Death Mage with an SS-Rank Talent
Chapter 91
Chapter 91: Chapter 91Aaron wants to enter the Core Area, where there are more treasures with better grade and quality.
Everything in existence has grades. Just like how awakeners have Ranks and Levels, items like herbs, potions, weapons, etc... everything was classified accordingly.
Even treasures are graded.
Aaron doesn’t know much, as he has just started the academy and most of the time was spent levelling up, but he learned a few things.
Just as awakeners, items start at Tier-0 rank. There are levels for awakeners, but items would have stages, and there are only four, no matter the Tier. These are Lower, Middle, Higher and Peak stages.
The Undead Bloodthistle that he found was a Peak stage Tier-1 treasure.
There could be a few Lower Stage Tier-2 treasures among his finds, but he couldn’t recognise them. He was sure that there would be a lot of Tier-2 treasures in what was classified as the Core Area.
Though that was the case, this was a big decision to make, and he needed to think it through before doing anything.
Rashly venturing into the Core Area could be very dangerous and could harm his life.
In addition to that, there are other things to consider.
There are two days still before he has to leave and return to the academy. It means that if he wanted to venture into the Core Area, then he would have a very tight schedule. It was because the portals that would be used to exit would appear in the Outer Area.
He has to return to the Outer Area to leave the ruins, or he would be stuck here.
"Before making any decisions, let’s check my status. It improved a lot after entering the ruins. Maybe I can make a better decision based on that", Aaron muttered to himself.
"Status"

In the three days, his status improved a lot, which helped to improve his status even further.
Aaron was able to reach level 75 in three days, which was a difficult thing to do in the past. Even with his 100x EXP perk, the EXP required to level up increases with every increase in level.
So, if on the previous day he could increase his level by one, it may not be possible the next day, but with his increased skeletons and ghosts, he was able to increase his levels by more than what he gained in previous days.
As he levelled up and got enough SPs, he immediately improved Summon Ghost first to Bronze Rank 5, which consumed 2,000 SPs. This increased brought the total number of ghosts in his possession to 390.
After that, he increased Summon Skeleton from Bronze Rank 5 to Bronze Rank 6, which consumed 3,000 SPs. With the increase in the skill rank, the number of skeletons that he can have increased to 470.
With this increase in the number of skeletons and ghosts, there were almost no undead monsters that could survive him in the Inner Area after an encounter with him. The increased army helped him to clear out a lot of undead monsters, thereby increasing his level to such a high number.
Everything was good, but there was disappointment on Aaron’s face when he looked at his status.
The reason behind that was his FSPs. They were just sitting there. If it were just like a game where he could dump all FSPs without any issue, then he would have been happier, but it is not.
He can’t dump them all at once. With so few FSPs that he could use every day, a lot remained on his status panel as decorations.
Aaron slapped himself, "There is no need to worry at this moment. Though I can’t use every resource I have, I would find a way in the future. The more concerning situation was regarding whether I should enter the Core Area or not. Let’s concentrate on that". "First, there is almost nothing that can challenge me and my summons in the Inner Area. Going to the Core Area would be more interesting, and also the EXP gained would be much higher".
"Second, my agility is almost 700, and in addition to that, there is Sprint Skill, which makes it easier for me to traverse distances in a very short amount of time. So, I don’t think I need to worry about returning as long as I don’t get entangled with some strong monster at the time of return".
"Third, without risks, I can’t gain anything in life. With so many skills and a small army behind me, there was no reason to pull back every time. Chances like this would be very rare, and I have to make the best use of chances like this. I can’t miss out on this chance or I may regret the choice later in my life".
"So, no need to hold back now. Holding back would only leave regrets. I am going to enter the Core Area", Aaron decided on what to do for the next days after having a good look at his status.
"Now that it was decided that the journey to the Core Area starts in the morning, tonight, I need to rest. There is a lot of work to do in the next two days", Aaron muttered as he adjusted himself into a suitable position and drifted off.
