CHAPTER 862: CHAPTER 15: INFINITY

So, has the Doomsday Prophecy already been resolved by me?

Has my mission mostly been completed?

In this simple reflection, a piercingly cold Moonlight suddenly blossomed in the darkness before Fisher, seizing all of his senses in an instant and leaving him utterly unconscious.

"Ka ka ka ka ka ka!!"

In the very center of the Storm Sea, as a bizarre wave of power flickered, the rule known as "fate" was instantly obliterated. Within countless tumultuous and collapsing timelines, Fisher and Emhardt vanished from where they stood, disappearing into the boundless Ocean of fate.

The boundless cold Moonlight contracted slowly, returning to Renie’s hand. She took a deep breath and smiled slightly, gazing at the spot where Fisher had disappeared.

"Fisher..."

But the moment Renie spoke, her voice wasn’t carried through the surrounding mediums, because suddenly, bubbles, like black holes absorbing light, surged out of the space around her. These bubbles enveloped her, retreating with madness, carrying her to a vast, immeasurable place deep and expansive like the starry sky.

Here, it seemed there were no rules to speak of, within this unimaginably grand space like the cosmos, many hidden Stars were faintly scattered, and a river of dense consciousness was entirely in Chaos, playing her all-too-familiar eternal solitude.

This was the Spirit Realm.

The terrifying crimson mist that Fisher had previously encountered was huddled in a corner of the Spirit Realm, lethargically sealed by several chaotic beams of Moonlight. It remained still, seemingly severely injured, yet no matter how the Moonlight attacked, it showed no intention of disappearing, simply feigning death as it awaited the call of time.

Renie sighed, standing in the void, and in the next moment a gentle female voice appeared around her,

"You broke the Oath made with us, disrupting the rules once again. Do you intend to tread your Predecessor’s path and start a war with us?"

The female voice seemed to come from the depths of the exquisitely beautiful world before her, each word symbolizing vibrant life, representing the expansion of terrifying Power.

Upon hearing this, Renie opened her eyes and shook her head, saying,

"Ramasitia, I am not them, nor do I wish to repeat a mutually destructive war with you. For thousands of years since their dispersal, I have adhered to our peace Oath, avoiding any interference with the world despite the ravages of loneliness. This time... it was unavoidable. I am willing to accept punishment for the rules I broke."

Beneath the sea of the exquisite world before her, the gentle female voice came again with a slight smile,

"Even though you are the inheritor of the Fake God’s eternal Power and may truly differ from them, at least you understand the importance of abiding by rules, which is a positive sign... But the threads of fate are still gravely impacted by you, and you need to make amends for this."

In Renie’s eyes flowed Moonlight, the head-to-tail, eternally rotating light, and she spoke,

"Alright... but I cannot accept the punishment of being forbidden from entering the world again. In that case, I will have no choice but to choose to fight you again."

"Buzz buzz buzz!"

In the surrounding darkness, an eye accompanied by subconscious bubbles opened suddenly, gazing at Renie standing in the Spirit Realm; within the world’s inner layer, golden flashing threads also trembled, with layers of time and space twisting above, constructing countless gazes locked onto Renie; and behind her, a crisp knocking sound caused extremely hot Stars to disappear and collapse, unleashing streams of elements...

Together with Ramasitia, who stayed beneath the world’s sea, a total of four Divine beings locked their gaze on Renie, yet she remained unmoved, only the chilling Moonlight in her eyes twisted ever stronger and swift, until soon it was beyond measure, transforming into a twisting infinity symbol...

That was the Power called [Infinity].

But at this tense moment, the gentle female voice from the Sea Floor spoke again,

"Indeed, you cannot truly vanish, but do not underestimate our resolve to defend this place. Outsider, your Predecessor’s repeated interference with the rules we established pushed us to the brink, leading to the mutually destructive war with them. You are the harbinger of demise, and even if we exert our full strength, we can never completely expel you. But you must understand, once war begins, all you are will perish in the conflict."

"Your memories, the beauty stored in your heart, will all turn to nothing, until your Power births a new consciousness, and you and the person you clash with in Order will fail to recognize each other, passing by each other time and again in a regretful life... Even so, do you persist?"

The chilling Moonlight on Renie’s face gradually faded until the unmistakable humanity retook her mind and body. Only then did she close her eyes and absorb all her Power back into her being,

"... I’m willing to bear the responsibility. Tell me, what is the punishment?"

The Powers of the surrounding Divine beings slowly dissipated, leaving only the presence of Ramasitia before her,

"As the punishment for this recklessness, I propose a deal, a negotiation regarding the Spirit Realm Pollution behind you."

Renie was slightly taken aback, turning her head, and gazed far into the depthless dark space, where the Scarlet mist imprisoned by layers of Moonlight remained as conspicuously dangerous as ever.

Even as it suffered great injury, it still eyed the exquisite world before it, seemingly eager to devour everything in sight.
