Cultivation Struggles of a Lowly Fox
Chapter 497 – Where is Aiko, there is chaos!
"What is happening over there?!" One Elder stood up angrily. He did not benefit from the Saintess at all, so he was in a quite bad mood.
Opening the doors, scorching heat washed his face. He immediately closed the doors, but it was too late.
"Ack! Hot hot!" The Elder started to roll around, his beautiful long white hair along his beard, burned to a crisp.
The smell of burnt hair spread, making everyone scrunch their faces.
"What's the big deal?" Another Elder stood up; this Elder had quite a peculiar personality.
That Elder opened the doors. Blizzard washed his face, freezing and breaking both his shorter hair and long beard.
"Fuck!" He didn't close the doors and had already rolled up his sleeves.
"You bastards! I will modify the Sect's Array to exclude cold too!" That's right, he was the same Elder who previously modified the Sect's Array to exclude too many clouds as he was unable to see the plains, among... other 'things'.
"Stop, Elder!" The Sect Leader had to be involved, since while this Elder didn't have a high position, he was on par with him when it came to strength.
"Don't stop me, you bastards, I will do it!" That Elder thrashed around, trying to escape his grip.
"Grandmaster, help!" The Sect Leader roared with a special technique, amplifying his voice.
"What is it this time?" An elderly man without hair and a long beard appeared. His clothes were casual, and it was hard to guess his Cultivation Stage.
"A Beast or another Sect is invading?" The elderly man yawned slightly. He was quite tired because he was previously handling the relationship between Sects, thanks to a certain Fox.
"Don't stop me!" The Array Elder thrashed even more.
"What's happening?" The Grandmaster was confused.
"He wants to exclude the ice element now!" The Sect Leader shouted, trying to keep the Array Elder contained.
"Oh, no, you don't!" The Grandmaster rolled his sleeves. "You already ruined my Cloud Wine and Spring Wine! I won't allow you to ruin even more, you jerk!" He immediately bashed the Array Elder a few times due to his anger.
Suddenly, another wave of cold air passed through the room.
This time, even the Elders and Saintess could feel the cold on their skin.
It easily pierced their Qi and made its way into their bodies.
Ah Cy covered her Disciple in her own barrier to keep her warm, while other Peak Elders were astonished that the temperature was still dropping.
"We should have a look..." One Peak Elder suggested, and everyone silently agreed.
This situation was quite abnormal, and they wondered what had happened.
"What's wrong? Don't your pets have cubs? It's normal for the temperature to drop." The Grandmaster was completely unaware that a certain disaster Fox had made a visit to the Sect. Otherwise, he would be leading the charge.
Li Xiu pursed her lips. She had a bad feeling about this, and then it clicked.
'I was not around Aiko...' Li Xiu frowned. It seemed like Aiko found another victim of her chaos.
The Peak Elder silently stood up, and everyone followed the Sect Leader in.
A few rooms later, they came to a completely still room.
Thanks to the immense amount of Ice Qi in the air, they could feel the scorching heat happening inside the room.
However, that scorching heat quickly died down, and now only the coldness persisted.
Gulping gently, the Sect Leader carefully and slowly opened the doors.
What it revealed made them both speechless and mesmerised...
-----
Sun Aiko played around with the puppies when the two bigger ones joined.
She didn't mind at all, since they were a lot cooler, and she was able to relax even further.
The heat coming out of her body was getting more and more out of hand as she stopped holding back, but the Winter Beasts took the brunt quite well.
"Let's Play!" Sun Aiko chased them in her tiny Fox Form. Soon after, she was chased.
They had a lot of fun playing, well, the puppies had.
"Did you see that? Another stage cleared!" Her husband happily howled.
"Oh shut up! I cleared two!" His wife smirked back at him.
"So what? You came in late, so it's obvious you would try to catch up to me." He proudly said.
Sun Aiko didn't mind them at all; their friendly bickering exuded even more coldness, making her the happiest out of them all.
It took a few minutes, but suddenly Sun Aiko started to tire.
Sun Aiko yawned a few times, and she slowed down significantly.
"You should rest." Both parents knew how burdensome their children were, and since this tiny Fox helped them, they didn't mind spending more time with her.
"I will do that." Sun Aiko, at this point, was a bit listless and snuggled one of the puppies.
As if understanding, the other puppies stopped playing and everyone snuggled with each other.
The mother provided back support, making her children protected from their own coldness.
...
Then it happened, Sun Aiko was losing lustre again. It was already past noon, so she was unable to regenerate as much Essence as before.
This meant that Sun Aiko was weakened and went dormant.
Aiko's fur slowly changed colours, startling both parents.
Sun Aiko slowly turned into Moon Aiko.
Moon Aiko squinted her eyes and yawned. She felt exhausted, but it was possible to move.
Transforming into her pseudo-Human Form in order to get out of the pile, she looked around.
There were two curious Beasts staring at her. They previously played with the small Sun Aiko, but now they were startled by her.
"I mean no harm, I just want to rest." Moon Aiko understood that these Beasts also meant no harm.
"You are so pretty." The mother was the first one to speak, but she was mesmerised by how gorgeous this 'Fox' was.
"Oh..." Moon Aiko squinted her mesmerising blue eyes.
She was about the same size as Sun Aiko, maybe slightly taller at around 168-170cm.
Her lustrous white/grey hair cascaded down her curses, concealing them gently.
Both eyebrows and eyelashes were painted with a gentle green hue.
Even her hair exuded that, but to a lesser extent.
Her mesmerising blue eyes were striking compared to her pale skin.
It was not so pale that it would look sickly, but it was still breathtaking to look at for both Mortals and Immortals.
Her lips were tiny, with a gentle sparkling pink shade, like something poured small crystals all over them.
Looking closely, this effect was on both her eyelashes and eyebrows, but not on her hair.
Her slim figure was the picture-perfect hourglass figure. She was on the lower end when it came to the spectrum, but she was still there.
As she breathed slowly, her twin peaks measuring around C gently heaved up and down.
They were covered in her lustrous hair, but you could just imagine those pinkish-red perky cherries.
Moving along further, both her thighs and arms were on the very slim side. There was no way she would be able to pop any heads open with them. She was more of a fragile beauty pile.
Her hands ended with slim fingers, yet very sharp, claw-like nails were at the end.
The same could be said about her cute toes, which ended in deadly and thin, claw-like nails.
While her peaks were impressive, the same could not be said about her rear; it was definitely perky, just not there yet.
There was only one tail behind her, but that bushy tail was easily able to house all the puppies with their excited demeanours.
They hopped around this new guest and licked her here and there due to their excitement.
Moon Aiko quite enjoyed it, since she found them quite cute.
Clearing her hair, so she could see better, it was clear that she was completely naked.
Her perfect peaks and belly were now in full display, before puppies took them as resting places.
Aiko activated [Moonless Mist Shroud], and it immediately evolved into the third step, masking her even more.
[Moonless Mist Shroud 3/?]
'With each step, I'm more concealed. This will allow us to walk between mortals in the future.' Moon Aiko observed her system, but soon her gorgeous face was overtaken by a frown.
'It's fine that my Titles joined. Well, they should've joined further, but I won't say much about that.' She didn't mind that part, oh no, but she did mind something else.
'I got scammed from resources, so you better make it up to me, don't you think?' Moon Aiko was not talking to anyone in particular inside her mind, but it was obvious who would answer.
[#### requested reconsideration.]
'No. The replenishments for my Health and Vitality were Essential, so you better make it up to me.' Moon Aiko was unlike before.
She was now the Eldest Sister, the Cool Beauty and the Freezing Mad Scientist.
[...]
[System acknowledged reward comparable to the loss of resources.]
'Hmpf.' Moon Aiko snorted. 'Give me something that can reple-' She then noticed even more things wrong.
'Why is my Beast Rank, the Demonically Holy Beast?' Moon Aiko narrowed her sparkling eyelashes.
[Due to the chaotic evolution, the Heavens were unable to Bless you with a Human Body.]
[You will be able to obtain a Human Body after you either release 9 Seals or during the next Evolution.]
'I need to Evolve inside the Sacred Realm, and I only have 1 mission about the Seal. Aren't you being too harsh?" Moon Aiko snorted.
[Due to the Seals, your body was protected from imminent destruction.]
[The Seals prevent the #### Solar Essence from disintegrating it.]
'What about the 'Spirit Form'?' Moon Aiko immediately asked.
[It can no longer be used if you want to retain a corporeal body.]
'So I will become Spirit in the trust sense?' Moon Aiko frowned. That would mean she wouldn't be able to reunite with Mei and her group.
[Correct.]
'Why is my Vitality not capped?' Aiko had even more questions for the system, and she would ask each one of them.
[After achieving the unity between your Body and Spirit, you are now limited by general conventions, but by how much your body can take in.]
'Does that mean it's limitless?' Moon Aiko tilted her head as she rested her back against the cool Beasts who snuggled her.
Well, it didn't snuggle her for too long, as his partner got a nice slap.
