Don't confiscate my identity as a human race
Chapter 1555 874: Lanci and Hyperion's Review After 2 Years_4
The twenty thousand pounds donation to Ichrite Academy can be used without worrying about public opinion.
Lanci carefully reviewed the planning proposal, nodding his head.
"I suggest renaming the Tolyado Building to Abigail Building or Saintess Tower; otherwise, I'm worried Tolyado might get into trouble."
Lanci returned it to Professor Bolao, offering just one opinion.
Originally, Tolyado donated money stolen from Abigail to Ichrite Academy, yet the building is named after Tolyado as the donor. Lanci couldn't imagine how angry Abigail would be upon discovering this at Ichrite.
"Alright, no problem, but wouldn't Dimension Bishop Tolyado mind?"
Professor Bolao asked, puzzled.
"If he dares to mind, I guess even the Dimension Bishop's name would have to change to Abigail."
Lanci did everything for his friend Tolyado.
"Then let's call it Abigail Building, as long as the Dimensional Branch is satisfied."
Professor Bolao roughly understood.
The Rebirth Church didn't have ordinary people.
Lanci and Hyperion sat in the Dean's office of the Magic Engineering College, enjoying a pleasant conversation with Professor Bolao.
"Professor, what exactly is the wager between Frey and Dean Sphintos of the Knight College?"
Lanci asked Professor Bolao.
In the Cerryti Empire, Lanci did not ask Frey about his wonderful adventures of the last two years, but based on Lanci's conjecture, Frey went through a similar experience, infiltrating the Rebirth Church and earning the bishop's favor, albeit in the Northern and Southern continents respectively.
"Originally, Sphintos told Frey that finding clues about Duke Migaya would allow him to graduate early and never be restricted from going to Crown Casino again, so Frey packed his bags and embarked on the journey..."
Professor Bolao lifted his teacup, distractedly gazing at the garden outside the window.
His laboratory was right below the student union room, often hearing about the brave deeds of the three bullies in Royal Capital while mediating disputes.
One could only say that the three ended up with similar styles.
After a long chat with Professor Bolao, Lanci and Hyperion bid farewell, pushed open the heavy door of the Dean's office, and walked out with some files.
Loren was not at the Sage Academy, and much of Loren's work was simply assigned to Lanci by Bolao; after all, Lanci's reputation and business ability in the Sage Academy were recognized by everyone, and Lanci was happy to help Professor Bolao with the workload.
The brilliant glass curtain wall on the fifth floor of the main building of the Magic Engineering College bathed the whole corridor in brightness, leaving scattered light trails on the wooden floor.
Lanci and Hyperion walked along the glass-wall-covered corridor on the left, starting to chat again.
"Unconsciously, we chatted for so long with Professor Bolao."
Lanci looked at the glaring midday sun outside the window, sighing.
"I feel it's around eleven, or twelve, right?"
Hyperion couldn't see the school's clock tower from this angle, but her estimated time was roughly accurate.
"Yeah, let's grab a meal, then we'll start going to the theater next week."
Lanci was filled with anticipation for the coming days.
His schedule, previously incessantly overlapping tasks like gears, suddenly slowed, making everywhere feel free, with ample time each day, no longer bearing the unbearable weight of mana consumption for twenty-four hours.
"You'll see my Half-Demon disguise again then; it's embarrassing, feeling like I'm completely exposed in front of you."
Hyperion recalled the makeup and costumes in the Holy War Romance's Half-Witch segment, feeling inexplicably nervous.
"Haven't I seen it several times in the Shadow World?"
Lanci asked rightfully.
"That's actually different because that's Demon World, like a masquerade festival, everyone's dressed as Demon Race, so it doesn't feel strange. But if I transform into a Demon Race in the human realm, I would completely look like an alien; wouldn't you find this Demon Race... unattractive, among your serious aesthetics?"
Hyperion knew she was essentially an exotic female to Lanci; without a peculiar taste, she was considered unattractive by human traditional standards.
At that time, she would have Demon Race horns and a scorpion tail, eyes resembling beasts, standing beside Lanci making her seem more like an alien.
As a child with black hair, unable to use Disguise Magic, bearing demon horns and traits, she received many peculiar looks, a childhood memory making her fear others seeing her Half-Demon appearance.
Later, growing up she learned Disguise Magic to conceal Demon Race traits, changing hair color to silver, so others wouldn't relate her to the Half-Demon girl from childhood, choosing silver simply out of affection for her mother.
"You're beautiful, even more than my drawings of you."
Lanci immediately replied.
"No, no way."
Hyperion recalled Lanci's drawing of her, stammering.
She couldn't believe she looked that good ordinarily, yet Lanci told her she was more beautiful than her drawn self.
"Really."
Lanci repeated, emphasizing.
"Wouldn't you think my appearance resembles Melogas? That's very different from how you perceive me."
Hyperion murmured.
If she reverted to black hair, her traits would resemble Melogas somewhat.
Blasphemous Lord Melogas and the Miss Duchess in daily life are utterly different styles of women, yet their features are too similar; Hyperion couldn't decipher what truly represents her.
