Chubby Mommy: Scheming Daddy, Surrender Now!
Chapter 472: Squeezed Out
CHAPTER 472: CHAPTER 472: SQUEEZED OUT
Ethan Sterling looked at the little guy who was shorter than his own wife by half a head and a whole size smaller, standing menacingly in front of Ruby Sullivan. His stern brows knitted together, seriously doubting why Aidan Sinclair took a liking to her.
She’s just a little squirt who hasn’t grown yet, that pervert!
"Move, you big light bulb." He looked at her with disdain.
"What are you doing here? Aren’t you dating Hannah Jennings?" Stella Jennings shrank a bit in the face of his dark expression, but thinking of her friend’s happiness, she stood firmly in front of him.
Just then, Honey came rushing over with her little short legs, "Daddy!"
Ethan Sterling’s expression immediately went from cloudy to sunny, revealing a glorious smile, as golden as the sunlight, warm beyond words.
He picked up the little bundle from the ground and bounced her up and down, "Did you grow taller? You feel heavier than before I left."
"Then measure me later, okay?" Honey bared her gap-toothed grin with excitement, saying, "Daddy, look, I lost a tooth!" Her brother said that losing a tooth marks a new stage in life, where you grow up and become beautiful, like a butterfly emerging from a chrysalis, so she was eagerly awaiting her new tooth to come in.
"Did you put it safely in the box?"
Honey nodded, "Master Valerius gave me and my brother each a sachet to put our teeth in."
Ethan Sterling thought of the Heady Monk with the peach-blossom face and got a bit nervous, "Did you go to the temple with Mom?"
Honey shook her head, "Mom didn’t go, but Grandpa Three and Vivian came back from abroad, and they took me and my brother to the temple to fulfill a vow. I also made wishes for Mom and Dad."
"Good girl." Ethan Sterling kissed his precious daughter’s little face. After putting her down, he looked at Stella Jennings, his expression darkening again. He took out his phone and bluntly asked, "Do you need me to call your dad?"
Stella was still stunned by how quickly he changed his expression and jumped, "You dare!"
Just then, Seth came over and grabbed Stella Jennings’s hand, "Holly, come over here, I’ll show you my little volcano experiment."
He thought this Holly had a bit of a problem in the head, and to spare her the embarrassment as an adult, he’d better lead her away first.
"Ehh..." Stella Jennings was about to say something more, but Seth just dragged her away, leaving her no choice but to temporarily let Ethan Sterling off the hook.
Ruby Sullivan, seeing she had been taken to Seth’s room, then opened her arms to hug the man in front of her, "Welcome home."
Ethan Sterling embraced her and took a deep breath of her unique scent, instantly refreshed from his fatigue, "Why is this little squirt here?"
"Uh... it’s a long story." Ruby Sullivan squinted and smiled, "But she might stay at our place for a while, so you’d better come home obediently for now."
Ethan Sterling sighed, his eyebrows drooping, and his voice softly grazing her ear, "I haven’t seen you for half a month..."
Ruby Sullivan felt his magnetic voice was like a nuclear power plant, flowing into her ears like an electric current that instantly tingled from the top of her head to her little toes, making her heart itch.
She tiptoed and pecked his cheek, "Hurry up and wash your hands, get ready for lunch."
"Alright, alright." Ethan Sterling sighed, clearly not having had enough tender moments.
He had treated himself like a workhorse in recent days, sleeping less than four hours a night to hurry back home, hoping to return and have a good sleep cuddling his sweet, soft wife. But at home, there was a glaring big light bulb around.
He thought he might need to consider bothering Aidan Sinclair for a few days.
Aidan Sinclair’s home, decorated flamboyantly, made him cringe everywhere he looked, but the super-luxurious sauna on the second floor had always tempted him. If it worked well, he could consider installing one at home.
Ruby Sullivan loves Korean dramas, doesn’t she? Imagine them sitting in the sauna with towels, eating eggs, the picture seemed quite idyllic.
Honey glanced at her dad standing there grinning foolishly and asked curiously, "Daddy, what are you doing?"
Ethan Sterling snapped out of his imagination, shook his head to dispel the mental image, and said to his daughter, blinking at her, "Nothing, just getting ready for lunch." Then he walked towards the bathroom.
Turns out missing someone is like being poisoned, this feeling... it’s truly pain and pleasure combined.
At noon, Stella Jennings sat across from Ethan Sterling. Although she refrained from bickering with him for the sake of the two little ones, there were definitely venomous darts hidden in her gaze, wanting to make him bleed from seven orifices with just a look.
This man, even if he divorced Ruby Sullivan, it’s not impossible to find another girlfriend. But picking someone like Hannah Jennings, with more chest than brains, who’s he trying to embarrass? It’s simply lowering her idol’s league.
Ruby Sullivan glanced at Stella Jennings, really fearing she might suddenly pounce and bite Ethan Sterling, so she put down her bowl and cleared her throat, saying earnestly, "Holly, Ethan and I are sincerely dating with the goal of remarrying. I hope you... at least don’t see him as a bad guy."
"I don’t mind." He truly didn’t mind.
This little squirt idolizes his wife, and her future husband is his buddy, so what’s he got to fear?
Stella Jennings snorted, still thinking Ruby Sullivan was blinded by love, "I can refrain from seeing him as an enemy, respect your decision as a friend, and whenever you feel sad, I’ll be your strong support."
Stella Jennings spoke with such conviction, she had a flair of a gallant heroine.
Hearing a sixteen-year-old girl promise to be her support, Ruby Sullivan couldn’t help but feel a bit touched because she knew in Stella Jennings’s sixteen-year-old world, words are certain to be backed by action. When she said she loved you eight parts with her mouth, she had already given twelve parts of love in her heart.
Ruby Sullivan squinted and smiled, "With you as my support, I’ll never fear heartbreak again."
Ethan Sterling broke out in a cold sweat, feeling as if his wife had found an unbeatable backup plan.
After the meal, he played with the kids for a while. When nap time came, he told Honey two stories, then left reluctantly.
He really wanted to take a nap cuddling his wife, but there was no place for him at home.
He began to regret not preparing a guest room; he never imagined he’d be the one squeezed out.
After leaving Ruby Sullivan’s house, Ethan Sterling immediately called Aidan Sinclair, "Where are you?"
"Practicing yoga at home." Aidan Sinclair’s voice was extremely leisurely.
The teacher said maintaining a joyful mood is a good recipe for longevity. Before his little girl grows up, he absolutely cannot get old!
Ethan Sterling hung up, shivered with a cold chill, tossed his suitcase into the car, and immediately ignited the engine, heading straight to Aidan Sinclair’s house.
Still in the mood to practice yoga? Before enjoying peace, can’t you first pick up the little trouble at home?
