Dragon of Catastrophe
Chapter 140 - 105: Death Ultimatum and the Arrival of the Legend
CHAPTER 140: CHAPTER 105: DEATH ULTIMATUM AND THE ARRIVAL OF THE LEGEND
"What’s wrong with this guy? Why so nervous?"
Land was taken aback, staring intently at the Xiao Female Dragon.
The Xiao Female Dragon’s body trembled more fiercely. She flew towards Land cautiously and said:
"Land... did you... see that?"
Her head drooped slightly, hiding her expression.
"See what?" Land asked, puzzled.
"!"
The Xiao Female Dragon shivered all over:
"I... I just encountered a wicked female adventurer robbing others. She looked so tender and delicious, I couldn’t help but..."
The Xiao Female Dragon didn’t continue, but Land understood what she meant, so he said:
"Oh! So you mean that! Be careful next time! Don’t think I was joking when I told you about the Evil God a few years ago!"
Land gave a light warning, not paying much attention.
"Oh! Oh! I will, Land! Don’t worry, I won’t dare next time."
The Xiao Female Dragon pursed her lips, seemingly holding back something, her face showing uncontrollable delight.
Land thought it was just because he didn’t scold her.
"Master! Master! It’s bad! That Dorne is nearly starving to death!"
Within the castle, a Dragon Person came running out, shouting loudly. Even from a hundred meters away, Land could hear clearly, which made him turn his head to look at the Dragon Person.
"Starving to death? That’s impossible! The portion of food I gave him, for a normal human, should be more than enough!"
Land was puzzled, confused.
"How could three pieces of black bread a day not be enough for a person to starve?"
"Master! Based on our experience, someone as robust as Count Dorne, a Great Warrior, has a much larger appetite than average, and he’s also seriously injured..."
The Dragon Person cautiously explained.
"Damn bastard! Not satisfied with just three pieces of black bread? What kind of digestion does he have? Is everything he eats just slipping through his intestines?"
Land couldn’t help but curse, suddenly pausing:
"Slipping through his intestines? Hmm... has this bastard relieved himself recently?"
Land asked unexpectedly, his expression peculiar.
"Uh... of course he has," the Dragon Person replied dumbly.
"Tsk! Isn’t that it then? Waste utilization! If not enough, feed him with yours! It’s such a bargain for him! He’s completely useless now! Can he get this kind of treatment elsewhere?"
Land cursed and grumbled.
The Dragon Person was dumbfounded but dared not say much and went to handle it immediately.
The Xiao Female Dragon looked on with admiration, thinking Land was indeed clever for coming up with such a cost-saving method!
In the castle’s underground room, where the light was dim, and where Elves were once held.
Count Dorne lay weakly on the ground, unable to move, but his mind was still relatively clear.
He contemplated how long it had been since his last meeting with the master behind him and wondered how much longer until the next meeting?
It should be soon. He had provided tons of research material for the master. Without him, the master would surely be angry.
Then, it would be the day for that damned Evil Dragon to die!
Thinking of this, a slight smile appeared on Count Dorne’s lips. He would be waiting in the Abyss or Hell for the Evil Dragon!
Tap, tap, tap, tap.
Dense footsteps echoed in the underground chamber at this moment.
Count Dorne turned his head with difficulty to see a huge creature, accompanied by some smaller ones, carrying a few trays as they came down slowly.
Seeing this, Count Dorne chuckled and said:
"Looks like! That Evil Dragon can’t bear to let me die after all! Fancy sending you all to give me an extra meal?
That’s good! I will live! Live in whatever way possible! And then personally witness its death!"
"Ah! Yes! If you like it,"
The Dragon Person dryly replied, his expression peculiar.
Count Dorne was puzzled but still watched them approach until they squatted down, lifted him up, and looked at the things on the tray.
Count Dorne’s eyes turned blood-red instantly!
He erupted with an earth-shattering roar: "Damn it! What did you bring here! Get out! Get out now!"
He roared furious, struggling violently, trying to knock over what the Dragon Person held.
But he was just a weak invalid.
The Dragon Person stood unmoved by the impact, but instead, was slightly displeased, gesturing at the Dragon Fish People to put down the tray, then held Count Dorne down, forcibly prying his mouth open!
At last, in response to the other’s horrified eyes, he nonchalantly said:
"Don’t you want to see our lord’s death? Then eat well! At least don’t let yourself die first, right?"
With that, the Dragon Person scooped up a spoonful with a wooden spoon and stuffed it into Count Dorne’s mouth!
Soon, the entire basement erupted with heartrending howls!
Outside the castle.
Land, on the ground, could vaguely hear the shrieks coming from underground.
He smiled knowingly and said, "It seems our Count Dorne is really delighted with my hospitality."
"Huh?"
The Xiao Female Dragon was somewhat puzzled, not having heard any sounds.
Another day passed.
Still at the castle of Land City.
This place was very spacious, perfect for someone of Land’s massive size to temporarily reside.
But unlike before.
Now, Land wore a serious expression, looking ahead, with two dragon whelps and many retainers by his side.
In front of him were nearly hundreds of beings from various races.
There were Beastmen, Ogres, Gray Iron Dwarves, Dark Elves, Half-Beastmen, Giant Demons, Centaurs, and Humans.
