Just as Rachel and Yvette were about to approach Tyler, William and Samantha beat them to it.

William had a document in hand. Rachel didn’t need bto /bsee it to know it was a contract.

She suddenly grabbed Yvette’s wrist. “Wait…”

Yvette frowned and looked at Rachel. “What is it this time? Didn’t you say that Tyler will only be here for half an hour? Time is of the bessence/b!”

“Wait for them to finish their discussion.”

Rachel didn’t care how anxious Yvette was. Whatever it was they could only go over after Tyler and William were done talking.

Smirking, she said, “You recovered so quickly, Ms. Judd. You had a fever justst night, and here you are, fine and dandy. It’s great to be young, isn’t it?”

Samantha burst out in demureughter and then turned to look at William. The tenderness in her eyes bwas /bclear for all to see.

“It’s all thanks to William, who took such great care of me through the night. Otherwise, I couldn’t bhave /brecovered so quickly, Rachel, the chicken soup that William makes is so delicious!”

The smile on Rachel’s face froze.

William had never made chicken soup for her. The most he had done was to drive somewhere far to buy it for her.
