"SANJIIIII!!!" Chopper screamed in horror at the massive amount of blood Sanji had lost—it looked like a fountain shaped like a mermaid.

"Aaaahhhhh!! Sanji-chan?!" The mermaid who was holding Sanji against her chest screamed as her body became soaked in his blood.

"That was way too much blood! Sanji!!!" Even Luffy was shaken.

"Oh, crap… The tension he was suppressing must have burst out all at once!!!" Even Usopp was shocked by the sight.

"That man…!! There's no doubt about it…!! It's the pirate, Straw Hat Luffy!!!" Prince Fukaboshi recognized Luffy from the wanted poster in his hand.

"Well, damn… They really are here!! It's the Straw Hats!!" Hammond groaned as the situation escalated.

"What now? They're going to capture them before we do!!" Thought Hyouzou.

"But we can't start a fight with the Neptune Army in a place like this!!!"

"And it's the princes, of all people…!!"

As the New Fishman Pirates tried to figure out what to do, Chopper rushed over to try to save Sanji:

"Hold on a minute!!! We apologize for entering the island illegally!! But could you wait before arresting us?!!"

"This is urgent!!! Is there anyone here who could provide a blood donation?!!"

"If my friend doesn't receive one soon… He'll be dead within a matter of minutes!!!"

"His blood is type S, Rh negative! I know it's a little rare… But is there anyone here with a blood type match?! Or is mermaid and fishman blood not compatible with humans…?!!"

Chopper pleaded with the fishmen to donate blood for Sanji.

Doflamingo mocked Sanji's situation. "To die in such a stupid way… My, my. I wonder what's wrong with that man around beautiful women."

"I thought he was joking, but he might actually die… How pathetic."

Even Enel shook his head in disdain.

"Sigh~ Sanji-san suffered so much at the hands of Ivankov's okamas… I really sympathize with him."

Rosinante sighed, recalling what Sanji went through over the past two years.

"His current situation is like being pardoned from hell and sent straight to heaven."

Rosinante shook his head at the sound of laughter from the readers enjoying the scene.

"Wait… will he even find someone to donate blood?! This is Fishman Island, it's impossible anyone would give blood to a human…"

Rosinante became worried. His concerns were soon addressed by Hammond, who scoffed at Chopper's naivety.

"Hehe~ In the manga, the bad blood between humans and fishmen still exists because of the demons ruling at the top."

Doflamingo recalled how the world would have turned out if the manga's events had unfolded without Rob's interference.

"What a miserable world…" said Enel.

"Fufu~ Wasn't your counterpart also someone who thought he was a god?"

"Don't remind me… I was such a fool…"

Sora put her hand to her mouth in sorrow as she saw the tragic scene of Sanji.

"They're heartless… Laughing at my son like that… That damn mermaid pushed him to the death!"

Sora nearly lost her temper but calmed down upon seeing her son's smiling face despite being drenched in blood.

"Looks like he'll die happy," Otohime said gently beside her.

"But what's the point of happiness if you die? Would you be happy if you saw your counterpart die with a smile?" Sora asked her.

"If I saw my counterpart die happy, of course I'd feel sad… But she wouldn't. Losing someone dear is sad for us, not for them."

"For Sanji, if he chose to die happy, then that's better for him."

"Pfft! But dying in such a ridiculous way… I doubt he'd want that if he were conscious right now."

From the side, Little Robin joined the conversation.

"Seriously!? Why won't anyone donate blood to my dear Sanji!?"

Sora was upset at the fishmen's stance.

Otohime clenched her fist after seeing this scene.

She had always hated seeing humans be racist toward her kind, but now that she saw the same behavior in reverse, she felt complicated… and sad.

"It's okay… Sanji will surely find a kind fishman to donate blood. Maybe one of those sweet mermaids from Mermaid Cove," said Otohime.

"They've been through a lot of persecution from humans, so it's understandable…"

Toki, listening from the side, added. As a time traveler, she was well aware of the centuries of oppression fishmen endured, especially from humans, over the last 800 years, manipulated directly by the demons.

"That's true… But thankfully, that oppression has stopped now, thanks to the husband."

Otohime's eyes welled up as she recalled how Rob's overwhelming influence, terrifying strength, and wise politics erased centuries of injustice in a short time.

Because of that, she promised herself she would always support Rob no matter what. He had fulfilled her dream on her behalf.

Her very purpose had been achieved thanks to that man.

The old law on Fishman Island—the one forbidding even a drop of blood to be shared with humankind—had already been broken by Rob long ago.

"And now, by mentioning it in the manga… is he trying to shatter it completely once and for all?!"

Otohime wondered aloud.

Marineford:

"Hmph. Ridiculous."

Sakazuki scoffed at Sanji's pathetic scene. He sped through the chapter at an absurd pace, only pausing when Luffy began giving the New Fishman Pirates a lesson.

"Tsk. Too weak."

"They're not the weak ones, Luffy has gotten that strong. His control over Conqueror's Haki has reached a respectable level." Sengoku replied.

"Hoi hoi, my goodness… He really lost that much blood…"

Zephyr commented sympathetically.

"Looks like the Neptune princes came with good intentions to deliver Jinbe's message, but they were misunderstood." Kuzan noted.

"Seems like Jinbe took full responsibility for protecting the island after Whitebeard died. He might've joined a Yonko for protection."

Sengoku hypothesized reasonably.

After all, Fishman Island lost its guardian after Whitebeard's death. As seen in previous chapters, chaos broke out in all of Whitebeard's former territories, including Fishman Island.

"I see it too… Jinbe is strong, but not strong enough to protect the island alone. He needs a real powerhouse. I'd bet on Shanks…"

Tsuru agreed with Sengoku and added her theory.

"Shanks? Hmm, very possible… considering the evil nature of the other Yonkos."

Borsalino also commented.

Baterilla:

"Haha! How hilarious Sanji is."

Marco laughed after seeing how Sanji nearly died from blood loss.

"But seriously… if he doesn't find a matching donor, he'll die in less than an hour. It depends on his physical strength. As a doctor, I can tell you the average person doesn't even have half the amount of blood he lost."

As Moby Dick's doctor, even Marco was shocked at how much blood Sanji lost. It truly was a ridiculous way to die.

"Gurarara! If he dies, it'll be a real shame… He didn't even enjoy it to the fullest before going!"

Whitebeard laughed at the absurdity, too, but kept reading with high spirits.

"Hmm… Looks like Jinbe really isn't on the island right now."

That was confirmed after seeing Prince Fukaboshi's words about delivering Jinbe's message.

Of course, the recipient was Luffy, who managed to leave with his crew, rushing to save Sanji, who was now at death's door… unless a blood donor appeared soon.
