After absorbing Evil Buu, Levos unlocked an entirely new path of evolution.

"For now, I'll call it the Divine Path."

That made four evolution routes in total.

The Genetic Route, the Mechanical Route, the Magical Route, and the Divine Path.

Except for the Divine Path, Levos already had clear objectives for the other three.

For the Genetic Route, he needed to absorb artificial lifeforms like Android 17 and Android 18.

Unfortunately, Android 17 was already dead, so he could only pin his hopes on Android 18 after her potential was fully awakened.

Ideally, he would do it in one go, absorb Android 18, complete a flawless evolution, and reach the end of the Genetic Route outright.

As for the Mechanical Route, he could progress by devouring constructs from the machine side.

The current group of Meta-Coolers was the best choice.

Absorb them, and the Mechanical Route would take another leap forward.

The Magical Route was simpler and more brute-force for Levos.

From now on, once he entered the Demon Realm, there would be no need for talk. Anyone he met could be absorbed on sight.

The Divine Path, however, was far more complicated.

If he was unlucky, he might really have to absorb gods who stood at the top of the universe to complete the evolution.

Even so, Levos believed there would always be a way.

Fused Zamasu was a solid target, at least half a god.

For Levos, completing an evolution was not the end but the beginning.

Only after evolving would training produce twice the results with half the effort.

First raise the ceiling of his potential, then bring out all the hidden power through relentless cultivation.

The future looked bright.

While he was thinking, Levos felt the Evil Buu inside him fully assimilated, dissipating without a trace.

He had no time to test his strength now. He lunged straight at a fleeing Fused Zamasu.

Fused Zamasu was aghast and cursed, "Damn it! You got even stronger!"

Levos gave him no chance to keep babbling. His tail snapped out, coiled, and pulled the target in to be absorbed.

He immediately pursued another Fused Zamasu, stunned him with a single punch, and swallowed him too.

"I will kill you!"

The other Fused Zamasu duplicates roared in fury and scattered in every direction.

Levos moved fast. He had no intention of letting any of them escape.

Boom.

Like swatting flies, Levos slapped one Fused Zamasu down into the ground.

The reinforced surface collapsed at once, leaving a massive crater.

Without pausing, Levos smacked the duplicates down one after another, slamming them all into the same pit.

Whoosh.

He flashed into the crater and absorbed several at once.

Just as he prepared to chase the rest—rumble.

The earth shook violently. Stone strata pierced upward and heaved high into the air.

Levos' eyes narrowed as an enormous spherical barrier rose from underground.

It was thousands of meters across, veined with cracks as if it could shatter at any moment.

Inside, everything was a blur of dust and darkness, hiding whatever battle raged within.

Levos' heart sank. That had to be Champa and the three Dark Warriors' battlefield.

He had not expected the fighting to be this fierce. Even an angel's barrier was on the verge of collapse.

Could it be that the God of Destruction, Champa, still had not finished off those three Dark Warriors?

Boom.

A deafening detonation followed, like a volcanic eruption. A destructive shockwave swept in all directions.

The barrier broke.

Blinding flame speared into the sky. The ground split apart.

A bottomless crater opened before Levos.

"Levos! Get over here and keep this one busy!"

Champa's exasperated shout rang out.

A soot-streaked purple figure burst from the fading blast.

Levos focused, and his pupils tightened.

Champa was being pressed back under the combined assault of Rose Vegito and Rose Gogeta.

Rose Broly, meanwhile, was hammering away at Vados.

Vados wielded her angelic staff, slipping past Rose Broly's attacks with effortless grace and poise.

Even so, the sight made Levos' breath catch.

An angel had been forced to engage just to relieve Champa's pressure.

How far had these Dark Warriors climbed in power?

Levos glanced up at the grim sky.

The dark vortex above the heavens began to churn and spread again.

Fused Zamasu was like a super virus, ceaselessly corroding the planet.

At this rate, even the Kaioshin Realm might not escape his grasp.

With that thought, Levos stopped hesitating and shot off to aid Champa.

Facing the Dark Warriors again, Levos had already grown twice over.

Once, from triggering his near-death recovery and the spike that came with it.

And again, from absorbing Evil Buu.

He was eager to see how far he had climbed.

Fighting spirit blazed in his eyes as he arrowed toward Rose Vegito.

Seeing him, Rose Vegito bared a feral grin. "You are looking for death."

He abandoned Champa and drove a fist straight at Levos.

"Of the three Dark Warriors, the weakest right now is Rose Vegito."

"At my current level, I should not be inferior to him."

"If I can pin him down, once Champa finishes Rose Gogeta, the tide turns."

A flurry of thoughts flashed through Levos' mind, but his hands did not slow.

Clang.

They crashed together, neither yielding an inch as their bodies locked and held.

A flicker of shock crossed Rose Vegito's eyes. "You managed to get stronger in such a short time."

That clash had looked even, but Levos was not yet at his strongest.

After absorbing Evil Buu, he could now completely devour Fused Zamasu.

Perhaps it was because these were not the original body.

But with every duplicate he absorbed, Levos felt a tangible surge of strength.

He could fully digest them now, nothing left stuck in his tail.

Each one he consumed gave him a permanent boost to energy recovery.

On top of that, his progress along the Divine Path had nudged forward again.

"You climbed just as fast," Levos answered evenly, hands still flying.

Swish, swish, swish.

Fists and feet blurred as Levos launched a relentless onslaught against Rose Vegito.

His punches tore the air and left jagged black fissures in space.

Rose Vegito refused to be outdone and met him head-on.

Bang, bang, bang.

Their figures crossed again and again, moving faster than the eye could follow.

In the blink of an eye, they had clashed hundreds, then thousands of times.

Every exchange was brutal and direct. Rock strata shattered and the land caved in.

In his Mechanical State, Levos kept a cool head and read the field without pause.

"If I transform into Perfect Cell Max, I can sustain at least Kaioken x300. Maybe even higher."

"If I can push out more power, I need to save it for the decisive moment and put Rose Vegito down in a single strike."

Levos' brow lifted. A scorching light burst in his eyes.
