Dimensional Library Of Taboo Techniques!

CHAPTER 43: : TOOLS
After the long travel, Xue Ming took some time to rest in a nearby tavern. It wasn’t entirely big, and it was just in the middle of a town a bit far from the capital.
Xue Ming entered the tavern and stood at the door staring around. No one could recognize her because of the scarf and white hood she wore.
Xue Ming did not just stand beside the door looking everywhere for nothing. She was here for someone.
And the suspected person could be the black hood sitting in front of the bartender. Xue Ming sat next to this person and ordered the same drink.
An alcoholic red wine. The black hood slightly turned to look at her, something Xue Ming noticed.
After getting her drink, she brought out a paper and dropped it on the table, slowly moving it towards the figure.
The paper had the wanted image of Li Feng, something she had seen earlier from her guard.
"Tracking you down was hard, you know," Xue Ming said, sipping her drink.
"Princess Xue Ming, uh," Li Feng replied. "Get out before these boys find out their beautiful princess, who hasn’t been touched, paid a visit."
Xue Ming chuckled at Li Feng’s threat and spoke out. "Ayo, tavern man," she called out. "Why don’t you nail this wanted poster on the wall? That’s ten thousand pieces of gold." Xue Ming gave out the poster.
"Damn, that’s a lot of money." Even the tavern man was delighted to see this.
"Dead or alive," Xue Ming added while turning to see Li Feng’s reaction. But the elf queen was quiet. Now it was the sound of hammer hitting the nail that echoed throughout the tavern.
Li Feng sighed. It was a well-played tactic. A threat for a threat.
"But what makes you think—"
"They can beat a divine stage four? I know they would all die, but the distraction would be enough for—"
"A divine stage three like you to stab me in the back? Hmph, should we try it out?" asked Li Feng.
They kept canceling each other out, speaking so little that even the bartender cleaning a cup in front of them couldn’t hear a thing.
"I didn’t come here to fight, I need your help," said Xue Ming. But no response was gotten from Li Feng, so she continued.
"I know you’ve been secretly exploiting humans to cultivate with in order to grow stronger, but they were killed before you even got a chance to cultivate with them.
And I also know a particular human escaped this fate and somehow killed a divine stage one. Now, this person was ordinary," said Xue Ming.
It wasn’t because the person was able to kill the assassins, but it was something else.
It was Li Feng’s strength rising from divine stage three to four. One night of cultivation is not enough.
To leap from one divine stage to another wasn’t easy at all. The amount of yin the lady had to absorb for every stage was like an ocean.
An elf could take in an ocean of yin, which was why they grew stronger fast, but that wasn’t the point.
The point was that the human being able to release an ocean of yin was far from ordinary. In other words, the technique was far from ordinary.
"I need to find that person," Xue Ming said. "That’s all I ask, and I’ll be on my way."
"I don’t know. I’m also searching for Xuan."
"What? Isn’t he also a criminal?"
Calling Xuan a criminal pissed off Li Feng, and the cup she held shattered to pieces. "What do you need him for?"
"My father is dying, and I need him to prescribe a new cultivation technique. The technique he used on you—it wasn’t normal, was it?"
Li Feng kept quiet. Just how much did Xue Ming know?
"Xuan is the third holder, isn’t he? The only taboo user with an infinite library of taboo techniques."
Having heard that, Li Feng’s eyes widened. So the rumors were true. Xue Ming had the passive trait of complete comprehension.
"I need to find him... Please," she begged.
Li Feng sighed. She honestly hated repeating herself and was tired of telling people not to make her repeat what she said.
"I said I don’t know."
At that moment, Xue Ming said nothing else, and they both kept quiet. Then, two divine combustion stage one cultivators walked into the tavern.
The first thing that caught their eyes was the wanted poster of Li Feng nailed against one of the wooden poles in the tavern.
"Eeerh? How the hell did that poster come all the way to the capital?" growled the one with two blades crossed behind his back.
"Tsk... Doesn’t matter. Let’s get what we came for."
These were the bounty hunters hired by the Son of Heaven, but they couldn’t track Xuan, and instead Li Feng was the only available option.
As of now, the men in the tavern all gave eyes to these two individuals, because unlike Li Feng, they were not concealing the fact that they were divine combustion cultivators.
"Seems like you made friends," Xue Ming said, chuckling.
Li Feng stared at her and turned to see the bounty hunters behind them. It didn’t bother her that much; they were both divine stage one.
A divine stage four like her would have little trouble battling them, and although she wouldn’t win the fight unscathed, she’d be able to kill one of them.
It would only come down to how long she could last against the second bounty hunter. But it wasn’t an issue once you’ve got a spirit beast like hers.
So Li Feng wasn’t worried at all.
The bounty hunters stood behind the hooded ladies, pointing his big sword between them as he looked at what seemed to be a map.
The map had a tiny head of him and his friend and also the tiny head of Li Feng, leading them here. But now, which one of these ladies was Li Feng?
That was the only thing holding them back from cutting her down.

Meanwhile...
It was now morning, but Yun Xi and Xuan still slept together on the bed. Last night was a blast.
Yun Xi licked Xuan as if she were the laundry itself, and Xuan ravished her like an animal to the point where Yun Xi did not know when she began screaming, and her whole sect heard of it.
Although she had confessed her love to Xuan, loving him from his cock down, the only reply she got was Xuan telling her to prove it.
On top of that, they shared experiences with each other, as she came to know more about Xuan, and he also now knew Yun Xi was a martial teacher in the dual academy.
And as Xuan missed a few classes, it wouldn’t be any issue she couldn’t handle.
"Madame Yun Xi, you have a guest," a maiden knocked on the door, waking them up.
She stretched her body, arching her back like a bow as her thick breasts pointed out.
Yun Xi yawned, covering her mouth before leaving the king-sized bed alone for Xuan.
Yue Cai’s father was outside, because today was the day the demon lord would fuck all the payout women for the rent.
And according to the deal he had made with Xuan, the boy should be challenging the demon lord by now.
Of course, Yue Cai’s father knew Xuan would die in the challenge, because what could the boy possibly learn within five days?
So he wasn’t counting on Xuan defeating the demon lord, but on him being a decoy to distract everyone enough for him to escape with his daughter.
"Where is Xuan? Tell him it’s time."
"I can’t, he’s asleep," Yun Xi replied. It came as a shock to the man. Since when did Yun Xi start replying to him in such harsh manners?
However, Xuan walked out of the house, not to follow Yue Cai’s father, but because his one week was up. He needed to save his wife, Zhao Lan.
Something he had already informed Yun Xi about, so they’d be meeting in the academy again.
Xuan walked past Yue Cai’s father without saying anything. But the man wasn’t the one to keep quiet.
"Where are you going? Are you challenging the demon lord now?" he asked.
Then Xuan stopped walking. He sighed because his words were about to break the poor man’s heart.
"I have no intentions of helping your daughter. I need to leave for something more important than your problems."
"What?" The man was pissed off. Veins appeared at the corners of his neck and head. "What did you just say?" he yelled. "Answer me, boy!" The man was undoubtedly provoked.
But Xuan did not say anything and just started walking away. "What? I’ll kill you!"
Boom.
Yue Cai’s father dashed towards Xuan at a tremendous speed, fist drawn out to kill Xuan with one blow. However, Xuan did not turn around.
In that same moment, Yun Xi effortlessly stopped the punch with her palm, resulting in a massive shockwave, strong enough that even the trees waved as if they would pull from their branches.
Xuan smirked. Everyone he met had a purpose, a role to play in his life. Yue Cai’s father and Yun Xi had just played theirs.
So now, what use was there for him again? Humans to Xuan are nothing but tools to achieve his goal of becoming the one true harem emperor of the Wixua capital.
