for they know who John Morgan is, but not how he looks. He is more known for his title ''General Electric'', and although he can only make a contract with lightning-type monsters, he is one of the only 5 people who have a Divine level monster contracted to them.

    "The first part of the field test is easy." he spoke to gather the people''s attention again and then continued "You have to catch 10 different monsters with a level equal to your monsters or higher, then identify their type, level and a brief explanation of their abilities that you observed."

    "You can then proceed to the second part where you will be given a list of monster materials that you are to hunt and bring back, and after that the last part where you will be given a specific monster to catch. Time is until the end of Saturday, and the result will be out on Sunday morning." He paused, looked at the crowd and left.

    ''This would be a breeze.'' Ji Liu thought.

    "If anyone has questions now is the time to ask." A young woman then told the crowd after going up on the stage.

    Almost everyone raised their hand extremely confused.

    "But before that, if anyone that asks a question that is answered in the handout, F.A.Q., ToC, and TOS, they''ll immediately be eliminated." She then added seeing a lot of hands raised.

    Almost all of the raised hand fell down, there were only a few that were left. The woman then pointed to a random raised hand.

    "How would you know that the monster''s abilities we observed would be correct?" the man asked and a lot of people nodded in agreement.

    "The ''Souxun'' has a tool used to identify monsters." the woman then explained in detail, shocking the crowd.

    After that, a couple of more questions were asked before the crowd was dispersed.

    Looking at his monsters while holding a map, Ji Liu''s mouth was twitching as he waits in line to go out the eastern gate. The line was not the reason nor his monsters.

    It was because he was in a party.

    The party was made of him, Wang Zi who made the party just to cut in line and a girl who was just passing by that Wang Zi bamboozled to join.

    Party can be made to make it easier but the second and third part of the test''s difficulty would rise the more member. A two-person party would need to complete two lists and capture two monsters each, three people party need three list and capture 3 monsters each. More members would mean more list and capture target.

    Most parties have 2-4 members due to the rise in difficulty.

    Slowly advancing in the line, Ji Liu decided to check Wang Zi''s two monsters and the passerby''s, who introduced herself as Saga Bergman, monster she calls Sugar.
