Chapter 67: Chapter 67As a spellcaster, Aaron had to improve his INT and WIS to a higher level, much higher than they are now, but as a Death Mage, he was facing some problems.

    He can only use the FSPs directly, but adding too much would give him a headache. To make sure that didn’t happen, he had to burn his mana as fast as possible, but that was not easy with the skills he had.

    The amount of groceries that the academy provided him was enough to last for more than a month if it was someone else. With his high improvement in attributes, the reduction in the amount of groceries in the stock would only increase day by day.

    "Anyway, let’s see what lectures are there for the week. I need to properly plan my schedule depending on what lectures I need and what I don’t need", Aaron thought as he pulled out the computer pad that he received.

    Every student received one, but they belong to the academy. So, when the students graduate, they have to return these pads, and if there was any damage to these pads, the students have to pay for the damage, or they can buy the pad by paying the original price of the pad.

    Aaron wanted to buy the pad there and then when he first laid his hands on it. It was afterall the latest version that was no available in the open market. His original pad was so old, but wasting a good product was not an option for his family.

    So, when he first laid his eyes on the pad, he wanted to buy the pad for two reasons. One is that this pad is the newest version, and the second is that this was not available on the open market. That means only a few can get their hands on these new versions.

    First, the pad cost was 1,500 credits, which he lacked, and second, that’s a very steep price to pay.

    He can use the pad for the next four years without paying a credit unless he damages the pad. In those four years, he was sure that newer versions would come out. So, there was no need to waste credits even after getting a sufficient number to buy the pad.

    After four years, he would be strong enough to become wealthier than his family is now, and at that point, he can easily afford the newest inventions of the world, even if they weren’t on the open market for sale.

    So, no need to waste credits for this one.

    After checking for a while, Aaron didn’t find any class that he needed to attend. If it was a free class, then he would have, but the classes that are being held are on topics that he already has books on in the library of his house.

    So, there was no need to waste the credits, even though the classes cost was between 5 credits and 10 credits.

    "Since these classes are introductory classes, they are cheap, but I assume that the next classes would not be so. I can just read about these intrioductions in books and can attend the later classes. I can save credits for now, but the later topics would be a bit difficult to understand. So, no matter the cost, attending such classes is important", Aaron decided on what to do after looking up the information about the lectures available for the first years in the next seven days.
