The man he saw in the earth pulse, named Wanyan Shahe, is the royal bloodline orphan of the Desert Dynasty. He possesses an ability called the Endless Sand Realm, which is the foundation for the Sha King Hall to establish the "Ten Thousand Miles Cliff Great Wall."

The only uncertainty is how to proceed with mission objective 6, which involves helping the Sha King Hall build the Ten Thousand Miles Cliff Great Wall, and to what extent this must be done for the task to be considered complete.

If the level of involvement is too high, he would certainly be seen as betraying the Grand Zhou faction, so he needs to gauge the completion level carefully.
