    Aaron found some eggs and rice in the kitchen. He made a bowl of simple egg rice as a meal for the night. The process didn’t take long, and it also filled his stomach to the brim.

    Though the food on the train was okay, it didn’t feel like enough or good enough as he usually did at home. It was not enough and had to make again. In the end, he consumed a lot of food, making his belly bulge a bit.

    After that, he picked up the guidebook placed on the coffee table in the hall. The house came fitted with all the furniture required. There was no need for a single credit to buy things for the house, everything is here.

    There are three parts in the guidebook.

    Here, one has to use Dusk Credits. These are the sole currency usable in the academy.

    One can only use them to buy things here. Dusk Credits can be exchanged for Alliance Credits but not vice versa.

    The academies were established so that students would progress, not become freeloaders of their families. It is their life, and they can live however they see fit, but the sole purpose of the academies is to mold Swords and Shields that can protect society.

    This is why academies have their own credits in order to prevent the parents from helping their children too much.

    When the students graduate, the Dusk Credits automatically become invalid as their ID cards expire after graduation day. This is to make sure to prevent the previous students from trying to boost their siblings or children in the future.

    The only way to buy resources in the academy is either through competitions or by using credits.

    There are various ways to earn credits. The simplest way was to work in one of the academy institutions like the Diner, Library and others, where you can help other students.

    The other way was to sell resources directly to the academy or by setting up stalls to sell these resources. Where do these resources come from? the dungeons in the academy but to enter them, it costs credits based on the rank of the dungeon.

    So, many chose some menial work at the beginning to gain enough credits for entry to the dungeons.

    These two parts of the guidebook would be the same for all students who joined the academy, but the third part is different.

    The third part is small as it describes what benefits that particular student can enjoy in the academy. It varies from student to student and can be said to be confidential, only known to the academy staff and the student itself.
