CHAPTER 1354: OLD AND NEW FAMILY 3

Perseus gave a small cough, pulling everyone’s attention back to him. His voice was steady, but there was something in it that carried both weight and warning:

"This is not the only force that Lenny left in the outside world. More allies are coming. And when they arrive..." he gave a slow glance to Father Black and Demeter, "...the heavens themselves may tremble."

He had barely finished speaking when reality itself rippled again. A blinding glare surged from the void, eclipsing the light of distant stars. Another vessel appeared—colossal, square in shape, its surface polished to perfection. Light refracted from its flawless golden plating, dazzling the eyes like a shard of the sun drifting through the cosmos. The very presence of this new behemoth was suffocating, its size easily rivaling that of Tomato’s moon-sized ship.

Father Black’s breath caught. His eyes widened, and he turned sharply to Demeter, his voice clipped with urgency.

"Tell the gods below! Now! They must stabilize the oceans, the winds, the tectonic plates—everything. Two planetary bodies this close will wreck Earth before we even begin to fight."

Demeter didn’t hesitate. She vanished in a streak of light to relay the command.

As the ship drew nearer, the sigil emblazoned across its golden hull came into view—two immense gates side by side, one open, glowing with radiant light, the other closed and locked, shrouded in an aura of shadow. The symbol radiated judgment and inevitability: The Dual Gates, a crest of finality known only in whispers.

Perseus exhaled slowly and nodded. "It would seem... they are also here."

From behind, Luca’s voice broke the silence, a mix of pride and bitterness.

"So... my daughter finally came. She did well. Very well." His jaw tightened, and he massaged it absently. "But I will still have to discipline her for aiding her brother in killing the others."

Father Black froze. His thoughts spiraled. Daughter? More siblings?

The implication was staggering. Luca had borne more children, and they had warred against each other? A storm of questions battered his mind. As godfather, his duty was to protect the family at all costs... but what was he to do if the family itself was fractured and soaked in blood?

Before his thoughts could settle, the golden ship split open with a sharp, resonant shhhlick—a sound like a divine blade parting the void. Passages unfolded, and figures stepped forth.

At their head, flanked by massive golden guards, floated a woman draped entirely in woven gold attire. Her presence was regal, serene—and unsettling. For though her figure was flawless, her face was an empty canvas: no eyes, no nose, no mouth. A blank visage of living divinity.

The moment Crusher, Morgana, and Father Black saw her, their instincts exploded into alarm. Weapons and wards flared into existence.

"The Witch!" Crusher spat, muscles coiling.

But Perseus was already moving, cutting through the tension with a raised hand.

"No. Not the one you think." His tone carried authority. "This one is far worse."

He gestured with respect. "This is Kanada. Prophet of the Church of Heaven. Ruler of Pepsodent, the floating city. A woman whose voice alone can rewrite fate. She commands power enough to challenge the demon royal families themselves."

The blank-faced woman inclined her head, silent but potent.

Father Black’s throat went dry. The universe had shifted far beyond anything he once knew. What has happened in a mere hundred years?

If only he knew that Enel had only made all this changes in under year of being released from the High Elf city, he would have been more shocked.

And then—

"Father!"

The cry came clear and bright. A lithe figure broke from Kanada’s entourage, soaring forward with the unrestrained joy of reunion. Luca’s arms opened, and into them fell Lana.

He embraced her tightly, inspecting her aura with pride. Her cultivation rank was far beyond what he had last seen. His chest swelled with satisfaction.

"My daughter," he murmured.

Perseus folded his arms and explained. "The Church are our allies now. Lana has been with them in secret, biding her time and guiding them here for what is to come."

Lana nodded firmly. She bowed first to Vinegar, offering her grandmother deep respect. Vinegar cupped her face, her eyes moist, whispering compliments of her beauty and strength before pulling her close. Then Lana turned to Father Black, giving him a formal elven bow.

"I have heard much of you, Regent of the Lenny family. Godfather... it is an honor."

Father Black inclined his head slightly, his emotions tangled.

It was then that Kanada stepped forward, her faceless gaze tilting ever so slightly toward him. Her voice emerged without a mouth—resonant, divine, unshakable.

"So this is the Lenny family. Strong and Fearless. But I must speak plainly."

She raised her hand. The air shivered.

"Even this much force will not be enough."

The words hit like a hammer.

Father Black frowned deeply, his grip on his weapon tightening. "What do you mean?"

As far as he was concerned, this much show of strength was already going too far, but here she was, saying that it was not enough.

Just how big of a force were they going to face that they needed more power.

Kanada’s faceless head turned toward the distant stars, and her tone became cold, absolute:

"As of this moment, Lucifer is now King of Six Primary Earths."

Those words were strong.

It meant that lucifer had at least six times the power of this earth, and there was still the fact that he was king of purgatory.

But that was not all. He could also bless family members with the strength of each of these families.

If that was terrible enough, there was more.

Lucifer had the Devil System. With his knowledge if it, he could grant his family members incredible usage permissions.

Truly, this war was going to be a different kjbd from any that had ever happened.

But there was more. Kanada spoke. "...And he is marching toward the Underworld as well. Such dominion... such consolidation of power..."

She paused, the silence heavy as a coffin lid.

"No one—not god, not demon, not even your Lenny—has ever wielded so much before."
