Feng Yuan placed a hand on Xiao Ji’s head with some confusion after hearing Agunas’ translation. Looking at Xiao Ji, Agunas said,

“Last night, it and Big Cat were checking all kinds of information. It should know more about Soretcher City than you.”

“Haha! That’s really something, thank you so much~”

Feng Yuan laughed, patting Xiao Ji’s head. Although he didn’t think Soretcher City had many interesting sights, since Xiao Ji wanted to be a guide, he wouldn’t refuse. Xiao Ji looked at Feng Yuan, flapping its wings excitedly, while Big Cat was intermittently checking messages on the phone, making some sounds.

Noticing Big Cat’s behavior, Feng Yuan could easily guess the truth—it was probably Big Cat’s suggestion. But come to think of it, it seemed like a good idea. “Later, I might need to take Xiao Hei and the others to the training ground. They haven’t trained much recently…”

Hearing Yang Hongzhi’s words, Xiao Hei, who was eating, was startled, its ears perked up momentarily before drooping down. After some thought, Xiao Ji felt that this made sense, but still felt something was off, though it couldn’t put its finger on what. Veronia passed by Feng Yuan with a parasol in one hand and holding Belusir’s hand, saying,

Scratching his head, Feng Yuan wasn’t sure if Xiao Ji would lead them to the Meteorite Museum. After thinking about it, he didn’t respond. Belusir gave a slight smile, gently nudging Veronia to signal her not to instigate any trouble.

Xiao Ji, busy looking for bus stops, didn’t catch Veronia’s words. After searching diligently, it finally led Feng Yuan to a taxi stand, and Long Boduo, puzzled, examined the sign, saying,

“Are we taking a taxi?”

In a fluster, Xiao Ji flapped its wings, urgently saying something. Long Boduo looked at Xiao Ji and asked,

“Made a mistake?”

Just then, Big Cat spotted a bus stop marked with a stele and made some sounds. Seeing this, Xiao Ji quickly cried out and rushed to the stop. Long Boduo looked at Feng Yuan uncertainly and said,

“Is it really okay like this?”

“It should be… okay, right?”

Scratching his head, Feng Yuan wasn’t quite sure. After all, with Xiao Ji like this… hopefully, they wouldn’t get on the wrong bus or miss their stop.

At the bus station, Xiao Ji frequently turned to Big Cat to confirm which bus to take, clearly worried about making mistakes. Big Cat, however, wasn’t concerned, having already checked multiple times, ready to alert Xiao Ji if anything went wrong.

After a long wait, just as Xiao Ji began to lose patience, the bus they needed finally arrived. Though they were letting Xiao Ji and Big Cat lead, Feng Yuan still took note of the bus route when boarding. However, what puzzled him was that none of the stop names seemed to indicate the presence of any tourist spots.

He wasn’t too worried about this, though, since not all bus stops would necessarily be named after tourist attractions.

On the bus, seeing that Feng Yuan didn’t seem impatient, Xiao Ji relaxed, quietly whispering with Big Cat. Agunas pondered for a moment, pulling out a book to read, while Long Boduo, confused, closed his travel guide and looked at Feng Yuan, asking,

“Where are they planning to go? I didn’t see any recommended tourist attractions related to this route. Could it be that they got on the wrong bus?”

“I don’t think so; Big Cat isn’t that foolish.”

After some thought, Feng Yuan shook his head and said. It wasn’t so much that he trusted Xiao Ji, as he trusted Big Cat.
