"We used to ignore her… overenthusiastic comments," All Might said, the smile on his face flattening suddenly. "Because, now… her words seemed to be the truest."

And it was here, again, Luke observed — the razor-sharp nervousness.

He could relate to All Might, though.

One For All was a secret that the Symbol of Peace had kept to himself for tens of years, not revealing it to his closest friends.

Even though many people knew about him having two forms, because of All Might's injury, the number of people knowing about One For All could still be counted on one hand.

So, when Midoriya told him that Luke knew about One For All, it must have rung the loudest alarm bells in All Might's mind.

The threat of the secret of One For All going out was nothing less than a Country-level disaster.

"Can you tell me how you know about One For All, Luke?" Toshinori requested.

"Not you!" Luke corrected, putting a finger on Midoriya's chest. "I told you — the woman inside you!

"There's a…" All Might looked at Midoriya, dumbfounded. "… woman inside him?!"

Luke nodded, ignoring a flabbergasted Midoriya. "Purple eyes, black hair… big breasts… well-built, like All Might, you know, when he means business… white cape…"

The more Luke kept talking, describing the woman, the more All Might's sunken gaze kept widening, a chill running down his spine.

The tips of his fingers throbbed.

His jaw felt heavy as his mouth went dry.

Slowly, now knowing about his actions himself, Toshinori reached forward and grabbed Luke's shoulders, Nyx flying off to another seat.

"… What did she… say her name was?" All Might asked.

Luke licked his lips. "I only talked to her once," he admitted. "During the Sports Festival, when I… almost killed Midoriya."

All Might's brows rose.

Midoriya's eyes went wide. "You knew for so long…"

"Well, I wanted to make sure if it was real, first," Luke said. "What if some Villain was behind this strange vision…"

Here it is again… All Might confirmed, looking at Luke. That cold rationality. So well hidden behind all that humor…

Suddenly, hearing of the Sports Festival, Midoriya remembered seeing the shadows that had helped him come out of Shinso's Quirk's hold as well. His head snapped toward All Might as he had told him about it.

"… What else did she say?" All Might asked, exchanging a knowing glance with Midoriya.

Luke shook his head. "Not much," he admitted. "I couldn't stay there for long. She did ask me to take Midoriya to her in the end. But…"

"I understand," All Might nodded. If he were in Luke's place, he wouldn't involve a friend in this without confirming the threat as well. "… And can you? Can you take Midoriya to her?"

Sighing inwardly and switching back to Magician from Swindler, Luke nodded.

"Sure—" he said, looking at both All Might and Midoriya. "We can try it right now."
